In some embodiments of the invention, the fibers are cotton. The cotton is added into the raw materials, so that the strength of the fiber is stronger, and the stable structure of the prepared craft sculpture is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the particle size of the raw material is 150-300 mesh. Within the granularity range, the prepared craft sculpture has fine and smooth hand feeling, and the use value of the craft sculpture is improved.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the craft sculpture, which comprises the following steps:
weighing sticky powder, spice powder, medicinal material powder and quartz sand according to the weight parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 5-10 parts by weight of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;

closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the closed molds, pouring molten wax oil into the isolation bag, and standing for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and trimming the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness is 40-70%, and performing wax removing treatment to obtain the final sculpture finished product.
According to the invention, the sticky powder, the spice powder, the medicinal material powder and the quartz sand are uniformly mixed, then the water is added for mixing, and then the fiber is added to obtain the material 2, so that the raw material powder can be uniformly mixed, the internal components of the process sculpture are ensured to be uniform, the spice powder and the medicinal material powder are uniformly distributed, and the quartz sand is added, so that the hardness of the process sculpture can be improved, and the process sculpture is not easy to damage and is more durable to store; in the subsequent step, the material 2 is pressed into a plate shape so as to be conveniently attached to a mold, and the thickness of the manufactured craft sculpture is uniform; the material 2 outside the width of the side line of the mould of 0.5-2cm is removed, so that the side line part of the mould is reserved with a part of the material 2, the material can be better bonded with another mould to form a whole craft sculpture, and the yield of the craft sculpture can be improved; and after the mold is closed, brushing water to the side line of the mold, brushing the adhesive property of the adhesive powder, improving the bonding strength of the two molds, putting an isolation bag into the closed mold, putting melted wax oil into the isolation bag, wherein the wax oil is easy to melt and condense, has lower melting and condensing temperature, is not easy to influence the material 2, is beneficial to keeping the stability of the property of the material 2, and can provide a certain supporting force for the primary sculpture product formed in the mold after the wax oil is condensed, and can also be heated to melt and lead out the wax oil when the dryness of the subsequent primary sculpture product is 40-70%, so as to keep the stable structure of the primary sculpture product.
In some embodiments of the invention, the thickness of the material 2 of the aforementioned plate type is between 1 and 2 cm. Under the thickness, the manufactured craft sculpture has a more stable structure and is not too heavy.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wax oil is prepared by mixing beeswax and vegetable wax, and the temperature of the wax oil poured into the isolation bag is 50-70 ℃. Based on that the melting point of the beeswax is 90 ℃, and the excessive temperature has influence on the formation of the sculpture, the vegetable wax is added and mixed with the beeswax, so that the melting point temperature of the mixed wax oil is reduced to 50-70 ℃, and the influence on the molding of the sculpture is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a support frame is disposed within the melted wax oil. Set up the support frame and can provide better holding power to the sculpture just finished product.
In some embodiments of the invention, the raw materials are weighed and sterilized, specifically, the raw materials are placed in a sterilization cabinet, the high-pressure saturated steam is used to denature and solidify the protein components in the bacterial protoplasm to kill bacteria, the temperature is controlled at 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the time is 10-50min, preferably 121 ℃, 15min or 116 ℃ and 40 min. In some embodiments of the present invention, the wax removing treatment is to add hot water with a temperature of 70-100 ℃ into the isolation bag, melt the wax oil, and take out the wax oil and the isolation bag. The process sculpture is not easy to be damaged by the treatment, and the goods loss can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the two molds are closed, and after a layer of water is coated on the side line of the mold, the side line of the mold is pressed, so that the combination tightness of the two molds is strengthened, and the obtained sculpture structure is ensured to be tight.

Example 1
A method for preparing an artistic sculpture comprises the following steps:
weighing 200g of sticky powder with the granularity of 150-300 meshes, 50g of clove powder, 20g of mint powder, 30g of sandalwood powder, 20g of cardamom seed powder, 10g of magnolia flower powder, 10g of allium macrostemon powder, 10g of calamus powder, 20g of schizonepeta powder, 20g of kaempferia galanga powder, 10g of zeylang powder, 10g of holy basil powder, 20g of oregano powder and 100g of quartz sand, uniformly mixing, heating to 80 ℃, and sterilizing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 50g of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;
weighing 20g of cotton which is heated to 80 ℃ for disinfection, adding the cotton into the material 1, and stirring and kneading to obtain a material 2;
paving and pressing the material 2 into a plate shape with the thickness of 1-2cm, attaching the plate shape on a mold, and removing the material 2 outside the width of 0.5-2cm of the side line of the mold after compression molding in the mold;
closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the closed molds, pouring wax oil (the ratio of the beeswax to the vegetable wax is 8:1) with the temperature of 55 ℃ into the isolation bag, and standing for waiting for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and removing redundant materials on the edge of the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness reaches 40%, adding hot water with the temperature of 70 ℃ into the isolation bag, melting the wax oil, and taking out the wax oil and the isolation bag to obtain the finished sculpture.
Example 2
A method for preparing an artistic sculpture comprises the following steps:
weighing 300g of sticky powder with the granularity of 150-300 meshes, 50g of lavender powder, 20g of citronella powder, 20g of mint powder, 30g of agilawood powder, 30g of cardamom powder, 15g of magnolia flower powder, 15g of allium macrostemon powder, 15g of calamus powder, 25g of schizonepeta powder, 25g of kaempferia galanga powder, 15g of zeylang powder, 15g of holy basil powder, 25g of origanum vulgaris powder and 200g of quartz sand, uniformly mixing, heating to 80 ℃, and sterilizing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 60g of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;
weighing 40g of cotton which is heated to 80 ℃ for disinfection, adding the cotton into the material 1, and stirring and kneading to obtain a material 2;
paving and pressing the material 2 into a plate shape with the thickness of 1-2cm, attaching the plate shape on a mold, and removing the material 2 outside the width of 0.5-2cm of the side line of the mold after compression molding in the mold;
closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the closed molds, pouring wax oil (the ratio of the beeswax to the vegetable wax is 7:3) at the temperature of 60 ℃ into the isolation bag, putting the isolation bag into a support frame for supporting, and standing for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and removing redundant materials on the edge of the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness reaches 50%, adding hot water with the temperature of 80 ℃ into the isolation bag, melting the wax oil, and taking out the support frame, the wax oil and the isolation bag to obtain the finished sculpture.
Example 3
A method for preparing an artistic sculpture comprises the following steps:
weighing 400g of sticky powder with the granularity of 150-300 meshes, 50g of camphor powder, 20g of citronella powder, 30g of clove powder, 20g of lavender powder, 40g of cardamom powder, 15g of magnolia flower powder, 15g of allium macrostemon powder, 15g of calamus powder, 25g of schizonepeta powder, 25g of kaempferia galanga powder, 15g of zeylang powder, 15g of holy basil powder, 25g of origanum vulgaris powder and 250g of quartz sand, uniformly mixing, heating to 80 ℃, and sterilizing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 70g of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;
weighing 60g of cotton which is heated to 80 ℃ for disinfection, adding the cotton into the material 1, and stirring and kneading to obtain a material 2;
spreading and pressing the material 2 into a plate shape with the thickness of 1-2cm, attaching the plate shape to a mold, removing the material 2 outside the width of 0.5-2cm of the side line of the mold after the material is pressed and formed in the mold, and brushing a layer of water on the edge of the mold;
closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the mold after closing the molds, pouring wax oil (the ratio of the beeswax to the vegetable wax is 6:4) with the temperature of 50 ℃ into the isolation bag, shaking the wax oil for a circle in the molds, forming a layer of hollow wax with the thickness of 1-2cm in the molds, pouring off the redundant wax oil, and standing for waiting for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and removing redundant materials on the edge of the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness reaches 60%, adding hot water with the temperature of 90 ℃ into the isolation bag, melting the wax oil, and taking out the wax oil and the isolation bag to obtain the finished sculpture.
Example 4
A method for preparing an artistic sculpture comprises the following steps:
weighing 500g of sticky powder with the granularity of 150 plus 300 meshes, 40g of lavender powder, 20g of camphor powder, 30g of gardenia powder, 20g of cardamom seed powder, 20g of agilawood powder, 50g of magnolia flower powder, 20g of allium macrostemon powder, 20g of calamus powder, 30g of schizonepeta powder, 30g of kaempferia galangal powder, 20g of zeylang powder, 20g of holy basil powder, 30g of origanum vulgaris powder and 300g of quartz sand, uniformly mixing, heating to 80 ℃, and sterilizing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 80g of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;
weighing 20g of cotton which is heated to 80 ℃ for disinfection, adding the cotton into the material 1, and stirring and kneading to obtain a material 2;
paving and pressing the material 2 into a plate shape with the thickness of 1-2cm, attaching the plate shape on a mold, and removing the material 2 outside the width of 0.5-2cm of the side line of the mold after compression molding in the mold;
closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the closed molds, pouring wax oil (the ratio of the beeswax to the vegetable wax is 5:5) at the temperature of 60 ℃ into the isolation bag, and standing for waiting for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and removing redundant materials on the edge of the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness reaches 70%, adding hot water with the temperature of 100 ℃ into the isolation bag, melting the wax oil, and taking out the wax oil and the isolation bag to obtain the finished sculpture.
Examples of the experiments
First, 100 persons (population covering 15-70 years) were randomly selected from the finished sculptures prepared in examples 1-4 and commercially available sculptures, and the population was randomly divided into 5 groups, and the sensory tests were performed on 5 groups in 1 day, one month, and three months after the finished sculptures were prepared, with the test results shown in tables 1-4.

As can be seen from the analysis of tables 1-3, the sculptures prepared in the examples 1-4 of the application have lasting fragrance, and most people think that the fragrance of the sculptures is moderate and comfortable to smell, and the fragrance of the sculptures is suitable for most people; analysis table 4 shows that the sculptures prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present application have fine and smooth hand feeling and delicate process, and compared with the sculptures purchased in the market, the sculptures have better quality, better hand feeling and easier popularization and use.
(II) respectively taking the sculpture finished products prepared in the examples 1-4, randomly distributing the sculpture to ordinary people for use, placing the sculpture in a personal room, and randomly visiting 5 people to investigate the feeling after use after the sculpture is left for half a year, wherein the specific feeling is as follows:
user 1: after being placed indoors for half a year, the mosquito repellent can smell light fragrance, is easier to calm under the fragrance atmosphere, can quickly sleep under the fragrance atmosphere, is easier to concentrate after being continuously used for half a year, and has better mental state.
The user 2: after the pillow is placed indoors for half a year, the fragrance is lighter than that before, but the pillow can still be smelled, compared with that before use, the pillow can obviously improve the sleep quality, the insomnia exists before, and the pillow can sleep on time and the insomnia is improved after half a year of use.
The user 3: after the fragrance box is placed indoors for half a year, fragrance can be smelled, the efficiency of working and learning under the fragrance atmosphere can be higher compared with the change before and after use, and the energy concentration degree is improved after the fragrance box is used for a long time.
The user 4: after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is placed indoors for half a year, the fragrance is light, headache symptoms are occasionally caused before use, headache frequency is reduced after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used for half a year, headache is basically avoided, and the mind is relieved.
The user 5: after being placed indoors for half a year, the flower tea is light in fragrance, often stays up all night before use, is poor in mental state and does not have mental state for a long time, and after being used for half a year, the stay up condition is improved, and energy is obviously improved.
In conclusion, the invention adds the spice powder into the raw materials, so that the craft sculpture can emit fragrance, the conditions that the original sculpture is single in material, tasteless in product and single in use of the finished product are changed, after the craft sculpture can emit fragrance, the use scenes of the craft sculpture are increased, the craft sculpture can be placed indoors to be used as aromatherapy to replace products such as aromatic essential oil, and the craft sculpture has certain attractive appreciation value, so that the application space of the craft sculpture is wider compared with that of the original sculpture; in addition, the medicinal powder is added into the raw materials, the added medicinal powder also has fragrance, and the medicinal powder is mixed and mixed with the fragrance of the spice powder to form fragrance with moderate intensity and long fragrance, and has a certain maintenance effect.

2. A sculpture according to claim 1 wherein the fragrance powder is one or more of clove powder, peppermint powder, lavender powder, citronella powder, camphor powder, gardenia powder, sandalwood powder and agilawood powder.

The art sculpture according to claim 1, wherein the medicinal material powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of round cardamom seed powder, 1-2 parts of magnolia flower pollen, 1-2 parts of allium macrostemon powder, 1-2 parts of calamus powder, 2-3 parts of schizonepeta powder, 2-3 parts of kaempferia galangal powder, 1-2 parts of zeylang powder, 1-2 parts of holy basil powder and 2-3 parts of origanum vulgaris powder.
4. A technical sculpture according to claim 1, characterised in that the fibres are cotton.
5. The sculpture according to claim 1, wherein said raw material has a particle size of 150-300 mesh.
6. A method of manufacturing an artistic sculpture according to any one of claims 1 to 5, including the steps of:
weighing sticky powder, spice powder, medicinal material powder and quartz sand according to the weight parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
adding 5-10 parts by weight of water into the mixture 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material 1;
weighing fibers according to the weight parts, adding the fibers into the material 1, and stirring and kneading to obtain a material 2;
paving and pressing the material 2 into a plate shape, attaching the plate shape to a mold, and removing the material 2 outside the width of 0.5-2cm of the side line of the mold after compression molding in the mold;
closing the two molds, brushing a layer of water on the side line of the molds, putting the isolation bag into the closed molds, pouring molten wax oil into the isolation bag, and standing for the wax oil to solidify;
after the wax oil is solidified, taking down the mold, and trimming the molded material 2 to obtain a primary sculpture finished product;
and drying the primary sculpture finished product until the dryness is 40-70%, and performing wax removing treatment to obtain the final sculpture finished product.
7. A method of manufacturing an artistic sculpture according to claim 6, wherein the thickness of said plate-shaped material 2 is 1-2 cm.
8. The method for preparing an artistic sculpture according to claim 6, wherein the wax oil is prepared by mixing beeswax and vegetable wax, and the temperature of the wax oil poured into the isolation bag is 50-70 ℃.
9. A method of making a technical sculpture according to claim 6, wherein a support is placed in the melted wax oil.
10. The method for preparing a craft sculpture according to claim 6, wherein the wax removing treatment is carried out by adding hot water at a temperature of 70-100 ℃ into the isolated bag, melting the wax oil, and then taking out the wax oil and the isolated bag.
