本发明公开了一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，属于面膜制作领域，包括以下步骤：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，加入甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，超声提取2次，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，先进行静态萃取，再进行动态萃取，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；将黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉；将冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品，该方法制备的补水面膜以黑老虎叶子提取物为主要原料，制作成粉状面膜，并采用真空包装，延长其保质期，具有纯天然、补水快速、补水效果显著的特点。

一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法
技术领域
本发明属于面膜制作领域，具体涉及一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法。
背景技术
面膜是皮肤清洁、护理营养的重要化妆品之一，随着社会的发展，环境污染越来越严重，皮肤问题越来越多，面膜的使用频率也大大增加。2017年面膜类产品已占到护肤品市场份额的10％，中国面膜市场相对已经进入成熟阶段，未来几年我国面膜市场将呈快速增长态势。
黑老虎叶子中含有多种木脂素类成分，其中含有的单环氧木脂素可以制作蕴含高效抗皱精华，能迅速滋润补充水分，还具有抗炎功效；目前补水面膜的制作许多都添加了化学助剂，不是纯天然植物成分，因此，许多补水面膜虽然具有补水功效，但是对于过敏肤质人群容易产生过敏反应，对补水成分的吸收效果也不显著，本发明基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备的补水面膜，是一种天然、纯植物，没有任何化学添加，对任何肤质人群都适用，且吸收快速，补水效果明显。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，该方法制备的补水面膜以黑老虎叶子提取物为主要原料，制作成粉状面膜，并采用真空包装，延长其保质期，具有纯天然、补水快速、补水效果显著的特点。
为实现以上目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，加入70-80倍重量的甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，在70-80℃下进行超声提取2次，每次50-60min，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，先进行静态萃取，再进行动态萃取，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；
步骤2：将步骤2得到的黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉，密封放置备用；
步骤3：将步骤2得到的冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品。
进一步地，所述步骤1粗粉粒径为2-5mm。
进一步地，所述步骤1中萃取容器压力控制在10-25MPa。
进一步地，所述步骤1中在温度55-60℃下，静态萃取30-40min，再以20-30L/min动态萃取40-80min。
进一步地，所述步骤2中浓缩温度为60-75℃。
进一步地，所述步骤3中冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉按重量比5:1:1:1混合。
进一步地，所述得到的面膜产品调制方式为：以黑老虎面膜为主料，再添加2％蜂蜜、10％高脂牛奶、0.5％维E，快速搅拌均匀，即使用。
本发明的有益效果是：(1)本发明制备的补水面膜以黑老虎叶子提取物为主要原料，制作成粉状面膜，并采用真空包装，延长其保质期，具有纯天然、补水快速、补水效果显著的特点；
(2)本发明采用黑老虎提取物为面膜主要原料，黑老虎叶子中含有多种木脂素类成分，其中含有的单环氧木脂素可以制作蕴含高效抗皱精华，能迅速滋润补充水分，还具有抗炎功效，因其是从天然植物中提取，适用于所有肤质人群，用于补水面膜的补水功效显著；本发明采用甲醇溶液溶解黑老虎叶子含有的木脂素，随后又采用超声提取，最后采用超临界流体萃取技术对黑老虎的木脂素成分进行富集，提取方法简单，提取效率提高，活性成分明确，提取出来的有效成分纯粹、含量高，进一步提高木脂素在面膜中的补水功效和利用率，节约黑老虎资源，大大降低了成本；
(3)本发明采用了冷冻干燥工艺，能够有效防止氧气等因素对木脂素的破坏，防止了木脂素的氧化变性；在面膜粉的配方中，本发明还加入了珍珠粉、玫瑰粉，海藻粉，有美白、抗皱纹的功效，经常使用，干性肤质的人群会感觉皮肤干裂，出现表皮脱皮现象，现在加入黑老虎叶提取物，补水效果显著，吸收速度也快，和上述几种成分协同作用，得到补水、美白、抗皱、抗炎功效于一体的纯天然的黑老虎面膜。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明，下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述，但是本领域技术人员将会理解，下列实施例仅用于说明本发明，而不应视为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1：
一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，粗粉粒径为2-5mm，加入70倍重量的甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，在80℃下进行超声提取2次，每次50min，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，压力控制在10MPa，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，在温度55℃下，静态萃取30min，再以20L/min动态萃取40min，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；
步骤2：将步骤2得到的黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩温度为60℃，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉，密封放置备用；
步骤3：将步骤2得到的冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉按重量比5:1:1:1混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品，所述得到的面膜产品调制方式为：以黑老虎面膜为主料，再添加2％蜂蜜、10％高脂牛奶、0.5％维E，快速搅拌均匀，即使用。
实施例2：
一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，粗粉粒径为2-5mm，加入80倍重量的甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，在70℃下进行超声提取2次，每次60min，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，压力控制在25MPa，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，在温度60℃下，静态萃取40min，再以30L/min动态萃取80min，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；
步骤2：将步骤2得到的黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩温度为75℃，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉，密封放置备用；
步骤3：将步骤2得到的冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉按重量比5:1:1:1混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品，所述得到的面膜产品调制方式为：以黑老虎面膜为主料，再添加2％蜂蜜、10％高脂牛奶、0.5％维E，快速搅拌均匀，即使用。
实施例3：
一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，粗粉粒径为2-5mm，加入76倍重量的甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，在75℃下进行超声提取2次，每次55min，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，压力控制在20MPa，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，在温度58℃下，静态萃取34min，再以25L/min动态萃取70min，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；
步骤2：将步骤2得到的黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩温度为68℃，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉，密封放置备用；
步骤3：将步骤2得到的冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉按重量比5:1:1:1混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品，所述得到的面膜产品调制方式为：以黑老虎面膜为主料，再添加2％蜂蜜、10％高脂牛奶、0.5％维E，快速搅拌均匀，即使用。
将上述实施例中得到的黑老虎叶子提取物和黑老虎面膜进行检测和试验，选择50位不同肤质的女人，连续使用黑老虎面膜一周，结果如表1所示。

将实施例1的面膜配方作为试验组，另外将去除黑老虎叶子提取物的配方作为对照组1，将去掉珍珠粉的配方作为对照组2，分别选取20为干性肤质的体验者体验两周，体验结果如表2所示。

从上述表1和表2中可以看出，本发明补水面膜以黑老虎叶子提取物为主要原料，制作成粉状面膜，并采用真空包装，延长其保质期，具有纯天然、补水快速、补水效果显著的特点，得到补水、美白、抗皱、抗炎功效于一体的纯天然的黑老虎面膜。

1.一种基于黑老虎叶子提取物制备补水修复面膜的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将黑老虎叶子干燥后，采用药物粉碎机粉碎成粗粉，加入70-80倍重量的甲醇溶液，容器充二氧化碳气体保护并密封，在70-80℃下进行超声提取2次，每次50-60min，过滤得到滤液，然后加入萃取容器中，利用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术，先进行静态萃取，再进行动态萃取，得到黑老虎叶子提取物；
步骤2：将步骤2得到的黑老虎叶子提取物进行浓缩，浓缩液采用冷冻干燥工艺冻干，得到冻干粉，密封放置备用；
步骤3：将步骤2得到的冻干粉与珍珠粉、玫瑰粉、海藻粉混合搅拌均匀，采用真空包装，得到面膜产品。
