Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process for synthesizing a sculpture by using natural spices, wherein the sculpture is made of a mixture, and the mixture comprises the following raw materials: lignum Santali albi, lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, Thuja, radix Angelicae sinensis, flos Caryophylli, Olibanum, herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci, Benzonum, cortex Cinnamomi, fructus Anisi Stellati, rhizoma Nardostachyos, rhizoma Atractylodis, flos Magnoliae, Borneolum Syntheticum, etc.; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: respectively grinding the spices into powder and blending the powder with different fragrances according to different proportions for later use; beating the hemp into fiber powder with the length of 1mm-10mm for later use; adding 30% of natural adhesive and 15% of fiber powder into the powder to obtain mixed powder, adding 300-350 g of purified water, adding into a stirrer, and stirring for 45 min; wrapping the mixed and stirred materials in a wooden framework or a wooden sculpture, injecting the materials into a sculpture mold for film pressing, demolding and drying in the shade. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the sculpture is simple to manufacture and has better compression resistance, crack resistance and deformation resistance.

(2) beating the hemp into fiber powder with the length of 1mm-10mm for later use;
(3) adding 30% of natural adhesive in the powder in the step (1) and 15% of fiber powder in the step (2) into the mixed powder of 500g, adding 300g-350g of purified water into the mixed powder, and stirring for 45min for later use;
(4) and (4) wrapping the material mixed and stirred in the step (3) in a pre-made wooden framework or wooden sculpture, injecting the material into a sculpture mold, pressing the mold, demolding, drying in the shade, and coloring and painting to obtain the corresponding sculpture.

(1) respectively grinding lignum Santali albi, lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, herba Thunbergii, radix Angelicae sinensis, flos Caryophylli, Olibanum, herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci, Benzonum, cortex Cinnamomi, fructus Anisi Stellati, rhizoma Nardostachyos, rhizoma Atractylodis, flos Magnoliae, and Borneolum Syntheticum into powder with different fragrances at different ratios;
(2) beating the hemp into fiber powder with the length of 1mm-10mm for later use;
