Abstract
The invention discloses a solar-powered roof-fixed snow remover and a snow removing method thereof. The snow removing mechanism is arranged on a slope roof and comprises an integral supporting frame, a sliding driving mechanism, a snow removing mechanism and a snow removing auxiliary mechanism. The integral supporting frame is fixed on the top of the sloping roof. The snow removing mechanism can move up and down along the slope roof under the driving of the sliding driving mechanism. The snow removing mechanism comprises a snow removing frame, a brush driving motor, a roller shaft and a roller brush. The roller shaft is supported on the snow removing frame. The roller brush is fixed on the roller shaft. The roller shaft is driven by a brush driving motor. When in use, the brush hair on the roller brush is contacted with the sloping roof. The snow removal auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the snow removal mechanism and used for spreading a snow melting agent to the slope roof. The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a solar-powered roof-mounted snow remover is installed on a sloping roof and comprises an integral supporting frame 1, a sliding driving mechanism 2, a snow removing mechanism 3 and a snow removing auxiliary mechanism 4. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the snow removing mechanism 3 is bilaterally symmetrical and comprises a snow removing frame, a driven wheel connecting plate 3.1, a driven wheel 3.2, a driving wheel 3.3, a traveling motor supporting seat 3.4, a traveling motor 3.5, a driving wheel connecting piece 3.6, a brush driving motor supporting seat 3.7, a brush driving motor 3.8, a second coupling 3.9, a roller shaft 3.10, a second bearing seat 3.11 and a roller brush 3.12. And driving wheel connecting pieces 3.6 and driven wheel connecting plates 3.1 are arranged at the front and back of the two ends of the bottom of the snow removing frame. The driven wheel 3.2 is arranged at the bottom of the driven wheel connecting plate 3.1 through a roller bracket. The driving wheel 3.3 is arranged at the bottom of the driving wheel connecting piece 3.6 through a roller bracket. The walking motor 3.5 is fixed at the bottom of the driving wheel connecting piece 3.6 through the walking motor supporting seat 3.4. As shown in fig. 5, the snow-removal assisting mechanism 4 is mounted on the snow-removal mechanism 3 for assisting in snow-removing by spreading a snow-melting agent toward the sloping roof. In the embodiment, the snow-melting agent adopts industrial salt. The snow removal auxiliary mechanism 4 comprises a salt storage box 4.1, a synchronous belt clamping plate 4.2, a movable opening plate 4.3, a limit baffle 4.4, a third bearing seat 4.5, a synchronous belt 4.6, a synchronous wheel 4.7, a third shaft coupler 4.8 and a transverse movement driving motor 4.9. Two synchronizing wheels 4.7 are respectively supported at two ends of the top of the snow removing frame far away from one side of the sliding driving mechanism 2 through third bearing seats 4.5 and are connected through a synchronizing belt 4.6. The top of the salt storage box 4.1 is connected with the upper linear section of the synchronous belt 4.6 through two synchronous belt clamping plates 4.2. The synchronous transmission of the salt storage box 4.1 and the walking belt 4.6 is realized. The synchronous belt 4.6 is in meshed transmission with two synchronous wheels 4.7. The transverse moving driving motor 4.9 is fixed on the snow removing frame, and an output shaft is connected with a wheel shaft of one synchronous belt wheel 4.7 through a third shaft coupling 4.8. The bottom of the salt storage box 4.1 is provided with a discharge hole. The outer side of the discharge hole is rotatably connected with a movable opening-closing plate 4.3. The movable opening-closing plate 4.3 is driven by the discharging motor to turn over, and whether the salt storage box 4.1 outputs the snow melting agent outwards or not is sequentially realized.
The snow removing method of the solar power supply roof fixed type snow remover comprises the following specific steps:
step one, when the environmental state reaches a certain temperature and humidity index, the equipment is automatically opened or the snow remover is actively opened through the mobile phone APP, the two winding motors 2.6 synchronously rotate in the forward direction to drive the winding wheels 2.2 to rotate, and the steel wire ropes 2.7 are released, so that the snow removing mechanism 3 moves downwards along the limiting rails 7.
