the functional bin is formed by splicing and assembling a living bin, a maintenance bin, a water collecting bin, a water treatment bin, a water storage bin, a survival guarantee bin and a power supply bin, a first interface is reserved and arranged in the range of 30-50 meters underground, and the first interface is communicated with the ground;
the protective layer comprises a lead layer, a waterproof layer and a reinforced concrete layer, wherein the reinforced concrete layer is an inner layer and is poured around the outside of the functional bin except the first connector, the lead layer is an outer layer and is arranged on the outer side of the reinforced concrete layer and used for providing a radiation protection function, and the waterproof layer is an interlayer and is arranged between the reinforced concrete layer and the lead layer;
the networking channel comprises a plurality of passing channels, a second interface is reserved in each passing channel, and the communication of the plurality of passing channels and the communication of the passing channels and the suburban underground traffic network are realized through the second interfaces;
the escape passage is communicated with the networking passage and extends to the ground.
2. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the functional cabins are divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer.

The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper layer comprises the water collection bin, the top end of the water collection bin is exposed out of the ground, and the bottom end of the water collection bin is communicated with the water storage bin through a pipeline;
the middle layer comprises the living cabin, the maintenance cabin and the survival guarantee cabin;
the lower layer comprises the water storage bin, the power supply bin and the water treatment bin.
4. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 3, wherein reinforced concrete is arranged among the water storage bin, the power supply bin and the water treatment bin.
5. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 3, wherein a water treatment interface is arranged between the intermediate layer and the water treatment cabin for supporting sewage treatment.

The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first interface comprises a ventilation opening and a communication opening, a ventilation shaft is arranged at the ventilation opening, a communication shaft is arranged at the communication opening, the ventilation shaft and the bottom end of the communication shaft are communicated with the functional cabin, and the top end of the communication shaft is exposed out of the ground.
7. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 6, wherein a relay station is arranged in the communication well.
8. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the escape routes include a main escape route, a spare escape route, and a vehicle escape route;
the main personnel escape passage penetrates through the functional cabin, and the top end of the main personnel escape passage extends upwards to the ground building area;
the spare person escape passage and the vehicle escape passage are arranged outside the functional cabin, and the top ends of the spare person escape passage and the vehicle escape passage extend upwards to the ground outside the ground building area.
9. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 8, wherein a garage is arranged between the vehicle escape channel and the networking channel, and the vehicle escape channel is a spiral lane.
10. The underground emergency shelter built according to suburban communities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the survival support bin comprises a storage room and a food culture room.
