Claims (4)

1. A building material procurement platform, comprising:
the purchasing demand acquisition module is used for acquiring building material purchasing demands, generating a building material purchasing list according to the building material purchasing demands and outputting the building material purchasing list through a preset supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material purchasing demands comprise demands of building material types, type demand and use time periods of building periods corresponding to the building material types;
the purchasing object receiving module is used for acquiring building material supply information through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material supply information comprises a plurality of supply objects corresponding to the building material types and a supply period provided by the supply objects;
the object risk assessment module is used for acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object, carrying out risk analysis on the supply object according to the historical risk map, and acquiring a risk assessment result of the supply object, wherein the historical risk map comprises a historical supply record and an enterprise reputation record of the supply object, and the risk assessment result comprises a supply period risk and an enterprise reputation risk;
the purchase scheme generating module is used for carrying out priority screening on a plurality of risk assessment results corresponding to the building material types and generating a plurality of groups of building material purchase schemes according to the screening results;
the purchasing demand acquisition module comprises:
the building material demand acquisition unit is used for acquiring building material purchasing demands, and acquiring the building material types and the type demand in the building material purchasing demands one by one to generate a building material purchasing list;
the building material association acquisition unit is used for receiving association information among a plurality of building material types, wherein the association information is used for representing that more than or equal to two building material types are materials which need to be matched, namely the supply objects are required to be synchronously supplied;
a building material bidding and displaying unit, configured to output the building material purchasing list through the supply object bidding platform, where the supply object bidding platform is configured to output the building material purchasing list with the building material category as an item, and the building material purchasing list further includes bidding budget of the building material category;
the purchase scheme generating module comprises:
the risk screening unit is used for sorting the supply objects in a descending order according to the risk assessment result, and taking a preset number of the supply objects in a descending order;
the association screening unit is used for acquiring the supply period of the supply object, judging the maximum supply period of the supply object according to the corresponding supply period risk, acquiring the associated maximum supply period of the supply object through the association information, comparing the difference value of a group of maximum supply periods, and if the difference value of the maximum supply periods is smaller than a preset value, the group of supply objects meets the basic requirement of supply;
the maximum supply period of the related building material types is compared and judged, so that the two supply objects can be improved to a certain extent, the delivery of the building materials can be completed in the same or similar time period, and the influence on the construction progress is reduced; judging the maximum supply period of the time period corresponding to the engineering period of the time period required by various materials, so as to ensure the continuity and timeliness of building material supply to a certain extent;
a scheme generating unit for generating a building material purchasing scheme according to the building material purchasing list and a plurality of groups of supply objects corresponding to the building material types;
the purchase scheme generating module further includes:
the period verification unit is used for judging the period sequence of the maximum supply period according to the using time period, and can be used for generating the building material purchasing scheme if the judging result is met, wherein the period sequence judgment is used for judging the supply sequence of the building material types with the sequence of use.
2. The building material procurement platform of claim 1 characterized by, the object risk assessment module comprises:
the object information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object through the supply object bidding platform, and extracting the historical supply record and the enterprise reputation record in the historical risk map, wherein the enterprise reputation record is used for representing the customer evaluation and enterprise credit of the supply object;
the reputation risk analysis unit is used for evaluating the enterprise reputation risk of the supply object according to a preset reputation evaluation rule and the enterprise reputation record, wherein the reputation evaluation rule is used for counting user evaluation and bad records in the enterprise credit and evaluating and converting according to the preset integral rule;
and the period risk analysis unit is used for carrying out evaluation of the supply period risk on the supply object according to a preset period evaluation rule and the historical supply record, wherein the historical supply record comprises the supply period provided in the history and the historical final delivery period, and the period evaluation rule is used for carrying out duty conversion evaluation on the condition that the historical final delivery period exceeds the supply period.
3. A method of purchasing building materials applied to the platform of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
building material purchasing requirements are obtained, a building material purchasing list is generated according to the building material purchasing requirements and is output through a preset supply object bidding platform, and the building material purchasing requirements comprise requirements of building material types, type demand and use time periods of building periods corresponding to the building material types;
acquiring building material supply information through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the building material supply information comprises a plurality of supply objects corresponding to the building material types and a supply period provided by the supply objects;
acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object, performing risk analysis on the supply object according to the historical risk map, and acquiring a risk assessment result of the supply object, wherein the historical risk map comprises a historical supply record and an enterprise reputation record of the supply object, and the risk assessment result comprises a supply period risk and an enterprise reputation risk;
priority screening is carried out on a plurality of risk assessment results corresponding to the building material types, and a plurality of groups of building material purchasing schemes are generated according to the screening results;
the step of screening the multiple risk assessment results corresponding to the building material types in priority and generating a plurality of groups of building material purchasing schemes according to the screening results specifically comprises the following steps:
sorting the supply objects in a descending order of priority according to the risk assessment result, and taking a preset number of supply objects in a descending order;
obtaining the supply period of the supply object, judging the maximum supply period of the supply object according to the corresponding supply period risk, obtaining the associated maximum supply period of the supply object through the association information, comparing the difference value of a group of maximum supply periods, and if the difference value of the maximum supply periods is smaller than a preset value, the group of supply objects meets the basic supply requirement;
generating a building material purchasing scheme according to the building material purchasing list and a plurality of groups of supply objects corresponding to the building material types;
the maximum supply period is subjected to periodic sequence judgment according to the using time period, if a judgment result is met, the maximum supply period can be used for generating the building material purchasing scheme, and the periodic sequence judgment is used for judging the supply sequence of the building material types with the sequence of use;
the step of obtaining building material purchasing requirements, generating a building material purchasing list according to the building material purchasing requirements and outputting the building material purchasing list through a preset supply object bidding platform specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring building material purchasing requirements, and acquiring the building material types and the type demand in the building material purchasing requirements one by one to generate a building material purchasing list;
receiving association information among a plurality of building material types, wherein the association information is used for representing that more than or equal to two building material types are materials which need to be matched, namely, the supply objects are required to be synchronously supplied;
and outputting the building material purchase list through the supply object bidding platform, wherein the supply object bidding platform is used for outputting the building material purchase list by taking the building material type as an item, and the building material purchase list further comprises bidding budget of the building material type.

The building material purchasing method as described in claim 3, wherein the step of acquiring the historical risk map of the supply object, performing risk analysis on the supply object according to the historical risk map, and acquiring the risk assessment result of the supply object comprises:
acquiring a historical risk map of the supply object through the supply object bidding platform, and extracting the historical supply record and an enterprise reputation record in the historical risk map, wherein the enterprise reputation record is used for representing customer evaluation and enterprise credit of the supply object;
evaluating the enterprise reputation risk of the supply object according to a preset reputation evaluation rule and the enterprise reputation record, wherein the reputation evaluation rule is used for counting user evaluation and bad records in the enterprise credit and evaluating and converting according to the preset credit rule;
and carrying out evaluation of the supply cycle risk on the supply object according to a preset cycle evaluation rule and the historical supply record, wherein the historical supply record comprises the supply cycle provided in the history and the final delivery cycle in the history, and the cycle evaluation rule is used for carrying out duty cycle conversion evaluation on the condition that the final delivery cycle exceeds the supply cycle.
