Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

Claims (8)

1. A building materials procurement platform, comprising:
the purchasing demand acquisition module is used for acquiring building material purchasing demands, generating a building material purchasing list according to the building material purchasing demands and outputting the building material purchasing list through a preset supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material purchasing demands comprise demands of building material types, type demand and service time periods of building periods corresponding to the building material types;
the purchasing object receiving module is used for acquiring building material supply information through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material supply information comprises a plurality of supply objects corresponding to the building material types and supply periods provided by the supply objects;
the object risk assessment module is used for acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object, performing risk analysis on the supply object according to the historical risk map and acquiring a risk assessment result of the supply object, wherein the historical risk map comprises a historical supply record and an enterprise reputation record of the supply object, and the risk assessment result comprises a supply period risk and an enterprise reputation risk;
and the purchasing scheme generating module is used for carrying out priority screening on a plurality of risk evaluation results corresponding to the building material types and generating a plurality of groups of building material purchasing schemes according to the screening results.
2. A building materials procurement platform of claim 1 characterized by, the procurement requirements acquisition module comprises:
the building material purchasing unit is used for acquiring building material purchasing requirements, acquiring the building material types and the type demand quantity in the building material purchasing requirements one by one and generating a building material purchasing list;
the building material correlation acquisition unit is used for receiving correlation information among a plurality of building material types, and the correlation information is used for representing that more than or equal to two building material types are materials needing to be used cooperatively, namely the supply objects are required to be supplied synchronously;
and the building material bidding and displaying unit is used for outputting the building material purchasing list through the supply object bidding platform, the supply object bidding platform is used for outputting the building material purchasing list by taking the building material type as an item, and the building material purchasing list also comprises a bidding budget of the building material type.
3. A building materials procurement platform of claim 2 characterized by, the object risk assessment module comprises:
the object information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object through the supply object bidding platform and extracting the historical supply record and an enterprise credit record in the historical risk map, wherein the enterprise credit record is used for representing customer evaluation and enterprise credit investigation of the supply object;
the credit risk analysis unit is used for evaluating the enterprise credit risk of the supply object according to a preset credit evaluation rule and the enterprise credit record, wherein the credit evaluation rule is used for counting bad records in user evaluation and enterprise credit investigation and evaluating and converting according to a preset integral rule;
and the period risk analysis unit is used for evaluating the supply period risk of the supply object according to a preset period evaluation rule and the historical supply record, the historical supply record comprises the supply period and the historical final delivery period which are provided in a historical manner, and the period evaluation rule is used for carrying out proportion conversion evaluation on the condition that the historical final delivery period exceeds the supply period.
4. A building materials procurement platform of claim 3 characterized by, the procurement plan generation module comprises:
the risk screening unit is used for carrying out priority descending sorting on the supply objects according to the risk evaluation result and taking a preset number of supply objects in a descending manner;
the association screening unit is used for acquiring the supply period of the supply object, judging the maximum supply period of the supply object according to the corresponding supply period risk, acquiring the maximum supply period of the associated supply object through the association information, comparing the difference values of a group of the maximum supply periods, and if the difference value of the maximum supply periods is smaller than a preset value, enabling the group of the supply objects to meet the basic supply requirement;
and the scheme generating unit is used for generating the building material purchasing scheme according to the building material purchasing list and a plurality of groups of supply objects corresponding to the building material types.
5. A building materials procurement platform of claim 4 characterized by, the procurement plan generation module further comprises:
and the cycle approval unit is used for carrying out cycle sequence judgment on the maximum supply cycle according to the use time period, if the judgment result is met, the cycle approval unit can be used for generating the building material purchasing scheme, and the cycle sequence judgment is used for carrying out supply sequence judgment on the building material types with sequential use sequences.
6. A building material purchasing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring building material purchasing requirements, generating a building material purchasing list according to the building material purchasing requirements, and outputting the building material purchasing list through a preset supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material purchasing requirements comprise the requirements of building material types, the type demand and the use time period of the building material types corresponding to the building period;
acquiring building material supply information through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material supply information comprises a plurality of supply objects corresponding to the building material types and supply periods provided by the supply objects;
acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object, performing risk analysis on the supply object according to the historical risk map, and acquiring a risk evaluation result of the supply object, wherein the historical risk map comprises a historical supply record and an enterprise reputation record of the supply object, and the risk evaluation result comprises a supply period risk and an enterprise reputation risk;
and performing priority screening on a plurality of risk assessment results corresponding to the building material types, and generating a plurality of groups of building material purchasing schemes according to the screening results.

A building material procurement method as defined in claim 6, wherein the step of acquiring the building material procurement requirements, generating a building material procurement list according to the building material procurement requirements, and outputting the building material procurement list through a preset supply object bidding platform specifically comprises:
acquiring building material purchasing demands, acquiring the building material types and the type demand quantity in the building material purchasing demands one by one, and generating a building material purchasing list;
receiving correlation information among a plurality of building material types, wherein the correlation information is used for representing that more than or equal to two building material types are materials needing to be matched for use, namely the supply objects are required to be synchronously supplied;
and outputting the building material purchasing list through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the supply object bidding platform is used for outputting the building material purchasing list by taking the building material type as an item, and the building material purchasing list also comprises a bidding budget of the building material type.
8. The building material procurement method of claim 7, wherein the step of obtaining the historical risk profile of the supply subject, performing risk analysis on the supply subject based on the historical risk profile, and obtaining the risk assessment result of the supply subject comprises:
acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object through the supply object bidding platform, and extracting historical supply records and enterprise reputation records in the historical risk map, wherein the enterprise reputation records are used for representing customer evaluation and enterprise credit investigation of the supply object;
evaluating enterprise reputation risks of the supply object according to a preset reputation evaluation rule and the enterprise reputation records, wherein the reputation evaluation rule is used for counting user evaluation and bad records in enterprise credit investigation and evaluating and converting according to a preset integral rule;
and evaluating the risk of the supply period of the supply object according to a preset period evaluation rule and the historical supply record, wherein the historical supply record comprises the supply period and the historical final delivery period which are provided historically, and the period evaluation rule is used for evaluating the proportion conversion of the condition that the historical final delivery period exceeds the supply period.
