Abstract
The invention discloses an Internet of things-based building engineering information query system which comprises a project management module, terminal equipment, a data synchronization module, a BIM cloud data platform, a professional model module, a cost control module, a qualification auditing module, a bidder and a bid inviting processing module, wherein the output end of the BIM cloud data platform is sequentially connected with the data synchronization module and the input end of the terminal equipment, the output end of the professional model module is sequentially connected with the input end of the BIM cloud data platform, and the output end of the BIM cloud data platform is sequentially connected with the input ends of the bid inviting processing module, the bidder, the qualification auditing module and the cost control module. Various data are stored in a classified mode so as to facilitate later scheduling; by forming a powerful model library for the building engineering, the model can be directly used when the building engineering is modeled; data are synchronized to the terminal equipment through the BIM cloud data platform, and the mobile terminal can conveniently check the data.

The Building Information model (Building Information Modeling) is a new tool for architecture, engineering and civil engineering. The term building information model or building information model was created by Autodesk.
