Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill, a preparation process thereof and a sachet obtained by the same.
Background
The Chinese incense culture is a culture gradually formed by making, processing, blending and using various incense products in thousands of years of history of Chinese nationalities, has the characteristic of Chinese nationalities, embodies the unique spirit and temperament of the Chinese nationalities, has important aesthetic value and is an important component of Chinese traditional culture.
With the development of incense, during the period of the south and north of Wei and jin, the varieties of the incense medicine are various, and the use of mixed incense is common. The selection of herbs, formulation and processing are well established, and the attention is paid to the property of herbs and the health preserving effect. The mixed fragrance has wide variety, multiple purposes and rich use methods, wherein the most extensive use method is to prepare the fragrant pills. The traditional fragrant pill belongs to a preparation of honeyed pills in traditional Chinese medicine, and is prepared by adding various fragrant powders into refined honey, uniformly mixing into fragrant paste, cutting, weighing and kneading into pills with glossy surface skin. However, most of the traditional fragrant pills are used for fumigation and burning, as described in "note" of Tulong: "Red sleeve on the side, whisper talk private, handle in the stove, burn with the meaning of fumigating heart . It is also called ancient condition. The usage of 'six-flavor smoked clothes fragrance' in 'elbow backup acute prescription' is as follows: for honeyed pills, it is better to add blumea balsamifera to the smoked clothes. "it is relatively inconvenient to use, and cannot be worn directly on the body to play a role in continuously playing a health care effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill, a preparation process thereof and an obtained fragrant bag.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a preparation process of a traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill, which comprises the following steps:
preparing the traditional Chinese medicine balm:
mixing the Chinese medicinal materials, and soaking to obtain saturated solution of Chinese medicinal materials;
adding vegetable oil into the saturated solution according to a certain proportion, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
decocting the mixed solution at 50-60 deg.C in water to prevent the effective components of the Chinese medicinal materials from being damaged at high temperature, and transferring the effective components of the Chinese medicinal materials in the saturated solution into vegetable oil to form stable balsam;
adding 1/5 ratio beeswax into the balm, and fusing at 50-60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal balm;
in the steps, vegetable oil is added into saturated liquid for leaching, alcohol is volatilized at low temperature, the temperature control in the process is very critical, according to practical experience, the temperature is controlled to be 50-60 ℃, the temperature is controlled to be proper, the low alcohol is volatilized slowly, the oil is cured when the temperature is too high, aromatic substances are damaged easily, the two are layered and difficult to fuse, the aromatic substances are transferred into the vegetable oil from the sorghum wine, and the concentration of the aromatic substances and the aroma retention time can be effectively controlled by controlling the ratio of the vegetable oil to the saturated liquid in the process. The fragrance retention time depends on the compatibility of the raw materials and the proportion of the saturated liquid and the vegetable oil, and is different from six hours to twelve hours. As the material is natural material and no antiseptic component is added, the shelf life at normal temperature is one year, and the refrigeration in a refrigerator is three years. In the preparation process, the quality is greatly influenced by the change of parameters, if the time is shortened, the extract liquid is not completely saturated, the content of aromatic substances in the extract liquid is insufficient, and the aroma retention time is lost 1/3 after the oil is decocted into paste.
Preparing traditional Chinese medicine incense powder:
re-compounding the Chinese medicinal materials according to the original formula, screening to remove impurities and non-medicinal parts, and pulverizing into Chinese medicinal incense powder;
the preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill:
heating the Chinese medicinal balm at 50-60 deg.C in water to melt, and adding Cera flava;
adding Chinese medicinal incense powder into melted Chinese medicinal balm, blending uniformly, and making into fragrant paste with moderate hardness;
cutting and weighing the fragrant mud, and kneading into a pill shape with glossy surface to obtain fragrant pills;
and (3) storing the fragrant pills in a sealed purple sand or ceramic container, and aging to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pills.
Preferably, the mixed Chinese medicinal incense materials are soaked in Kaoliang spirit or edible alcohol of more than 90 degrees until saturated liquid of the Chinese medicinal incense materials is obtained. In the scheme, the sorghum liquor is adopted for leaching, and the aromatic oil, the aromatic wax and the aromatic gum substances in the plants are mainly dissolved by utilizing alcohol, so that the extracted aromatic substances are rich in composition, the volatility of the aromatic wax and the aromatic gum substances is weak, and the aroma retention time is obviously longer. In an advantage, the Chinese medicinal materials can be soaked with Kaoliang spirit for several times, such as 2-4 times, so as to effectively and sufficiently extract effective substances from the Chinese medicinal materials. In an optimal choice, when the fragrant mud is divided, the fragrant mud can be divided according to needs, and the mass of each part is 1-3 g.
Preferably, the added vegetable oil is coconut oil or jojoba oil; the amount of vegetable oil added was 1/10 parts by weight of the saturated liquid.
Preferably, in the preparation step of the traditional Chinese medicine balm, the beeswax added is 1/5-1/4 of the balm. In the scheme, beeswax is added into balsam according to the proportion of 1/5-1/4, and if the beeswax is lower than 1/5, the solidified hardness is insufficient, the beeswax melts when the temperature is higher than 25 ℃ in summer, otherwise the beeswax is too hard, and the beeswax hardens when the temperature is lower than 10 ℃ in winter, so that the beeswax is difficult to use. Meanwhile, temperature control during fusion is also important, otherwise, incomplete fusion and incapability of obtaining the expected balm can occur.
Preferably, the particle size of the traditional Chinese medicine incense powder is about 300 microns, and the traditional Chinese medicine incense powder is powder particles obtained by sieving with a 50-mesh sieve.
Preferably, in the preparation step of the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill, the amount of the beeswax added is 1/5-1/4. Similarly, in the scheme, the beeswax is added into the balsam according to the proportion of 1/5-1/4, if the beeswax is lower than 1/5, the solidified hardness is insufficient, the beeswax is melted when the temperature is higher than 25 ℃ in summer, otherwise the beeswax is too hard, and the beeswax is hardened when the temperature is lower than 10 ℃ in winter, so that the beeswax is difficult to use. Meanwhile, temperature control during fusion is also particularly important, otherwise, incomplete fusion and incapability of obtaining the expected fragrant pills occur.
Preferably, the molar ratio (mass ratio, etc.) of the added traditional Chinese medicine balsam to the traditional Chinese medicine incense powder is 1/5. It will be appreciated that the key to making cold pellets is the ratio of the added balm to the powder, the appropriate degree of which directly limits the gloss level, the durability of the aroma and the desired quality of the resulting pellets.
Preferably, the aging period is 2 weeks, and the ripening conditions are that the cold fragrant pills are mellow in color and luster and soft and mellow in fragrance.
The invention also provides the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pills prepared by the preparation process according to any one of the above claims.
The invention also provides a sachet which is a hollow metal sachet and is internally provided with the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill provided by the invention effectively combines traditional Chinese medicines and balm, the traditional Chinese medicine balm concentrates traditional Chinese medicine essence, the content of active ingredients is high, the medicine effect is strong, the traditional Chinese medicine fragrant powder can play a role of an excipient, and the cold fragrant pill can have long fragrance-retaining time and lasting effect.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill provided by the invention has the effect when being worn on the body, the fragrant pill is softened by slight heating of body temperature, the effective fragrance components are volatilized rapidly, and are absorbed by respiratory mucosa through a nasal cavity or directly absorbed into the body by acupuncture points and reflection areas through the drug permeation effect, and are distributed on internal organs and focus parts to play the curative effect of treating diseases and preserving health, namely: "body is stove, body temperature is fire, breath is communicated, channels and collaterals are combined". After the cold fragrant pills are taken down, the temperature is reduced, and the volatilization of the drug effect is slowed down.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine cold fragrant pill provided by the invention is placed in the hollow metal fragrant bag, and has the effects of treatment and health preservation and beautifying the body.
