the product quality scoring unit 52 determines the product quality score of the provider according to the actual supply quality evaluation of the provider, and the actual supply quality evaluation is determined by the online feedback of the affiliated bidding parties;
the delivery score unit 53 determines the delivery score of the supplier based on the supplier's actual delivery cycle evaluation determined by online feedback from already cooperating tenderers.
Specifically, in a product quotation scheme of a supplier, different product unit prices are set according to the product order quantity in a grading manner, an average single piece is obtained through calculation according to the unit prices of different grades, and then a product quotation score is determined according to the ratio of the market price of the same type of products under the line to the average unit price of the products on the cloud acquisition platform; for example, the average price quoted by one competitive bid BIM component product of a certain supplier on the cloud recruitment platform is 1000, the market price of the same product is 1300 under the line, the product price quoted by the competitive bid BIM component product is 130 points, and for example, the average price quoted by one competitive bid BIM component product of a certain supplier on the cloud recruitment platform is 1200, the market price of the same product is 1300 under the line, and the product price quoted by the supplier is 108 points.
Further, by carrying out online service survey on the co-operated tenderers, the tenderers respectively evaluate the actual supply quality and the actual supply period of the provider, then the cloud tendering platform respectively counts the evaluation opinions, calculates the product quality score and the product delivery score, for example, determines the product quality score of the provider according to the ratio of the opinion number with good actual supply quality evaluation to the total opinion number with good actual supply quality evaluation, and determines the product delivery score of the provider according to the ratio of the opinion number with good actual supply period evaluation to the total opinion number with actual supply period evaluation.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the supplier scoring module 50 further includes a product innovation scoring unit 54 and an auction liveness scoring unit 55;

the bidding activity scoring unit 55 determines a bidding activity score of the supplier according to the number of bidding BIM component products bid by the supplier within a certain period.
Specifically, the total number of times of payment and downloading of non-bidding BIM component products uploaded by a supplier is counted, and a product innovation score of the supplier is calculated, for example, if the total number of times of payment and downloading of the non-bidding BIM component products of a certain supplier is 1000, the product innovation score is 100; for another example, if the total number of paid downloads of a non-bidding BIM component product of a certain supplier is 900, the product innovation score of the supplier is 90.
Further, the number of bidding BIM component products which participate in bidding in a certain period of the supplier is counted, and the bidding activity score of the supplier is calculated, for example, if the number of bidding BIM component products which participate in bidding in three months by the supplier is 60, the bidding activity score is 60, and if the number of bidding BIM component products which participate in bidding in three months by the supplier is 80, the bidding activity score of the supplier is 80.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the supplier scoring module 50 further includes a supplier composite scoring unit 56;
and the supplier comprehensive scoring unit is used for comprehensively scoring the suppliers according to different proportions by using the product offer scoring, the product quality scoring, the product delivery scoring, the product innovation scoring and the bidding activity scoring of the suppliers.
Specifically, the product offer score, the product quality score, the product delivery score, the product innovation score and the bidding activity score are comprehensively considered according to a certain proportion, for example, the product offer score is 20%, the product quality score is 30%, the product quality score is 20%, the product quality score is 25% and the bidding activity score is 15%.
In this embodiment, the ranking pushing module 60 ranks suppliers bidding for the same target BIM component from high to low according to the comprehensive score, and pushes the supplier scoring ranking result, the corresponding bidding BIM component product and the product offer scheme to the bidder terminal.
In the embodiment, each supplier on the cloud bidding platform has a corresponding comprehensive score, the suppliers participating in bidding on the same target BIM component are ranked from high to low according to the comprehensive score, and then the grading and ranking results of the suppliers, corresponding bidding BIM component products and product quotation schemes are pushed to the bidding party terminal. In other embodiments, the product offer scores, the product quality scores, the product delivery scores, the product innovation scores and the bidding activity scores of the suppliers can be classified and ranked, so that different ranking search requirements of the tenderers can be met.
As shown in fig. 9, the cloud recruitment platform of the auxiliary recruitment procurement system BIM intelligent system of this embodiment further includes: a tenderer scoring module 70;
the tenderer scoring module 70 performs comprehensive scoring on tenderers who make tender purchases on the cloud tendering and collecting platform.
In this embodiment, the cloud bidding and collecting platform carries out comprehensive scoring on the performance of the bidding party on the cloud bidding and collecting platform, and a good bidding atmosphere is created.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the tender scoring module includes a tender success rate scoring unit 71 and a money delivery scoring unit 72;
the bid inviting success rate scoring unit 71 determines a bid inviting success rate score of the bid inviting party according to the ratio of the successful bid inviting times of the bid inviting party on the cloud bid inviting platform and the total bid opening times;
the money delivery scoring unit 72 determines a money delivery score of the tenderer according to the money payment period of the cooperative supplier by the tenderer, wherein the money payment period is determined by the online feedback of the cooperative supplier.
Specifically, the bid success rate score may be determined according to a ratio of the number of successful bid inviting times of the bid inviting party on the cloud bid inviting platform to the total number of bid opening times, for example, if the number of successful bid inviting times of a certain bid inviting party on the cloud bid inviting platform is 15 times, and the total number of bid opening times is 20, the bid success rate score of the bid inviting party is 75. In other embodiments, the ratio of the successful number of times of bid invitation by the bid inviting party on the cloud bid inviting platform to the total number of times of bid opening may also be counted in a certain time period, for example, the ratio of the successful number of times of bid invitation by the bid inviting party on the cloud bid inviting platform to the total number of times of bid opening may be counted for three months or half a year.
Further, in the cloud tendering platform online questionnaire survey, the cooperated suppliers evaluate the payment period of the tenderer, then count the evaluation opinions, and calculate the payment delivery score of the tenderer, for example, if all the cooperated suppliers evaluate the payment period of a certain tenderer, the good evaluation opinion accounts for 80% of the total evaluation opinion, and the payment delivery score of the tenderer is 80%.

the information display module acquires and displays target BIM component requirement information of a tenderer, and is used for a supplier to browse the target BIM component requirement information of the tenderer and provide a bidding window for the supplier;
the BIM component product uploading module uploads competitive BiM component products of suppliers and product quotation schemes to the bidding window of a tenderer;
the supplier scoring module carries out comprehensive scoring on suppliers residing on the cloud enrollment platform;
and the ranking pushing module is used for ranking suppliers bidding for the same target BIM component from high to low according to the comprehensive scores, and pushing the scoring ranking results of the suppliers, the corresponding bidding BIM component products and the product quotation schemes to the tenderer terminal.
2. The BIM intelligent system of an assisted bid procurement system of claim 1, wherein the cloud solicitation platform further comprises: the BIM file importing module and the demand issuing module;
the BIM file importing module acquires a target BIM component file uploaded by a tenderer, analyzes the target BIM component file and acquires parameter information of the target BIM component;
the demand issuing module acquires a demand issuing request and basic demand information of a tenderer, then responds to the issuing request of the tenderer, fuses the basic demand information and target BIM component parameter information of the tenderer to generate target BIM component demand information of the tenderer, and sends the target BIM component demand information of the tenderer to the information display module.

The BIM intelligent system of auxiliary bid procurement system of claim 2, characterized in that, the basic demand information includes target BIM component category information, the target BIM component demand information further includes a file compression package of the target BIM component parameter information, the information display module includes a component display unit and a file download unit;
the component display unit displays the requirement information of the target BIM component in a classified manner according to the category information of the target BIM component;
the file downloading unit provides a downloading link for a supplier to download the file compression package of the target BIM component parameter information.

The BIM intelligent system of the assisted bid procurement system of claim 3, wherein the target BIM component parameter information comprises target BIM component structure parameter information and target BIM component material information, and the BIM component product upload module comprises a rendering unit and a competitive bidding product upload unit;
the rendering unit is used for rendering by a supplier designer in three-dimensional software according to the structural parameter information and the material information of the target BIM component and combining with the material of a product and the design of the product to form a competitive BIM component product;
and the bidding product uploading unit uploads the bidding BIM component products to the cloud bidding platform for storage through a lightweight plug-in tool, and then uploads the bidding BIM component products and a product quotation scheme to a bidding window of a bidding party.

the non-bidding product uploading unit uploads a new product of a supplier as a non-bidding BIM component product to a cloud recruitment platform for storage, and uploads the product to the information display module;
the information display module also comprises a non-bidding product display unit and a payment downloading unit;
the non-bidding product display unit displays non-bidding BIM component products of suppliers;
the payment downloading unit provides a link for downloading the non-bidding BIM component product by payment.
6. The BIM intelligent system of an assisted bid procurement system of claim 5 characterized by, the supplier rating module comprises a product offer rating unit, a product quality rating unit and a product delivery rating unit;
the product quotation scoring unit determines the product quotation scoring of the supplier according to the comparison between the competitive BIM component product quotation of the supplier and the market price of the off-line similar products;
the product quality scoring unit determines the product quality scoring of the provider according to the actual supply quality evaluation of the provider, wherein the actual supply quality evaluation is determined by the online feedback of the affiliated bidding parties;
the product delivery scoring unit determines the product delivery scoring of the supplier according to the actual supply period evaluation of the supplier, and the actual supply period evaluation is determined by the online feedback of the co-operated tenderers.
7. The BIM intelligent system of assisted bid procurement architecture of claim 1, characterized in that, the supplier rating module further comprises a product innovation scoring unit and a bid liveness scoring unit;
the product innovation scoring unit determines the product innovation score of the supplier according to the number of times of payment and downloading of the non-bidding BIM component product of the supplier;
and the bidding activity grading unit determines the bidding activity grading of the supplier according to the number of bidding BIM component products bid by the supplier in a certain period.

the supplier scoring module also comprises a supplier comprehensive scoring unit;
and the supplier comprehensive scoring unit is used for comprehensively scoring the suppliers according to different proportions by using the product offer scoring, the product quality scoring, the product delivery scoring, the product innovation scoring and the bidding activity scoring of the suppliers.
