Description

Traditional Chinese medicine pillow beneficial to sleep and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine pillow, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine pillow helpful for sleeping and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine pillows are usually assisted in sleeping by placing a plurality of medicinal materials which are helpful for sleeping in a pillow case. For example, a sleep-aiding medicated pillow disclosed in chinese patent No. 201310074056.7, wherein: the pillow comprises a pillow case and a pillow core, wherein the pillow core comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-18 parts of jujube kernel, 8-12 parts of ginkgo leaf, 8-12 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 14-26 parts of chrysanthemum, 8-12 parts of roasted malt and 12-18 parts of lavender. The invention also provides a preparation method of the sleep-aiding drug pillow. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the jujube kernel, the ginkgo leaves, the tuber fleeceflower stem and the lavender which have the functions of nourishing the heart and soothing the nerves are selected, the chrysanthemum which has the functions of dispelling wind and clearing heat and the roasted malt which has the functions of promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals are added, and the medicines are crushed, so that the medicine pillow is soft and has aromatic smell, and the medicine pillow has the functions of calming the nerves and helping sleep.
The technical scheme has the following disadvantages: jujube kernel, ginkgo leaf, etc. contain rich dry wood fiber, and even if the jujube kernel and the ginkgo leaf are crushed, the jujube kernel and the ginkgo leaf will make a 'sand' sound, similar to the sound of stepping on fallen leaves, and the abnormal sound is not beneficial to sleep aid for people with sleep problems.
In order to overcome the abnormal sound, part of the technical proposal adopts a mode of combining traditional Chinese medicines and organic materials. For example, chinese patent discloses a medical pillow and a method for manufacturing the same, patent No. 200410043782.3, which describes: the medicine pillow consists of Chinese herbal medicines and polyurethane, wherein the weight ratio of the Chinese herbal medicines to the polyurethane is (0.2-2) to 1. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a. pulverizing 20-60 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 30-60 parts of albizzia flower, 120-160 parts of acanthopanax, 100-150 parts of caulis polygoni multiflori, 10-50 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 120-160 parts of lycopodium clavatum; b. mixing the crushed Chinese herbal medicines with polyurethane; c. and (3) putting 130-180 parts of magnets into a mold, injecting the mixture of the Chinese herbal medicine and the polyurethane into the mold, and foaming and forming to obtain the medicinal pillow.
The technical scheme successfully overcomes the abnormal sound of the medical pillow and improves the softness, but because the traditional Chinese medicinal materials realize the curative effect in the air by the flow of volatile substances along with the air, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are doped in the foaming polyurethane, the polyurethane is not breathable, the ventilation is realized by through holes generated by foaming, most of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials doped in the polyurethane are not communicated with the through holes, and the drug effect is limited. In addition, volatile essential oil (such as linalool) can be adsorbed by the porous polyurethane, and the drug effect is further reduced. Finally, polyurethane is a chemical material which can emit a pungent odor, as detailed in the article "evaluation and improvement of odor property of polyurethane material" published in polyurethane industry "by wuhao 2009. It is known that the human body is difficult to fall asleep in an environment with a pungent smell.

A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine pillow helpful for sleeping is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing amethyst, cinnabar, pearl, cortex albiziae, flos albiziae, rice albizzia, polygala tenuifolia, platycladi seed, jujube kernel, caltrop, gentiana scabra bunge, liquorice, dried orange peel, pomelo leaf, coltsfoot flower, perilla leaf, marsdenia tenacissima, dogbane leaf, bead peony, groundsel, oyster shell, basalt, uncaria, acorus gramineus, wormwood, storax, borneol, benzoin, sea buckthorn, panicled fameflower root, rhizoma panacis majoris, manyflower solomonseal rhizome leaf, bluebush, ganoderma, curculigo orchioides, dodder, sharpleaf galangal fruit, wild fennel, citronella, clove, rosewood heart wood, vine of multiflower knotweed, ophiopogon root, glossy privet fruit, beef vine, mulberry leaf, eclipta, pomegranate rind, lotus stamen, blackberry lily rhizome, honeysuckle, elsholtzia, pine needle, Chinese honeylocust spine, honeycomb, China root, Guangdong, cardamon, tuckahoe, poria cocos, ricepaperplant pith grass, ricepaperplant pith, ricepaper pith, Bletilla striata leaf, radix isatidis, lycopodium clavatum, salvia miltiorrhiza, campsis grandiflora, motherwort fruit, artemisia anomala, rhizoma drynariae, selfheal, schizonepeta and corn stigma;
step two, performing mildew-proof treatment on the traditional Chinese medicines obtained in the step one respectively;
step three, respectively drying the traditional Chinese medicines processed in the step two at low temperature, wherein the corn stigma is dried and then put into a sterile box for later use, the other traditional Chinese medicines are uniformly mixed and then filled into a pillow core by adopting superfine grinding, the periphery of the pillow core is subjected to pulp coating treatment, and then the pillow core is dried at low temperature;
and step four, putting the pillow core obtained in the step three into a pillow case, filling corn silk in a gap between the pillow core and the pillow case, spraying the mildew-proof sterilization liquid on the corn silk, and drying the whole pillow at high temperature.
The method for mildew-proof treatment in the second step comprises the following steps: putting the traditional Chinese medicine into a closed container, introducing high-pressure mixed gas into the container after vacuumizing, wherein the pressure of the high-pressure mixed gas is 0.9 MPa, the component is carbon dioxide containing the volatile oil of the cinnamomum burmannii leaves, wherein each liter of the carbon dioxide contains 15 mg of the volatile oil of the cinnamomum burmannii leaves, and taking out the traditional Chinese medicine after 60 hours and putting the traditional Chinese medicine into a sterile box for later use. Obviously, the complete anoxic environment can cause most of fungi and animal death, the volatile oil of the cinnamomum burmannii leaf can neutralize the slight peculiar smell carried by industrial carbon dioxide, and the volatile oil of the cinnamomum burmannii leaf has an inhibiting effect on the germination of mould spores in the experimental process.
The low-temperature drying method in the third step comprises the following steps: blowing the traditional Chinese medicine by using air with the temperature lower than 25 ℃ and the relative humidity lower than 4% until the water content of the traditional Chinese medicine is lower than 20%. The step has two meanings, and for the corn silk, the corn silk is fluffy by drying and cooling air because the corn silk has larger water content and is easy to be entangled and adhered with each other; for other traditional Chinese medicines, the drug pillow inevitably achieves drug effect by diffusing volatile substances, so that the increase of the volatilization speed in the processing process is avoided as much as possible, and the volatilization of the volatile substances can be reduced by adopting cold air.
Wherein the superfine grinding method in the third step comprises the following steps: pulverizing the Chinese medicinal materials into 10-20 μm powder with a micronizer. Due to the increase of the relative surface area, volatile substances of the traditional Chinese medicine are easier to be emitted into the air, and the drug effect is improved; because the traditional Chinese medicine is crushed to the micron level, even if the traditional Chinese medicine contains a large amount of plant fibers, the traditional Chinese medicine cannot make a sand sound any more, and the influence on sleep is avoided.
The pulp coating treatment method in the third step comprises the following steps: weighing 7 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 4 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of zinc acetate, 4 parts of an antibacterial agent, 3 parts of fluorinated alkyl sulfonate, 2 parts of n-butyl titanate, 1 part of ethoxy lauryl tyramine and 10 parts of deionized water; adding the bamboo charcoal fiber into a stirring cylinder, adding the fluorinated alkyl sulfonate, and uniformly stirring; uniformly adding silicon dioxide, zinc acetate, an antibacterial agent and ethoxy lauryl tyramine, and stirring at a high speed for dispersing; uniformly adding tetrabutyl titanate, and uniformly stirring; pouring the given water in parts by weight, and heating for 20 minutes; filtering, standing the filtrate, and coating on the inner and outer surfaces of the pillow core. The coating pulp is arranged at 0.1-0.5 mm, and the coating pulp layer has certain waterproof capability and good air permeability.
Wherein, the mildew-proof sterilization liquid in the fourth step adopts food-grade sodium propionate solution. The corn stigma is easy to absorb moisture, so that the spraying of the mildew-proof sterilization liquid is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the corn stigma. The spraying amount is controlled to be 60-70% of the weight of the corn stigma, and excessive water easily permeates into the pillow core in a large amount, so that the quality of the pillow core is affected.
And in the fourth step, air with the temperature of 60-75 ℃ and the relative humidity of less than 4% is blown to dry and puff the corn stigma absorbing the moisture again. In addition, as the last step of the production of the medical pillow, the volatilization efficiency of the traditional Chinese medicines is improved through high temperature, so that the pillow emits relatively strong fragrance, and the foreign flavor of fabrics such as a pillowcase, a pillow core and the like is covered. In addition, whether the coating pulp of the pillow inner is too thick can be roughly detected, if the thick fragrance cannot be released by hot air blowing, the coating pulp is too thick, and partial coating pulp needs to be removed by polishing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the medicinal pillow helps sleep through reasonable compatibility, the traditional Chinese medicines are specially treated, abnormal sound is avoided, the use of chemical materials is reduced, and pungent smell is reduced; in addition, the prepared traditional Chinese medicine pillow has the advantages of fluffiness, mildew resistance and the like by optimizing the preparation process.

step three, respectively drying the traditional Chinese medicines processed in the step two at low temperature, wherein the corn stigma is dried and then put into a sterile box for later use, the other traditional Chinese medicines are uniformly mixed and then filled into a pillow core by adopting superfine grinding, the periphery of the pillow core is subjected to pulp coating treatment, and then the pillow core is dried at low temperature;
and step four, putting the pillow core obtained in the step three into a pillow case, filling corn silk in a gap between the pillow core and the pillow case, spraying the mildew-proof sterilization liquid on the corn silk, and drying the whole pillow at high temperature.
The polishing method comprises the following steps: the electric buffing device (originally used for buffing the feet of a human body) is used for buffing, one position of the electric buffing device is buffed (the surface of a pillow core can be seen by naked eyes) which is not more than 1 square centimeter, so that the thickness of a pulp coating layer is judged, and then the electric buffing device is used for buffing the pulp coating layer to about half of the thickness.
