Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造装饰箔的方法,该装饰箔至少可以应用为装饰板材的装饰层的一部分。更具体地,通过本发明获得的装饰箔可以应用于地板、墙板、天花板、家具材等。
背景技术
本发明的装饰箔包含热塑性的,优选白色的载体层,如基于聚氯乙烯,优选硬质PVC(即增塑剂含量低于3phr,或完全不含增塑剂)的载体层,和提供于所述载体层上的装饰性印刷图案。这种装饰箔可以,例如,用作地板的装饰层,优选用于基本上由合成材料制成的地板类型。装饰箔通常用至少一层透明耐磨层终饰,其优选由相同的热塑性材料制成。这种板材可以包括在至少两个相对边缘上的连接部件,所述连接部件是允许将这样的两个板材彼此联接的类型。以这种方式设计的地板尤其是根据文件US 2002/0189183、WO 2011/077311、WO 2011/141849和WO 2017/087725是已知的。
根据现有技术,装饰箔会使用胶版印刷技术印刷,而装饰箔和耐磨层的层压可以通过压制和加热,例如在165℃下以4kg/cm2压制175秒而进行。最近,例如根据WO 2015/140682,使用数字印刷技术制造装饰箔的技术是已知的。当需要喷射高分辨率和相应的小油墨滴时,数字喷墨印刷技术对于在预定用于后续层压的热塑性载体上进行印刷就会特别麻烦。在需要喷射小液滴的情况下,会使用带有小喷嘴开口的打印头。喷嘴开口较小时,油墨粘度必须较低以避免喷嘴堵塞,而因此,例如水基油墨会包含大量的水以为打印头创造最佳油墨流变性。众所周知,所获得的箔难以与耐磨层进行层压。WO 2015/140682提出了通过在印刷的顶层施加粘合层而解决这个问题。
根据WO 2016/146565,已知的是在PVC箔上提供底漆层以适应数字印刷。
本发明首先寻求提供一种用于制造装饰箔的替代方法,并且根据其几个优选实施方式,提供对现有技术的一个或多个问题的解决方案。
发明内容
因此,本发明根据其第一独立方面涉及一种用于制造装饰箔的方法,其中所述方法至少包括以下步骤:
-提供热塑性载体层的步骤;
-向所述载体层提供油墨接收层的步骤;
-通过进行数字印刷操作而在所述载体层上形成装饰图案的步骤,其中具有体积小于100pL的水性油墨的液滴喷射到所述载体层上,更具体地喷射到所述油墨接收层上,
其特征在于,所述墨接收层包含粘合剂,优选不同于丙烯酸共聚物的粘合剂,和/或二氧化硅。本发明人已经意识到,使用具有粘合剂的油墨接收层可以起到双重目的。粘合剂优选是亲水性的,以使其可以应对水性油墨的水含量,并且粘合剂在获得的装饰箔与例如透明耐磨层的的后续层压时也具有活性。
测试表明,可以获得的装饰箔在使用水性油墨进行数字印刷时,仍然适合与透明PVC箔进行层压,而无需额外的粘合层。获得大于50N/5cm的剥离强度,本发明人视其为用于地板的工业最小值。
优选地,在油墨接收层中施加粘合剂,其选自由聚氨酯基粘合剂(PU)、丙烯酸聚氨酯粘合剂、聚丙烯酸粘合剂、聚醚、聚乙烯醇、乙烯基酯、硫醇、碳二酰亚胺、聚丁酸乙烯酯、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(VC-VA)、丙烯酸聚合物和脂族聚氨酯丙烯酸粘合剂组成的列表。根据最优选的实施方式,该粘合剂选自聚氨酯基粘合剂、丙烯酸聚氨酯、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和脂族聚氨酯丙烯酸粘合剂。
优选地,所述粘合剂是高分子量水溶性聚合物,优选具有大于40000的分子量,如由尺寸排阻色谱(SEC)使用四氢呋喃(THF)作为溶剂并使用聚苯乙烯标准校准测定。粘合剂的分子量可以为40000至180000的任何值。
将二氧化硅(或作为替代的铝或其他吸水材料)添加到油墨接收层中改善油墨滴的固定,特别是当优选使用由含颜料的油墨制成时的颜料的固定。当上述数字印刷操作是单程印刷操作时,即在载体层相对于印刷设备的一次相对运动中形成整个印刷图案的印刷操作时,增加保水能力尤其重要。特别是在以高生产速度为目标的情况下,如高于40或60m/min,或甚至100m/min或更高的速度,油墨接收层的高保水能力是期望的。
优选地,所述墨接收层包含颜料和粘合剂,其中颜料与粘合剂的比率为0.85或更大。不排除使用1和更高、1.5和更高、2和更高的颜料与粘合剂比。油墨接收层中颜料的这种优选量会提供足以进行高速单程印刷的例如40m/min或更高的保水能力。
在使用绘图仪或多程类型的数字印刷设备,或使用以低速(例如,小于15m/min)运行的单程引擎实施本发明的情况下,可以使用较少量的二氧化硅,例如小于0.3的颜料与粘合剂比,或二氧化硅可以完全或基本上不存在于喷墨接收涂层中。在印刷操作期间施加低墨量,例如低于2g/m2的油墨量时也是如此。
喷墨接收涂层中包含的二氧化硅类型可以是沉淀类型。本发明人已发现,沉淀二氧化硅会增加喷墨接收涂层的长期稳定性,而同时层压强度并不受影响或仅受极小影响。当与高分子量水溶性聚合物混合时,沉淀二氧化硅颗粒趋于变得空间稳定。
二氧化硅颗粒的尺寸,如通过根据ISO 13320-1的激光散射粒度测定技术测定的d50粒度表征的,优选小于20微米,例如1-10微米。较大的二氧化硅颗粒易于使涂层起尘。优选地,所述油墨接收层包含的二氧化硅颜料具有通过激光散射粒度测定技术根据13320-1测定的小于5.5微米的d50粒度。
包含于油墨接收层中的二氧化硅可以是硅胶和/或气相二氧化硅(fumedsilica)。
根据具体的实施方式,包含于喷墨接收层中的二氧化硅可以改性,例如二氧化硅可以使用聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PADMAC)、水合氯化铝(ACH)、有机硅烷等而化学或物理地带阳离子电荷。
优选地,所述油墨接收层包含具有根据ISO 9277定义和测量的低于350m2/g,或甚至250m2/g或更低的BET值的二氧化硅颜料。
优选地,所述墨接收层包含25wt%-75wt%,优选45wt%-75wt%的二氧化硅颜料,其中此处考虑墨接收层的干重。显然,在应用时,形成油墨接收层的物质可以由具有固含量低于50wt%的分散体形成。例如,所述物质可以是具有固含量为20wt%的分散体,其中所述固含量的约一半由二氧化硅颜料形成。虽然所述物质包含10wt%的二氧化硅,但该涂层的干重将包含约50wt%的二氧化硅。
优选地,在喷墨接收涂层中包括表面活性剂。表面活性剂会增加底漆的流平能力并且可以以0.01wt%-0.5wt%的量添加。
测试表明,当未印刷于其上时,具有根据本发明的油墨接收层的载体层的层压强度更高。数字印刷机使用的水性油墨易于降低层压强度。因此,优选地所述油墨接收层和所述油墨都包含粘合剂。油墨接收层和油墨的粘合剂都可以分别选自上述列表。根据最优选的实施方式,油墨接收层和油墨包含相同的粘合剂。在这种情况下,优选选择在与耐磨层层压时具有良好粘附特性、与二氧化硅相容并且与油墨相容,更具体地与打印头相容的粘合剂。优选地,包含粘合剂的油墨在至少高达60℃下保持稳定。
优选地,该油墨中包含的粘合剂是氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,更具体是氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物。这种粘合剂可以以水分散体形式,例如以商品名CE35获自Wacker Chemie AG公司。氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物可以是嵌段型、周期型和接枝型中的任何一种。如上所述,油墨接收层中包含的粘合剂优选是相同的,即氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,更具体而言氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物。
本发明人还注意到,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,更具体地氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物,具有适用于喷墨打印头的合适粘度,并且具有足够的可再溶解性以允许在用清洁液或新鲜油墨冲洗喷嘴时再次溶解形成于喷嘴开口处的可能的干油墨膜。此外,即使当含有粘合剂的油墨在60℃下储存一周时,油墨的流变行为也不受影响。与使用聚乙烯醇作为粘合剂相比,使用氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,尤其是使用氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物,如CE35时,观察到的泛黄更少。
通常,优选使用具有油墨再循环特征的印刷头的数字印刷设备进行本发明的数字印刷操作。这种打印头例如以商品名称Xaar1001、XAAR 5601或Fujifilm Samba市售。
优选地,所述油墨包含至少5wt%的所述粘合剂。更好的是,所述油墨包含15wt%-35wt%的所述粘合剂,其中约20%,即17%-23%是良好的值。粘合剂的可用性还会降低水性油墨中的水量,这有利于对油墨接收层设定的层压强度和保水性要求。例如,可以降低油墨接收层中二氧化硅的量,或油墨接收层中可用的二氧化硅含量将更有效。
优选地,所述油墨接收层具有小于6的pH值。本发明人已经发现,油墨接收层的酸性可以对层压强度起到重要作用。
优选地,所述油墨接收层包含多价金属盐或酸。这种组分可以充当油墨颜料粉碎剂(crusher)或絮凝剂。优选地,这种组分是阳离子性的或酸性的,例如,柠檬酸或硼酸,优选以5wt%-25wt%的比率。这种颜料粉碎剂,例如阳离子性或酸性的絮凝剂,会迅速使油墨的阴离子稳定颜料失稳,而因此最大程度地最小化油墨的渗色。此外,本发明人已经注意到,与盐类如CaCl2相比,酸性絮凝剂如柠檬酸会提高层压强度。
由上显而易见的是,喷墨接收层优选包含柠檬酸和/或硼酸,优选累积率为5wt%-25wt%。
优选地,向所述载体层提供油墨接收层的所述步骤通过直接或间接凹版印刷、反向涂覆、吻合涂覆、压力室涂覆、幕涂、喷涂、浸渍或通过例如喷射的非接触式涂覆而进行。优选用于油墨接收层的所施加物质,例如,通过一个或多个热气流烘干器和/或近红外辐射器(NIR)进行干燥。
优选地,本发明的方法进一步的特征在于,将所述油墨接收层提供于所述载体层的所述步骤包括至少两个子步骤,其包括:第一子步骤,其中颜料和粘合剂施加于所述载体层,和第二子步骤,其中至少将粘合剂施加于所述载体层,且在所述第二子步骤中施加的物质的颜料与粘合剂的比率低于所述第一子步骤中所施加的物质的颜料与粘合剂的比率,和/或在所述第二子步骤中所施加的物质完全或基本不含颜料。本优选实施方式的方法允许整体上降低喷墨接收涂层的含尘量(dustiness),即使喷墨接收涂层整体上(即所有子步骤中所施加的物质的平均值中所见)具有高颜料与粘合剂的比率,例如颜料与粘合剂的比率为0.85或更高,甚至为1或更高。较高的颜料与粘合剂比率有利于印刷质量,但对层压强度和含尘量有负面影响。本优选实施方式减轻了这些负面影响。具有更高颜料与粘合剂比率的物质对层压的干扰较小,并且由于在随后的子步骤(即,第二子步骤)中所施加的物质而防止了含尘量。
由上显而易见的是,所述水性油墨,也优选所述油墨接收层,包含氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物作为粘合剂。作为替代方案,从层压强度的角度而言要产生相似的效果,所述油墨接收层,且优选所述油墨,可以至少包含阳离子型粘合剂,如阳离子型聚氨酯。作为进一步的替代方案,产生类似效果,则所述油墨接收层,且优选所述油墨,包含水性脂族聚氨酯分散体作为粘合剂。
进一步显而易见的是,通过第一方面中公开的任何方法获得的装饰箔可以用于层压方法,例如以制造装饰板。因此显而易见的是,根据第二独立方面的本发明涉及一种制造装饰板材或装饰片材的方法,其具有基材、设置于载体层上的装饰图案和透明耐磨层,其特征在于所述方法至少包括将所述耐磨层层压于通过第一方面和/或其优选实施方式的方法获得的装饰箔的顶部,所述装饰箔包括所述装饰图案和所述载体层。
优选地,所述载体层为热塑性膜,优选PVC膜,且更优选“刚性”类型的PVC膜,即具有少于10%或少于5%的增塑剂,或甚至不含任何增塑剂。由于数字印刷会提供于热塑性膜上,其可以以可持续的方式引入到地板中。在此,低含量的增塑剂是有利的,使用其可能的热处理或热压处理可以保持更好的尺寸精度。
优选地,所述载体层在施加油墨接收层的物质之前,通过例如电晕或等离子体处理进行表面活化。
优选地,所述装饰板材是乙烯基型的地板,更具体地是所谓的乙烯基瓷砖、WPC地板或SPC地板。
透明耐磨层优选涉及热塑性耐磨层,如透明PVC层,其粘附于地板的底层,特别是通过热压处理与数字印刷粘附。PVC层在数字印刷上的这种层压可以在例如约130-170℃的温度,其更好是约150-170℃的温度下进行。
优选地,所述耐磨层不含刚玉颗粒或其他耐磨颗粒。装饰板材的顶层可以用清漆层终饰,其作为液体层提供于所述耐磨层上并随后固化。优选地,这涉及可以通过UV光固化的清漆层。优选清漆层提供于可能的耐磨层顶部。
优选地,根据本发明的地板涉及其中该地板或至少地板的基底基本上由热塑性材料构成,优选由软热塑性材料构成的地板。构造这种地板有多种可能,而下面将介绍其中的两种可能。
根据第一种且最优选的可能,该地板(或无论如何至少地板的基底)由多层材料层构成,优选多层热塑性材料层,更具体地多层软热塑性材料层。基材的不同热塑性材料层可能在它们之间包封一层或多层玻璃纤维层,如玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维绒。根据最优选的实施方式,基材由两层软PVC层组成,在它们之间包围玻璃纤维层,优选玻璃纤维绒或所谓的“无纺布”。优选地,基材的这些层还包含填料,如一定量的白垩或石灰石。优选该板材具有1250-2250kg/m3的密度。
根据第二可能,该地板的基底由热塑性材料板构成。例如,这可能涉及填充的合成材料板,其可以完全或部分发泡,或不发泡。优选地,至少该板在其厚度内中心发泡,同时该板在其顶面和底面包括未发泡的表面层。
根据优选的实施方式,地板(或无论如何至少地板的基材)基本上由聚氯乙烯构成,更具体由软聚氯乙烯,即含增塑剂的PVC构成。优选使用由具有K值为50-80或更好地60-67的悬浮液质量的PVC均聚物获得的PVC制成。
应注意,本发明的地板优选包括含增塑剂的基材。根据具体实施方式,这涉及一种地板,其中该地板包含含有DINP或DINCH型,更具体具有20%至40%的质量比的增塑剂的基材,可能的填充材料未计算在内。
根据一个变体,这涉及一种地板,其中该地板基本上不含增塑剂,例如具有低于5phr的增塑剂的量。
如上所述,本发明的地板,除了合成材料之外,还可以包含填充材料,优选白垩或白垩样材料,如石灰石或滑石。应用填充材料特别适合用于降低所需的合成材料的量和/或使板材更重。在某些情况下,较重板材具有的优点是该板材在放置期间和/或安装后更稳定和/或在其位置上保持得更好。
优选地,本发明的板材涉及长方形地板,矩形或正方形的地板。优选地,这种地板在至少第一对相对边缘上设置有连接部件,该连接部件是允许通过一个地板相对于另一个向下运动而将两个这种地板彼此联接的类型,和/或是允许通过转动运动沿着各自的边缘将两个这样的地板彼此联接的类型。优选地,所述连接部件然后提供竖直和水平锁定。优选地,所述连接部件与地板一体制造。
然而,本发明特别适用于(而不限于)薄地板,更特别适用于厚度为2-6mm且更具体3-5mm的地板。
根据本发明的可能的实施方式,地板表现出以下特性:
-地板基本上由以下构成,一方面为芯材或基材,其中该芯材或该基材由形成地板的基础材料的材料构成,且另一方面为顶层,换句话说表面层,该顶层本身可以由或不由多个层组成,包括根据本发明的第一方面或其优选实施方式获得的装饰箔;
-构成所述芯材的地板的基础材料基本上包含软热塑性材料,其中该热塑性材料可能包含填料;
-并且所述顶层包含通过本发明的第一方面或其优选实施方式的方法获得的印刷的热塑性膜,和透明热塑性耐磨层,其中所述透明热塑性耐磨层薄于0.85mm并且不含填料。
显而易见的是,本发明还涉及一种由如上所述的地板构成的地板覆盖物。
本发明的板材或地板优选包含至少一层增强层,优选由纤维,更具体增强纤维,如玻璃纤维形成。使用这种增强层,特别是具有纤维的增强层,会增加该地板的尺寸稳定性。这对于非胶水安装的地板尤为重要,因为通过使用纤维,可以显著降低板材在温差影响下的膨胀和/或收缩。因此,可以进一步最小化连接的地板由于膨胀和/或收缩而彼此分离的风险。需要注意的是,上述增强纤维可以以各种形式存在,也可以以例如布、绒或网的形式,更具体例如玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维绒形式存在。优选地,从板材的横截面看,所述纤维以一层或多层水平层施加。
在施加单层增强层,例如,具有纤维的单个层的情况下,该层优选位于该板材的中间或大约位于板材的中间。以这种方式,获得的地板的对称结构会在地板的稳定性方面提供优势。根据特别优选的实施方式,施加两个或更多个增强层,其优选彼此相距一定距离。在两个增强层的情况下,从横截面看,这些增强层优选位于地板的中线两侧。因此,获得的优点是在两个方向上会抵消弯折力。这对于基本上由软PVC制成的相对柔软的地板是特别有利的。
显然,通过第一方面的方法获得的装饰箔也可以用于制造装饰板,如墙到墙的地板覆盖物的方法。这种地板覆盖物在本领域中被称为异质乙烯基地板覆盖物或所谓的“乙烯基垫”。在这种地板覆盖物中,还在印刷层上提供透明热塑性耐磨层,例如PVC耐磨层。
通常,应该注意的是透明耐磨层优选基本上由增塑剂含量为10%或更少的PVC组成。优选地,这涉及作为膜或箔施加的透明耐磨层。然而,不排除耐磨层的PVC可以以液体形式或作为糊状物施加,然后在在印刷层上固化或胶凝。
为了进一步举例说明本发明,在下文中,在没有任何限制性特征的情况下,在两个实施例系列中列出了一些对比和优选的实施方式。
具体实施方式
实施例系列1
0.07mm厚的硬质PVC箔通过电晕处理表面活化,并提供喷墨接收层,其具有氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂,更具体氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物和二氧化硅,且颜料与粘合剂的比率PB如下表第一和第二列所示。施加的二氧化硅是d50粒度为5微米的沉淀型二氧化硅。喷墨接收涂层还包含15wt%的如第三栏中所述的絮凝剂。在一些实施方式中,根据上面列出的优选实施方式,使用了两个子步骤(“双层”)施加该喷墨接收涂层。在这种情况下,在第二个子步骤中所施加的物质不含二氧化硅颜料。
然后用水性油墨对每个制备的硬质PVC箔进行数字印刷,并层压到0.5毫米厚的透明PVC耐磨层上。该层压在165℃和1kg/cm2的压力下进行10秒,然后在165℃和4kg/cm2的压力下进行165秒。
检查制备的箔、印刷层和等待层压的产品的含尘量、图像质量、粘附力或层压强度和油墨负载容量。在用绘图仪,更具体地商购自Epson公司的绘图仪打印技术图像后,对图像质量进行视觉分析。这些属性按从0到5的等级评定,等同于从差到完美。所有四个属性的得分总和提供几种设计的排名,其中最高的总和是技术上最理想的结果。然而,具有总和等于或大于15的任何结果对于工业过程都是可以接受的。
从结果可以看出,除非应用“双层”,较高的颜料与粘合剂比率会产生较高的含尘量。图像质量随着颜料与粘合剂比率的提高而提高,并且粘附力通常会下降。“双层”和如柠檬酸的阳离子絮凝剂的可用性提高了粘附力或层压强度。
结果中最好的喷墨接收涂层是颜料与粘合剂之比为1、根据上面列出的优选实施方式以两个子步骤(“双层”)施加并且包含柠檬酸的涂层。其他几个结果也是可以接受的。
根据油墨载量和所需的图像质量,本系列的其他涂层也可以接受。例如,在低油墨载量的情况下,颜料与粘合剂之比为零或接近零的涂层可能是可接受的,并且在本发明的上下文中并不排除这一点,因为在某些情况下,粉尘产生和/或粘附力的标准可能被认为是最重要的。
实施例系列2:
其与上面的实施例系列1类似进行,但使用的不是氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂,而是施加了聚氨酯粘合剂。结果以相同的方式总结在下表中。
从结果可以看出,除非应用“双层”,较高的颜料与粘合剂比率会产生较高的含尘量。图像质量随着颜料与粘合剂比率的提高而提高,并且粘附力通常会下降。“双层”和如柠檬酸的阳离子絮凝剂的可用性会提高粘附力或层压强度。

本发明决不限于上述实施方式;相反,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以根据各种变体实现这种装饰膜、地板或墙至墙的地板覆盖物及其制造方法。
Claims (15)
1.用于制造装饰箔的方法,其中所述方法至少包括以下步骤:
-提供热塑性载体层的步骤;
-向所述载体层提供油墨接收层的步骤;
-通过进行数字印刷操作而在所述载体层上形成装饰图案的步骤,其中具有体积小于100pL的水性油墨滴喷射到所述载体层上,更具体地喷射到所述油墨接收层上,
其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含粘合剂,优选不同于丙烯酸共聚物的粘合剂,和/或二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层和所述油墨均包含粘合剂,优选相同的粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含具有BET值低于350m2/g的二氧化硅颜料。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含25wt%-75wt%的二氧化硅颜料。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含颜料和粘合剂,其中颜料与粘合剂的比率为0.85或更大。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层具有小于6的pH值。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含阳离子絮凝剂。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含柠檬酸。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述载体层提供所述油墨接收层的步骤包括至少两个子步骤,包括:第一子步骤,其中颜料和粘合剂施加于所述载体层,和第二子步骤,其中至少粘合剂施加于所述载体层,并且在所述第二子步骤中施加的物质的颜料与粘合剂的比率低于第一子步骤中施加的物质的颜料与粘合剂的比率。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层,且优选地所述油墨,至少包含阳离子粘合剂。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层,且优选地所述油墨,包含水性脂族聚氨酯分散体作为粘合剂。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含二氧化硅颜料,所述二氧化硅颜料具有通过激光散射粒度测定技术根据13320-1测定的低于5.5微米的d50粒度。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述油墨接收层包含硅胶或气相二氧化硅。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水性油墨,且优选地所述油墨接收层,包含氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的三聚物作为粘合剂。
15.用于制造装饰板材的方法,所述装饰板材具有基材、设置于载体层上的装饰图案和透明耐磨层,其特征在于,所述方法至少包括将所述耐磨层层压于通过前述权利要求中任一项获得的装饰箔的顶部,所述装饰箔包含所述装饰图案和所述载体层。
