acquiring an operation instruction sent by the terminal equipment through a near field communication module or a golden finger interface;
the paying to the charging terminal according to the payment account data comprises the following steps:
and paying the fee to a charging terminal through the golden finger interface or the near field communication module according to the fee paying account data.

The payment method based on the multifunctional card is characterized by being applied to terminal equipment, wherein the multifunctional card comprises a plurality of accounts, at least one account is a financial account, and the multifunctional card comprises a near field communication module, a CPU chip, a financial account data storage area, a payment account data storage area and a golden finger interface; financial account data are stored in the financial account data storage area, and payment account data are stored in the payment account data storage area;
the method comprises the following steps:
establishing a communication connection with the multifunctional card;
if a payment operation instruction is obtained, sending the payment operation instruction to the multifunctional card, wherein the payment operation instruction is used for instructing the multifunctional card to read and write the payment account data and the financial account data;
and if a financial operation instruction is acquired, sending the financial operation instruction to the multifunctional card, wherein the financial operation instruction is used for indicating the multifunctional card to read and write the financial account data in the financial account data storage area.

The multi-function card based payment method of claim 6, wherein the payment account data comprises charging measurement data, the payment operation command comprises a first payment operation command, and if the payment operation command is obtained, the payment operation command is sent to the multi-function card, comprising:
if a first payment operation instruction input by a user is acquired in an off-network state, the first payment operation instruction is sent to the multifunctional card, and the first payment operation instruction is used for instructing the multifunctional card to read off-line wallet data of the financial account data storage area and charging measurement data of the payment account storage area; and deducting the payment amount carried by the first payment operation instruction from the offline wallet data to obtain updated offline wallet data, and updating the charging measurement data according to the payment amount.

The multi-function card based payment method of claim 6, wherein the payment account data comprises charging measurement data, the payment operation command comprises a second payment operation command, and the sending the payment operation command to the multi-function card if the payment operation command is obtained comprises:
if a second payment operation instruction input by a user is acquired in a networking state, the second payment operation instruction is sent to a background server, so that the background server calculates the payment amount according to the charging measurement data carried in the second payment operation instruction;
acquiring the payment amount sent by the background server, reading financial account data in the multifunctional card, and sending the financial account data and the payment amount to a financial server so that the financial server generates a payment result according to the financial account data and the payment amount and sends the payment result to the background server;
and receiving a payment result sent by the background server, and sending a second payment operation instruction to the multifunctional card when the payment result is payment completion, wherein the second payment operation instruction is used for instructing the multifunctional card to read and write the charging measurement data in the payment account data storage area.

10. A payment system based on a multifunctional card, characterized by comprising a charging terminal, a multifunctional card according to claim 9 and a terminal device for implementing the method steps of any one of claims 6 to 8;
