技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺及其制备装置。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对服装面料的质量要求也逐步提高,尤其是穿着在外部的外套面料,外套衣物常常在坐、靠过程中与外部物体相摩擦,从而非常容易产生静电并且容易因摩擦导致面料表面起球,面料上静电堆积容易吸附灰尘和污渍,从而影响衣物美观,且静电影响衣物穿戴舒适性,目前缺少抗静电防起球面料的加工方法和设备。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺及其制备装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:本发明提供一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料编织
将经线和纬线相互编织成面料基体,经线由涤纶纤维和氧化锑纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成;
S2、抗静电处理
将4-7L的抗静电液倒入浸泡池中,然后加入5-6L的清水,搅拌混合均匀,然后将面料基体放入浸泡池内浸泡1-2h,使抗静电液粘附与面料基体内,然后取出,先悬空沥液10-15min,然后通过热风烘干机在温度为45-50℃的条件下烘干10-15min,完成抗静电处理;
S3、烧毛
将抗静电处理后的面料输送进入烧毛机,采用天然气为原料,车速为55m/min,火口压力12N进行烧毛处理,烧去绒毛并紧密布身;
S4、涂布防起球涂层
将烧毛处理后的面料输送进入涂布设备,向面料外层均匀涂布防起球涂料,并抹平压实;
S5、烘干、收卷
将涂布后的面料通过通过热风烘干机在温度为70-80℃的条件下烘干固化,然后风冷后收卷。
优选的一种实施案例,步骤S2中,所述抗静电液以重量份计,其原料组成包括:季铵盐35-50份、硫酸酯4-8份、磷酸酯5-10份、分散剂5-10份、表面活性剂7-10份、增稠剂5-10份和相容剂4-8份。
优选的一种实施案例,步骤S4中,所述防起球涂料以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PU100-150份、甲壳素30-40份、白芥末油10-20份、壳聚糖10-15份和水80-100份。
一种抗静电防起球面料的制备装置,包括机架,所述机架间转动安装输送带,所述机架的顶面中部固定安装第一固定板,所述第一固定板与输送带间安装压平机构,所述机架的一端顶部固定安装第二固定板,所述第二固定板间安装涂布机构,所述第二固定板的外壁安装动力机构,所述动力机构的一端连接涂布机构,所述动力机构的另一端通过传动带连接压平机构,所述机架的另一端顶部安装张紧机构,所述张紧机构与压平机构间的机架上安装烘干箱。
优选的一种实施案例,所述压平机构包括压平带,所述压平带安装在第一固定板间,所述压平带一端的转轴与输送带的一端转轴间安装相配合的传动齿轮,所述输送带的转轴贯穿机架并连接电机输出轴,所述第一固定板间转动安装多个支撑辊,所述支撑辊紧密贴合压平带的上行带顶部,所述压平带的另一端转轴贯穿第一固定板并固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带的一端。
优选的一种实施案例,所述动力机构包括安装块,所述安装块固定安装在第二固定板的侧壁上,所述安装块内开有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动卡接滑动框,所述滑动框的一侧外壁固定连接涂布机构,所述安装块底部转动套接有立轴,所述立轴的顶部伸入滑槽内并固定套接半齿轮,所述滑动框的两侧内壁均固定安装齿条,所述半齿轮啮合齿条,所述第二固定板的外壁上转动套接横轴,所述横轴和立轴间安装相配合的锥齿轮组,所述横轴上固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带的另一端。
优选的一种实施案例,所述涂布机构包括涂布箱,所述涂布箱内腔顶部为锥形结构,且涂布箱内腔固定安装多个网板,所述涂布箱内腔底部固定安装刷毛,所述涂布箱的顶部固定安装活塞筒,所述活塞筒内滑动套接活塞,所述活塞的两端均固定连接活塞杆,所述活塞杆滑动贯穿活塞筒的端面,一个所述活塞杆固定连接滑动框的外壁,所述活塞筒的两端顶部分别固定套接吸料三通管的两端,所述吸料三通管的第三端连接防起球涂料桶,所述活塞筒的两端底部分别固定套接出料三通管的两端,所述出料三通管的第三端固定连接涂布箱的内腔顶部,所述吸料三通管和出料三通管靠近活塞筒的一端均安装单向阀,且单向阀的流向均为防起球涂料桶流向涂布箱。
优选的一种实施案例,所述涂布箱内腔顶部为锥形结构,所述单向阀的流向均为防起球涂料桶流向涂布箱
优选的一种实施案例,所述张紧机构包括U型座,所述机架的顶部固定安装U型座,所述U型座内腔滑动卡接滑块,所述U型座的两侧内壁均开有限位槽,所述滑块的两侧外壁均固定安装限位块,所述限位块滑动卡接限位槽,所述滑块的底部固定连接弹簧的一端,所述弹簧的另一端固定连接机架,所述滑块间转动套接张紧辊。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、将经线和纬线相互编织成面料基体,经线由涤纶纤维和氧化锑纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,通过氧化锑纤维、不锈钢纤维和碳黑导电纤维,使得面料具有良好的导电性能,便于静电传输导出,避免静电堆积,且通过抗静电液浸泡,提高面料基体的抗静电性能,减少摩擦产生的静电,通过烧毛并涂布防起球涂料,提高面料表面光滑性,避免起球,提高面料舒适性;
2、面料平铺在输送带上,输送带通过传动齿轮带动压平带同步转动,则压平带和输送带夹紧面料,使其输送稳定,且压平带下行带在支撑辊的支撑力下,将面料上的防起球涂料压平紧固,进一步提高面料表面涂层均匀性;
3、传动带通过压平带传动驱动,则滑动框移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,则活塞移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,使得面料移动单位距离,涂料的输出量相同,通过涂布箱内多层网板进行均分,最终使得涂料通过刷毛均匀涂布在面料上,确保面料上涂料涂布量保持恒定,实现均匀涂布;
4、面料进入烘干箱内热风烘干,然后贴合张紧辊顶部,则收卷面料时,张紧辊在弹簧弹力下绷紧面料,使得面料保持平整,便于收卷,使用便捷。

实施例:如图1至图7所示,本发明提供了一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料编织
将经线和纬线相互编织成面料基体,经线由涤纶纤维和氧化锑纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成;
S2、抗静电处理
将4-7L的抗静电液倒入浸泡池中,然后加入5-6L的清水,搅拌混合均匀,然后将面料基体放入浸泡池内浸泡1-2h,使抗静电液粘附与面料基体内,然后取出,先悬空沥液10-15min,然后通过热风烘干机在温度为45-50℃的条件下烘干10-15min,完成抗静电处理;
S3、烧毛
将抗静电处理后的面料输送进入烧毛机,采用天然气为原料,车速为55m/min,火口压力12N进行烧毛处理,烧去绒毛并紧密布身;
S4、涂布防起球涂层
将烧毛处理后的面料输送进入涂布设备,向面料外层均匀涂布防起球涂料,并抹平压实;
S5、烘干、收卷
将涂布后的面料通过通过热风烘干机在温度为70-80℃的条件下烘干固化,然后风冷后收卷。
进一步的,步骤S2中,所述抗静电液以重量份计,其原料组成包括:季铵盐40份、硫酸酯6份、磷酸酯8份、分散剂7份、表面活性剂8份、增稠剂8份和相容剂5份。
进一步的,分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺,增稠剂为丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
进一步的,步骤S4中,所述防起球涂料以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PU130份、甲壳素35份、白芥末油15份、壳聚糖13份和水90份。
一种抗静电防起球面料的制备装置,包括机架1,所述机架1间转动安装输送带2,所述机架1的顶面中部固定安装第一固定板3,所述第一固定板3与输送带2间安装压平机构4,所述机架1的一端顶部固定安装第二固定板5,所述第二固定板5间安装涂布机构6,所述第二固定板5的外壁安装动力机构7,所述动力机构7的一端连接涂布机构6,所述动力机构7的另一端通过传动带8连接压平机构4,所述机架1的另一端顶部安装张紧机构9,所述张紧机构9与压平机构4间的机架1上安装烘干箱10。
进一步的,所述压平机构4包括压平带41,所述压平带41安装在第一固定板3间,所述压平带41一端的转轴与输送带2的一端转轴间安装相配合的传动齿轮42,所述输送带2的转轴贯穿机架1并连接电机输出轴,所述第一固定板3间转动安装多个支撑辊43,所述支撑辊43紧密贴合压平带41的上行带顶部,所述压平带41的另一端转轴贯穿第一固定板3并固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带8的一端。则电机带动输送带2转动,面料平铺在输送带2上,输送带2通过传动齿轮42带动压平带41同步转动,则压平带41和输送带2夹紧面料,使其输送稳定,且压平带41下行带在支撑辊43的支撑力下,将面料上的防起球涂料压平紧固,同时,压平带41通过传动带8同步带动动力机构7运转。
所述动力机构7包括安装块71,所述安装块71固定安装在第二固定板5的侧壁上,所述安装块71内开有滑槽72,所述滑槽72内滑动卡接滑动框73,所述滑动框73的一侧外壁固定连接涂布机构6,所述安装块71底部转动套接有立轴74,所述立轴74的顶部伸入滑槽72内并固定套接半齿轮77,所述滑动框73的两侧内壁均固定安装齿条78,所述半齿轮77啮合齿条78,所述第二固定板5的外壁上转动套接横轴75,所述横轴75和立轴74间安装相配合的锥齿轮组76,所述横轴75上固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带8的另一端。
所述涂布机构6包括涂布箱61,所述涂布箱61内腔顶部为锥形结构,且涂布箱61内腔固定安装多个网板62,所述涂布箱61内腔底部固定安装刷毛63,所述涂布箱61的顶部固定安装活塞筒64,所述活塞筒64内滑动套接活塞65,所述活塞65的两端均固定连接活塞杆66,所述活塞杆66滑动贯穿活塞筒64的端面,一个所述活塞杆66固定连接滑动框73的外壁,所述活塞筒64的两端顶部分别固定套接吸料三通管67的两端,所述吸料三通管67的第三端连接防起球涂料桶,所述活塞筒64的两端底部分别固定套接出料三通管68的两端,所述出料三通管68的第三端固定连接涂布箱61的内腔顶部,所述吸料三通管67和出料三通管68靠近活塞筒64的一端均安装单向阀,且单向阀的流向均为防起球涂料桶流向涂布箱61,所述涂布箱61内腔顶部为锥形结构,所述单向阀的流向均为防起球涂料桶流向涂布箱61。
动力机构7与涂布机构6为联动配合运行,横轴75在传动带8的带动下转动,横轴75通过锥齿轮组76带动立轴74连续转动,则立轴74带动半齿轮77连续转动,半齿轮77转动中交替啮合滑动框73两侧内壁的齿条78,使得滑动框73沿滑槽72往复滑动,滑动框73带动活塞杆66往复移动,则活塞65往复移动,从而通过吸料三通管67将涂料吸入活塞筒64内,然后通过出料三通管68将涂料注入涂布箱61内,通过涂布箱61内多层网板62进行均分,最终使得涂料通过刷毛63均匀涂布在面料上,且传动带8通过压平带41传动驱动,则滑动框73移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,则活塞65移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,使得面料移动单位距离,涂料的输出量相同,确保面料上涂料涂布量保持恒定,实现均匀涂布。
所述张紧机构9包括U型座91,所述机架1的顶部固定安装U型座91,所述U型座91内腔滑动卡接滑块94,所述U型座91的两侧内壁均开有限位槽92,所述滑块94的两侧外壁均固定安装限位块93,所述限位块93滑动卡接限位槽92,所述滑块94的底部固定连接弹簧96的一端,所述弹簧96的另一端固定连接机架1,所述滑块94间转动套接张紧辊95,则面料涂布后通过烘干箱10热风烘干,然后贴合张紧辊95顶部,则收卷面料时,张紧辊95在弹簧96弹力下绷紧面料,使得面料保持平整,便于收卷。
综上所述,本发明通过将经线和纬线相互编织成面料基体,经线由涤纶纤维和氧化锑纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,通过氧化锑纤维、不锈钢纤维和碳黑导电纤维,使得面料具有良好的导电性能,便于静电传输导出,避免静电堆积,且通过抗静电液浸泡,提高面料基体的抗静电性能,减少摩擦产生的静电,通过烧毛并涂布防起球涂料,提高面料表面光滑性,避免起球,且涂布时,面料平铺在输送带2上,输送带2通过传动齿轮42带动压平带41同步转动,则压平带41和输送带2夹紧面料,使其输送稳定,且压平带41下行带在支撑辊43的支撑力下,将面料上的防起球涂料压平紧固,同时,压平带41通过传动带8同步带动横轴75转动,横轴75通过锥齿轮组76带动立轴74连续转动,则立轴74带动半齿轮77连续转动,半齿轮77转动中交替啮合滑动框73两侧内壁的齿条78,使得滑动框73沿滑槽72往复滑动,滑动框73带动活塞杆66往复移动,则活塞65往复移动,从而通过吸料三通管67将涂料吸入活塞筒64内,然后通过出料三通管68将涂料注入涂布箱61内,通过涂布箱61内多层网板62进行均分,最终使得涂料通过刷毛63均匀涂布在面料上,且传动带8通过压平带41传动驱动,则滑动框73移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,则活塞65移动速度与面料移动速度成定比,使得面料移动单位距离,涂料的输出量相同,确保面料上涂料涂布量保持恒定,实现均匀涂布,然后面料进入烘干箱10内热风烘干,然后贴合张紧辊95顶部,则收卷面料时,张紧辊95在弹簧96弹力下绷紧面料,使得面料保持平整,便于收卷。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料编织
将经线和纬线相互编织成面料基体,经线由涤纶纤维和氧化锑纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成;
S2、抗静电处理
将4-7L的抗静电液倒入浸泡池中,然后加入5-6L的清水,搅拌混合均匀,然后将面料基体放入浸泡池内浸泡1-2h,使抗静电液粘附与面料基体内,然后取出,先悬空沥液10-15min,然后通过热风烘干机在温度为45-50℃的条件下烘干10-15min,完成抗静电处理;
S3、烧毛
将抗静电处理后的面料输送进入烧毛机,采用天然气为原料,车速为55m/min,火口压力12N进行烧毛处理,烧去绒毛并紧密布身;
S4、涂布防起球涂层
将烧毛处理后的面料输送进入涂布设备,向面料外层均匀涂布防起球涂料,并抹平压实;
S5、烘干、收卷
将涂布后的面料通过通过热风烘干机在温度为70-80℃的条件下烘干固化,然后风冷后收卷。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防起球面料制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中,所述抗静电液以重量份计,其原料组成包括:季铵盐35-50份、硫酸酯4-8份、磷酸酯5-10份、分散剂5-10份、表面活性剂7-10份、增稠剂5-10份和相容剂4-8份。

4.一种抗静电防起球面料的制备装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于:所述机架(1)间转动安装输送带(2),所述机架(1)的顶面中部固定安装第一固定板(3),所述第一固定板(3)与输送带(2)间安装压平机构(4),所述机架(1)的一端顶部固定安装第二固定板(5),所述第二固定板(5)间安装涂布机构(6),所述第二固定板(5)的外壁安装动力机构(7),所述动力机构(7)的一端连接涂布机构(6),所述动力机构(7)的另一端通过传动带(8)连接压平机构(4),所述机架(1)的另一端顶部安装张紧机构(9),所述张紧机构(9)与压平机构(4)间的机架(1)上安装烘干箱(10)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种抗静电防起球面料的制备装置,其特征在于:所述压平机构(4)包括压平带(41),所述压平带(41)安装在第一固定板(3)间,所述压平带(41)一端的转轴与输送带(2)的一端转轴间安装相配合的传动齿轮(42),所述输送带(2)的转轴贯穿机架(1)并连接电机输出轴,所述第一固定板(3)间转动安装多个支撑辊(43),所述支撑辊(43)紧密贴合压平带(41)的上行带顶部,所述压平带(41)的另一端转轴贯穿第一固定板(3)并固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带(8)的一端。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种抗静电防起球面料的制备装置,其特征在于:所述动力机构(7)包括安装块(71),所述安装块(71)固定安装在第二固定板(5)的侧壁上,所述安装块(71)内开有滑槽(72),所述滑槽(72)内滑动卡接滑动框(73),所述滑动框(73)的一侧外壁固定连接涂布机构(6),所述安装块(71)底部转动套接有立轴(74),所述立轴(74)的顶部伸入滑槽(72)内并固定套接半齿轮(77),所述滑动框(73)的两侧内壁均固定安装齿条(78),所述半齿轮(77)啮合齿条(78),所述第二固定板(5)的外壁上转动套接横轴(75),所述横轴(75)和立轴(74)间安装相配合的锥齿轮组(76),所述横轴(75)上固定套接皮带轮,且皮带轮上套接传动带(8)的另一端。
