The method for preparing the faint scent bath powder containing peony provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight;
step two, drying the weighed aristolochia debilis in a vacuum freeze drying oven at the temperature of-30 ℃ until the water content is 8%, then crushing and sieving by a 180-mesh sieve, and then extracting by adopting a supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology to obtain the aristolochia debilis extract oil, wherein the extraction pressure of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is 30MPa, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, and the extraction time is 6 hours for later use;
removing impurities from the weighed peony, rose, jasmine and magnolia flowers, cleaning the peony, rose, jasmine and magnolia flowers with clear water, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 70% to soak for 3 hours, filtering filtrate, quickly dehydrating and drying the petals with a microwave dryer to obtain dry petals, adding the dry petals into the aristolochia debilis extraction oil prepared by the second extraction step with the weight part of 8 times of that of the dried petals, stirring to fully contact the dry petals with the aristolochia debilis extraction oil, standing for 48 hours, and performing ultrasonic extraction for 3 hours at the temperature of 45 ℃ to obtain mixed extraction oil for later use;
step four, placing β -cyclodextrin into a conical flask, adding purified water, heating in a water bath to dissolve β -cyclodextrin, cooling β -cyclodextrin solution to 40 ℃, stirring at a constant temperature for 35min, injecting the mixed extract oil obtained in the step three into β -cyclodextrin solution, continuously stirring at a constant temperature for 3h, refrigerating in a refrigerator for 18h, taking out, filtering to obtain oil solid powder, washing the oil solid powder with purified water, drying at a low temperature of 60 ℃ for 15h, taking out the dried product, crushing, and sieving with a sieve of 180 meshes to obtain β -cyclodextrin inclusion extract oil solid powder, wherein the mixed extract oil, β -cyclodextrin and the purified water are mixed extract oil, namely β -cyclodextrin and purified water, in a weight ratio of 1: 6: 60;
step five, cleaning and airing weighed garden balsam stems and Chinese arborvitae twig, slicing, irradiating 30s of the slices at a position 1m away from a 28W disinfection lamp for ultraviolet sterilization, drying and crushing the slices into coarse powder, adding ethanol with the concentration of 65% which is 10 times of the coarse powder, soaking the coarse powder for 15h, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 32min at the ultrasonic temperature of 31 ℃ and the ultrasonic power of 80W, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for three times, combining the three extracting solutions, carrying out reduced pressure concentration, placing the concentrated solution in a refrigerator at the temperature of 4 ℃ for 55h, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a concentrated solution with part of pigment precipitates filtered out, then concentrating the concentrated solution to the relative density of 1.31-1.34 at the temperature of 80 ℃, then carrying out reduced pressure drying, crushing and sieving by a 1800-mesh sieve to obtain mixed;
step six, evenly mixing the β -cyclodextrin inclusion extraction oil solid powder prepared in the step four and the mixed superfine powder prepared in the step five, and then packaging and packaging the mixture according to the specification of 120g per bag and 20 bags per box to obtain the faint scent type bath powder containing the peony.
Preferably, the bath powder is used for local bath or whole body bath, the local bath is hand bath, foot bath, hip bath, basin bath or half body bath, the whole body bath is an indoor bath or a medium-small swimming pool, the water temperature is set to be 38-40 ℃ when bathing, 100g of bath powder is used by men when bathing the whole body, 150g of bath powder is used by women when bathing the whole body for 15-25min, and 15-30g of bath powder is used by local bath for 5-15 min.

The application effect of the faint scent bath powder containing peony prepared by the preparation method is evaluated. The test population: 300 subjects with 18-60 years old no-heritage medical history are selected, the specific sex composition and age composition are randomly determined, the improvement condition of the skin itch condition of the subjects after use is recorded, 100 subjects in group 1, group 2 and group 3 respectively use the faint scent type bath powder containing peony flowers prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3. Using the composition 2-3 times per week, and evaluating the effect of the composition on a subject who is continuously used for 1 month, wherein the evaluation criteria of the effect comprise cure, effectiveness and ineffectiveness, the cure is disappearance of skin pruritus symptoms, and no recurrence is caused within 1 year; the effect is that the skin itch is improved to a certain extent, and is basically improved, but still needs to be consolidated; the ineffectiveness is no improvement of skin itch, and other treatment modes are required, and the results are shown in table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1, the bath powder has remarkable curative effect on the skin itch problem, most of the skin itch problems can be effectively solved after any one of the examples 1-3 of the invention is continuously used for 1 month, the problems of pimple, dry skin and the like are gradually improved, and clinical verification shows that the cure and effective rate of the bath powder prepared by the formula of the invention for treating the skin itch is as high as 97.7%.

1. The faint scent bath powder containing the peony is characterized by being prepared from main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise, by weight, 28-36 parts of the peony, 4-12 parts of dutchmanspipe root, 4-12 parts of rose, 4-12 parts of jasmine flower, 12-20 parts of garden balsam stem, 2-9 parts of biond magnolia flower and 2-9 parts of cacumen biotae, and the auxiliary materials comprise β -cyclodextrin and purified water;
the preparation method of the bath powder comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight;
step two, drying the weighed aristolochia debilis in a vacuum freeze drying box at the temperature of-40 to-25 ℃ until the water content is 6 to 10 percent, then crushing and sieving the dried aristolochia debilis with a sieve of 200 meshes, and then extracting by adopting a supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology to obtain the aristolochia debilis extract oil for later use;
removing impurities from the weighed peony, rose, jasmine and magnolia flowers, cleaning the peony, rose, jasmine and magnolia flowers with clear water, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 70% to soak for 1-5 hours, filtering filtrate, quickly dehydrating and drying petals with a microwave dryer to obtain dry petals, adding the dry petals into the aristolochia debilis extraction oil prepared by the second extraction step with the weight part of 5-10 times of that of the aristolochia debilis extraction oil, stirring to ensure that the dry petals are fully contacted with the aristolochia debilis extraction oil, standing for 24-72 hours, and then performing ultrasonic extraction for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ to obtain mixed extraction oil for later use;
placing β -cyclodextrin into a conical flask, adding purified water, heating in a water bath to dissolve β -cyclodextrin, cooling β -cyclodextrin solution to 40 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 30-40min, injecting the mixed extract oil obtained in the step three into β -cyclodextrin solution, continuously stirring at constant temperature for 2-4h, refrigerating for 12-24h in a refrigerator, taking out, filtering to obtain oil solid powder, washing the oil solid powder with purified water, drying at low temperature of 55-65 ℃ for 12-18h, taking out the dried product, crushing, and sieving with a 150-mesh sieve with 200 meshes to obtain β -cyclodextrin inclusion extract oil solid powder, wherein the weight ratio of the mixed extract oil, β -cyclodextrin and the purified water is β -cyclodextrin, and the weight ratio of purified water is 1: 6: 60;
step five, cleaning, airing and slicing the weighed garden balsam stems and Chinese arborvitae twig, irradiating 25-35s to 1m under a 25-30W disinfection lamp for ultraviolet sterilization, then drying and crushing the garden balsam stems and Chinese arborvitae twig into coarse powder, adding 8-12 times of ethanol with the concentration of 60-70% of the coarse powder for soaking for 12-18h, ultrasonically extracting for 30-35min at the ultrasonic temperature of 30-32 ℃ and the ultrasonic power of 75-85W for three times, combining the three extracting solutions and concentrating the extracting solutions under reduced pressure, placing the concentrated solution in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ for 48-60h, performing suction filtration to obtain a concentrated solution with part of pigment precipitates filtered, then concentrating the concentrated solution to the relative density of 1.31-1.34 at the temperature of 80 ℃, then drying under reduced pressure, crushing and sieving the concentrated solution through a 1800-mesh sieve 2000 sieve to obtain mixed superfine powder for later use;
and step six, uniformly mixing the β -cyclodextrin inclusion extract oil solid powder prepared in the step four and the mixed superfine powder prepared in the step five, and packaging to obtain the faint scent bath powder containing the peony.

The peony-containing fen-flavor bath powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bath powder is prepared from the following main materials in parts by weight: 32 parts of peony, 8 parts of dutchmanspipe root, 8 parts of rose, 8 parts of jasmine flower, 16 parts of garden balsam stem, 8 parts of magnolia flower and 8 parts of cacumen biotae.
