In this embodiment, the user uses the stored-value card to pay for the order, and needs to be realized on the basis that agreement signing is carried out in card issuing institution, payment platform and financial institution three-party, specifically, agreement signing is carried out in card issuing institution, payment platform and financial institution three-party, and includes: the card issuing institution signs a stored value escrow agreement with the financial institution, signs a stored value cooperation agreement with the payment platform, and signs a fund management agreement with the payment platform; and the signing of the fund management agreement is carried out after the signing of the stored value cooperation agreement and the stored value escrow agreement, namely: the signing of the funds management agreement is performed based on the stored value partnership agreement and the stored value escrow agreement.
The card issuing institution signs a stored value escrow agreement with the financial institution, transfers the stored value fund deposited by the user aiming at the stored value card to the financial institution for escrow, and obtains fund income generated by the escrowed stored value fund from the financial institution, and an account opened by the financial institution for escrowing the stored value fund is called as a stored value escrow account after the card issuing institution finishes signing the agreement with the financial institution. The card issuing mechanism signs a stored value cooperation agreement with the payment platform, and the payment platform carries out payment processing for order payment submitted by a user aiming at the stored value card. The financial institution realizes payment processing on order payment submitted by a user for the stored-value card by cooperating with the payment platform and the signed fund management agreement with the payment platform, and fund income (fund income generated by the stored-value fund in the stored-value escrow account in the financial institution) which is supposed to be sent to the card issuing institution can be periodically sent to the card issuing institution by the payment platform.
Furthermore, from the perspective of the user, in order to improve the perception of the user on the stored value funds stored in the stored value card, an account of the user for the stored value card is created in the card issuing institution, the actual stored value funds are not stored in the account (the stored value funds are stored in the stored value hosting account and are hosted to be managed by the financial institution), the account is only used for embodying the amount information of the stored value funds in the stored value card of the user, therefore, the account of the user for the stored value card is created in the card issuing institution in a manner of a billing account, which is called a user billing account, it is noted that the user billing account is associated with the stored value card, and the billing amount in the user billing account is synchronized with the amount of the stored value funds stored in the stored value card of the user, that is, synchronized with the stored value fund portion of the user in the stored value hosting account.
The card issuing mechanism comprises mechanisms such as merchants and enterprises for providing stored value cards for users, for example, a public transport operation mechanism for issuing electronic public transport cards to users, a catering business for issuing catering consumption electronic cards to users, and a resource operation mechanism for issuing virtual resource electronic cards to users. Correspondingly, the stored-value card issued to the user is a payment voucher for performing electronic payment, and the user can perform order payment by charging funds or resources to the payment voucher, such as an electronic bus card issued by a bus operator, a catering consumption electronic card issued by a restaurant, and a virtual resource electronic card issued by a resource operator.
In specific implementation, after a stored value request submitted by a stored value card is acquired, whether a user accounting account associated with the stored value card is established or not is judged; if yes, the following step S404 is executed; if not, a user billing account associated with the stored value card is created, and the following step S404 is executed, the user payment account is deducted according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and the billing amount in the user billing account associated with the stored value card is updated.

As described above, since the funds deposited by the user for the stored-value card are hosted to the stored-value hosting account opened by the card issuing institution at the financial institution to obtain corresponding fund profits, in order to ensure that the card issuing institution can synchronously sense the change of the stored-value funds in the stored-value hosting account, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, after deducting the payment account of the user according to the stored-value amount contained in the stored-value request and updating the accounting amount in the user accounting account associated with the stored-value card, a stored-value result page carrying the accounting amount is synchronously carried to the user; and/or synchronizing the fund stored value bill of the stored value escrow account to the card issuing institution in an asynchronous and synchronous mode.
Step S406, according to the institution identification contained in the stored value request, inquiring a stored value escrow account opened by a card issuing institution corresponding to the institution identification.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the fund security of the stored value fund charged by the user for the stored value card, the stored value escrow account opened by the card issuing institution in the financial institution refers to an exclusive independent account opened for managing the stored value card of the card issuing institution, the fund stored in the stored value escrow account is composed of the stored value fund charged by the user for the stored value card issued by the card issuing institution, and the card issuing institution does not have a use right for directly using the stored value fund stored in the stored value escrow account. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the security of the stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account, the stored-value funds are defined to be used for payment settlement of payment orders with payment types corresponding to the stored-value card issued by the card issuing institution, namely: the stored value fund stored in the stored value escrow account is the fund charged by a user of a public transport operation organization aiming at the electronic public transport card, and if a public transport expense order submitted by the user in the process of using the electronic public transport card is allowed to pay by using the stored value fund stored in the stored value escrow account; if the payment order submitted by the user is a payment order of another payment type, the stored value funds stored in the current stored value escrow account cannot be used for payment.

In practical applications, in the process of performing revenue calculation of the stored value fund that is escrowed to the financial institution by the card issuing institution through the stored value escrow account, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the performing revenue calculation and issuing instead by a payment platform that implements the stored value card-based payment method specifically includes: performing revenue calculation of the stored value funds in the stored value escrow account according to a stored value revenue strategy provided by a financial institution hosting the stored value escrow account; and transferring the calculated stored value income from the fund providing account of the financial institution to the collection account according to a preset settlement period.
For example, a public transport operation organization finds an electronic public transport card for a user, the stored value fund charged by the user for the electronic public transport card is escrowed to a financial institution and stored in an independent stored value escrow account opened by the public transport operation organization in the financial institution, that is: the stored-value fund stored in the stored-value escrow account consists of the stored-value fund charged by the user aiming at the electronic bus card; and during income calculation, a payment platform in an agreement with the public transport operation institution and the financial institution calculates the fund income generated by storing the stored-value fund in a stored-value escrow account, and transfers the calculated fund income from the financial institution to a collection account opened by the public transport operation institution on the payment platform, or transfers the calculated fund income from the financial institution to a collection channel provided by the public transport operation institution.
In addition, in the process of performing income calculation of the stored value fund hosted to the financial institution by the card issuing institution through the stored value hosting account, the financial institution may perform income calculation and issuing on the income of the stored value fund stored in the stored value hosting account by the card issuing institution, specifically, the stored value income of the stored value fund in the stored value hosting account in the financial institution is calculated and obtained by the financial institution according to a stored value income strategy, and is synchronized to the collection account by the financial institution according to a preset settlement period.
In addition, in practical application, there are often scenes in which the user needs to cancel the stored-value card due to various practical situations, and for this reason, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, whether the billing amount is 0 is determined according to the submitted card-refunding instruction; if yes, carrying out logout processing on the stored value card; if not, refunding the stored value fund stored in the stored value card by the user, specifically, in the process of refunding the stored value fund (to-be-refunded value fund) remaining in the stored value card, firstly inquiring a payment channel of the accounting amount in the stored value escrow account for the to-be-refunded value fund, then deducting the to-be-refunded value fund from the stored value escrow account, and transferring the to-be-refunded value fund into the user account according to the payment channel.
The stored value processing method of the stored value card provided in this embodiment is further described below by taking the application of the stored value processing method of the stored value card provided in this embodiment to a stored value scene of a bus card as an example, and referring to fig. 5, the stored value card-based payment method applied to a stored value scene of a bus card specifically includes steps S502 to S518.

The storage medium provided in this embodiment is used to store computer-executable instructions, and when executed, the computer-executable instructions implement the following processes:
acquiring a stored value request submitted by aiming at a stored value card;
deducting a user payment account according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and updating the accounting amount in the user accounting account related to the stored value card;
according to the mechanism identification contained in the stored value request, inquiring a stored value escrow account opened by a card issuing mechanism corresponding to the mechanism identification;
and transferring the funds to be stored obtained by deducting into the stored value escrow account.
Optionally, the stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account of the card issuing institution are composed of stored-value funds stored by a user for the stored-value card issued by the card issuing institution; and the stored value fund is used for carrying out payment settlement on a payment order with the payment type corresponding to the stored value card issued by the card issuing institution.

Optionally, the computer executable instructions, when executed, further implement the following process:
judging whether the accounting amount is 0 or not according to the submitted card refunding instruction;
if yes, carrying out logout processing on the stored value card;
if not, inquiring a payment channel of the stored value fund to be returned of the bookkeeping amount in the stored value escrow account;
and deducting the funds of the value to be withdrawn from the stored value deposit account and transferring the funds into a user account according to the payment channel.
Optionally, the user billing account is created based on a stored value cooperation agreement signed by the card issuer and the payment platform; the stored value escrow account of the card issuing institution is opened based on a stored value escrow protocol signed by the card issuing institution and the financial institution; and/or, the deduction settlement is executed based on a fund management agreement signed by the financial institution and the payment platform; wherein the signing of the funds management agreement occurs after the signing of the stored value partnership agreement and the stored value escrow agreement.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

Claims (25)

1. A stored-value card based payment method comprising:
obtaining a payment order of a stored value card of a card issuing mechanism;
deducting the accounting amount in the user accounting account associated with the stored-value card according to the payment amount of the payment order;
deducting and settling the stored-value funds replenished to the stored-value card in the stored-value escrow account of the card issuing mechanism based on the payment amount; the billing amount is synchronized with the amount of the stored-value fund;
and transferring the stored value funds deducted by deduction and settlement into a collection account of the card issuing institution.
2. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, after the step of obtaining a payment order for a stored-value card from an issuer is performed and before the step of deducting an amount billed in a user billing account associated with the stored-value card from a payment amount of the payment order is performed, comprising:
determining whether an available stored value amount of the stored value card is greater than or equal to the payment amount;
if yes, executing the step of deducting the account keeping amount in the user account keeping account related to the stored value card according to the payment amount of the payment order;
if not, carrying out payment settlement of the payment order based on the payment account of the user to which the stored-value card belongs.
3. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, the stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account of the issuer consisting of stored-value funds deposited by a user for a stored-value card issued by the issuer;
and the stored value fund is used for carrying out payment settlement on a payment order with the payment type corresponding to the stored value card issued by the card issuing institution.
4. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 3, the stored-value escrow account being opened at a financial institution by the card issuer, the funding gained from the stored-value funds deposited into the stored-value escrow account being issued to the card issuer.
5. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, wherein the payment order for the stored-value card is generated after a user terminal performs a code scanning payment or a scanned payment based on a payment code of the stored-value card;
and the payment amount of the payment order is obtained after calculation of pricing according to settlement configuration information configured by the issuing institution for the issued stored-value card and the order amount.
6. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, further comprising:
synchronizing the stored-value fund bill of the stored-value escrow account to the card issuing institution according to a preset synchronization period;
and the stored value fund bill records comprise the records of transferring in and transferring out of the stored value escrow account in the preset synchronization period.
7. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, applied to a payment platform;
the user billing account is created based on a stored value partnership agreement signed by the card issuer and the payment platform; the stored value escrow account of the card issuing institution is opened based on a stored value escrow protocol signed by the card issuing institution and the financial institution; and/or, the deduction settlement is executed based on a fund management agreement signed by the financial institution and the payment platform; wherein the signing of the funds management agreement occurs after the signing of the stored value collaboration agreement and the stored value escrow agreement.
8. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, wherein the stored-value card is processed by:
deducting a payment account of the user according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and updating the accounting amount in the accounting account of the user;
transferring the funds to be stored obtained by deducting money to the stored value escrow account;
and synchronizing the fund stored value bill of the stored value escrow account to the card issuing institution in an asynchronous and synchronous mode.
9. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, further comprising:
performing revenue calculation of the stored value funds in the stored value escrow account according to a stored value revenue strategy provided by a financial institution hosting the stored value escrow account;
and transferring the calculated stored value income from the fund providing account of the financial institution to the collection account according to a preset settlement period.
10. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the bookkeeping amount is 0 or not according to the submitted card returning instruction;
and if so, performing logout processing on the stored value card.
11. The stored-value card based payment method according to claim 10, if the step of determining whether the amount of the booked money is 0 according to the submitted card refunding instruction is not, performing the following operations:
querying a payment channel for the remaining stored value funds for the billing amount in the stored value escrow account;
and deducting the residual stored value funds from the stored value escrow account and transferring the residual stored value funds into a user account according to the payment channel.
12. The stored-value card-based payment method of claim 1, wherein stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account are calculated by a financial institution hosting the stored-value escrow account for stored-value proceeds according to a stored-value benefit policy, and are synchronized by the financial institution to the collection account according to a preset settlement period.
13. A method of stored value processing of a stored value card, comprising:
acquiring a stored value request submitted by a stored value card aiming at a card issuing mechanism;
deducting the payment account of the user according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and updating the account amount in the user account related to the stored value card; the user billing account is established in the card issuing institution;
inquiring a stored value escrow account opened by the card issuing mechanism corresponding to the mechanism identification according to the mechanism identification contained in the stored value request;
transferring the funds to be stored obtained by deducting money to the stored value escrow account; the billing amount is synchronized with an amount of stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account charged for the stored-value card.
14. The stored value processing method of claim 13, after the step of obtaining the stored value request submitted by the stored value card of the card issuer is executed and before the steps of debiting the user's payment account by the stored value amount contained in the stored value request and updating the billing amount in the user's billing account associated with the stored value card are executed, further comprising:
judging whether a user billing account associated with the stored-value card is established;
and if not, creating a user accounting account associated with the stored value card, and executing the steps of deducting money from a user payment account according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request and updating the accounting amount in the user accounting account associated with the stored value card.
15. The stored value processing method of claim 13, further comprising, after the steps of debiting the user's payment account for the amount of stored value contained in the stored value request and updating the amount of credit in the user's credit account associated with the stored value card are performed:
synchronously carrying a stored value result page of the booked amount to a user;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and synchronizing the fund stored value bill of the stored value escrow account to the card issuing institution in an asynchronous and synchronous mode.
16. The stored value processing method of a stored value card according to claim 13, wherein the stored value funds in the stored value escrow account of the card issuer are comprised of stored value funds deposited by a user for the stored value card issued by the card issuer;
and the stored value fund is used for carrying out payment settlement on a payment order with the payment type corresponding to the stored value card issued by the card issuing institution.
17. The stored value processing method of a stored value card of claim 13, further comprising:
performing revenue calculation of stored value funds in the stored value escrow account according to a stored value revenue strategy provided by a financial institution hosting the stored value escrow account;
and transferring the calculated stored-value income from the fund providing account of the financial institution to the collection account of the card issuing institution according to a preset settlement period.
18. The stored value processing method of a stored value card of claim 13, further comprising:
judging whether the accounting amount is 0 or not according to the submitted card refunding instruction;
if yes, carrying out logout processing on the stored value card;
if not, inquiring a payment channel of the stored value fund to be returned of the bookkeeping amount in the stored value escrow account;
and deducting the funds to be saved from the stored value escrow account and transferring the funds to the user account according to the payment channel.
19. The stored value processing method of a stored value card according to claim 13, applied to a payment platform;
the user billing account is created based on a stored value partnership agreement signed by the card issuer and the payment platform; the stored value hosting account of the card issuing organization is opened based on a stored value hosting protocol signed by the card issuing organization and the financial institution; and/or, the deduction is executed based on a fund management agreement signed by the financial institution and the payment platform; wherein the signing of the funds management agreement occurs after the signing of the stored value partnership agreement and the stored value escrow agreement.
20. A stored-value card based payment device comprising:
a payment order acquisition module configured to acquire a payment order of a stored-value card of a card issuing institution;
a billing amount deduction module configured to deduct a billing amount in a user billing account associated with the stored-value card according to a payment amount of the payment order;
a deduction settlement module configured to perform deduction settlement on the stored-value funds replenished to the stored-value card in the stored-value escrow account of the card issuing institution based on the payment amount; the billing amount is synchronized with the amount of the stored-value fund;
a stored value fund transfer module configured to transfer the deducted and settled stored value fund to a payment account of the card issuer.
21. A stored value processing apparatus for a stored value card, comprising:
a stored value request acquisition module configured to acquire a stored value request submitted for a stored value card of a card issuer;
the accounting amount updating module is configured to deduct money from a user payment account according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request and update the accounting amount in the user accounting account related to the stored value card; the user billing account is established in the card issuing institution;
the escrow account inquiry module is configured to inquire a stored value escrow account opened by the card issuing institution corresponding to the institution identification according to the institution identification contained in the stored value request;
a fund transfer module configured to transfer funds to be stored obtained by deduction to the stored value escrow account; the billing amount is synchronized with an amount of stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account charged for the stored-value card.
22. A stored-value card-based payment device, comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a payment order of a stored-value card of a card issuing mechanism;
deducting the account keeping amount in the user account keeping amount related to the stored value card according to the payment amount of the payment order;
deducting and settling the stored-value funds replenished to the stored-value card in the stored-value escrow account of the card issuing mechanism based on the payment amount; the billing amount is synchronized with the amount of the stored-value fund;
and transferring the stored value funds deducted by deduction and settlement into a collection account of the card issuing institution.
23. A stored value processing apparatus for a stored value card, comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a stored value request submitted by a stored value card aiming at a card issuing mechanism;
deducting a user payment account according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and updating the accounting amount in the user accounting account related to the stored value card; the user billing account is established in the card issuing institution; inquiring a stored value escrow account opened by the card issuing mechanism corresponding to the mechanism identification according to the mechanism identification contained in the stored value request;
transferring the funds to be stored obtained by deducting money to the stored value escrow account; the billing amount is synchronized with an amount of stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account charged for the stored-value card.
24. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed perform the following:
acquiring a payment order of a stored-value card of a card issuing mechanism;
deducting the accounting amount in the user accounting account associated with the stored-value card according to the payment amount of the payment order;
deducting and settling the stored-value funds replenished to the stored-value card in the stored-value escrow account of the card issuing mechanism based on the payment amount; the billing amount is synchronized with the amount of the stored-value fund;
and transferring the stored value funds deducted by deduction and settlement into a collection account of the card issuing institution.
25. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
acquiring a stored value request submitted by a stored value card aiming at a card issuing mechanism;
deducting a user payment account according to the stored value amount contained in the stored value request, and updating the accounting amount in the user accounting account related to the stored value card; the user billing account is established in the card issuing institution;
inquiring a stored value escrow account opened by the card issuing mechanism corresponding to the mechanism identification according to the mechanism identification contained in the stored value request;
transferring the funds to be stored obtained by deducting money to the stored value escrow account; the billing amount is synchronized with an amount of stored-value funds in the stored-value escrow account charged for the stored-value card.
