Further, the composite peptide powder comprises soybean peptide powder and corn oligopeptide powder; the water-soluble fiber comprises resistant dextrin and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

A method for preparing beverage for reducing weight comprises the steps of,
1) uniformly and slowly scattering sodium carboxymethylcellulose and konjac flour into hot water, and adding edible sugar after uniformly stirring;
2) filtering concentrated mango juice and concentrated apple juice, and pouring into a blending tank;
3) dissolving potassium sorbate, citric acid, DL-malic acid and caramel in water, and slowly pouring into a blending tank;
4) dissolving fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, xylo-oligosaccharide, stachyose, semen Cassiae, fructus Cannabis, semen Pruni, Plantago ovata seed husk powder, semen Maydis oligopeptide powder, and semen glycines peptide powder with hot water, and uniformly pouring into blending tank;
5) and (3) uniformly stirring the mixture in the steps 1) to 4), adding essence, and fixing the volume.
Further, uniformly and slowly scattering sodium carboxymethylcellulose and konjac flour in the step 1) into hot water at 70-75 ℃, and adding white granulated sugar and high fructose corn syrup after uniformly stirring.

The specific beverage formulation is as follows:
the synergistic effect of the raw materials is further described: the functional polymeric sugar mainly promotes the proliferation of probiotics, improves intestines and stomach, and then reduces blood sugar and improves the absorption of trace elements while slowly providing a small amount of energy.
