Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种EB固化抗碘酒涂料。碘酒对普通的PVC卷材具有非常强的渗透性,一旦PVC卷材沾染碘酒便很难清理,严重影响地板表面的清洁和美观。针对上述问题,本发明提供一种EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其成分中添加有胶囊式还原剂,所述胶囊式还原剂为核壳结构,所述核为维生素C,所述壳为丙烯酸单体聚合结构,维生素C被丙烯酸单体聚合结构姥姥包裹,当碘酒在涂层中渗透时,穿过胶囊还原剂的外壳与其内部包裹的维生素C相接触,瞬间发生氧化还原反应,将碘酒还原至无色,有效地发挥涂层的抗碘酒性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种EB固化抗碘酒涂料。
背景技术
PVC卷材地板是一种新型的高科技楼地面装饰材料,其质轻、柔软、富有弹性,具有良好的耐磨、抗压、耐腐蚀、防水和绝缘性能,其施工方便快捷,开始大量应用于医院、养老院、实验室等医疗卫生机构。对于医疗卫生机构这些场所,会经常使用碘酒类消毒剂,碘酒对普通的PVC卷材具有非常强的渗透性,一旦PVC卷材沾染碘酒便很难清理,严重影响地板表面的清洁和美观。
目前针对PVC卷材的抗碘酒性通常的做法是在PVC卷材表面喷涂一层含有受阻酚类抗氧剂的油性树脂涂料,例如中国发明专利CN109401404A公开的一种PVC地板抗菌耐碘酒UV涂料。但是这种做法具有一定的缺陷:(1)抗氧剂与树脂涂料的相容性较差,影响涂膜的硬度、韧性等力学性能;(2)抗氧剂容易在涂层中迁移和挥发,造成涂层的抗碘酒性能不稳定;(3)接近涂层表面的抗氧剂快速的被空气中的氧气消耗,失去对碘酒的还原性能。
维生素C是一种良好的水性还原剂,其对碘酒的还原能力特别强,有试验表明,将大量的碘酒加入到少量的维生素C水溶液中,碘酒会被立即还原成无色物质。但是,维生素C在油性涂料中几乎不能溶解。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是:碘酒对普通的PVC卷材具有非常强的渗透性,一旦PVC卷材沾染碘酒便很难清理,严重影响地板表面的清洁和美观。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明提供一种EB固化抗碘酒涂料,以质量百分含量计,包括以下成分:
所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
所述活性单体为季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、1,6-乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述胶囊式还原剂按照以下步骤制备:
(1)配制质量百分含量为30%的维生素C水溶液,然后在维生素C水溶液中加入乳化剂,乳化剂在维生素C水溶液中的质量百分含量为1%-5%,用乙酸或碳酸钠调节维生素C水溶液的pH=2-5,形成水相;
(2)将单体混合均匀,形成油相;
(3)将水相与油相混合,加入引发剂,水相与油相的质量比为1:3-9,所述引发占油相的质量百分含量为1%-4%,在高速剪切搅拌下形成均匀稳定的乳液,然后在80℃、氮气氛围下静置反应8-12h,最后,将反应液离心分离、水洗、干燥后,即得到胶囊式还原剂。
所述乳化剂为OP-10、SDS、CTAB其中一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述单体为丙烯酸单体。
所述丙烯酸单体为HEMA、TMPTA按照质量比3:1组成的混合物。
所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
所述分散剂为高分子分散剂。
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或聚醚消泡剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明抗碘酒涂料体系中添加有胶囊式还原剂,所述胶囊式还原剂为核壳结构,所述核为维生素C,所述壳为丙烯酸单体聚合结构,维生素C被丙烯酸单体聚合结构姥姥包裹,当碘酒在涂层中渗透时,穿过胶囊还原剂的外壳与其内部包裹的维生素C相接触,瞬间发生氧化还原反应,将碘酒还原至无色,有效地发挥涂层的抗碘酒性能;
(2)胶囊式还原剂因其特殊的核壳结构,即使接近涂层的表面也不会被空气中的氧气消耗,对保持涂层的抗碘酒稳定性十分有利;
(3)胶囊式还原剂的外壳为丙烯酸单体聚合物,其与丙烯酸酯涂料体系之间具有良好的相容性,对提高涂层的各项力学性能大有益处。

本发明以下实施例所采用的所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
本发明以下实施例所采用的活性单体为季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、1,6-乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
本发明以下实施例所采用的胶囊式还原剂按照以下步骤制备:

本发明以下实施例所采用的丙烯酸单体为HEMA、TMPTA按照质量比3:1组成的混合物。
本发明以下实施例所采用的流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
本发明以下实施例所采用的分散剂为高分子分散剂。
本发明以下实施例所采用的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或聚醚消泡剂。

对比例1同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例1采用抗氧化剂1010替代本发明自制的胶囊式还原剂。
对比例2同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例2采用抗氧化剂1076替代本发明自制的胶囊式还原剂。
性能测试:
(1)耐碘酒性能:将实施例1-5以及对比例1-2涂在玻璃基材上,采用EB固化设备固化,EB固化能量为150-200keV,EB固化剂的用量为20-50kGy照射下固化成膜,膜厚度为10-15μm,将碘酒涂在固化膜表面,待彻底干燥后用纸巾擦去,反复进行50次。
(2)漆膜硬度,按照GB/T6739-2006进行测试;
(3)附着力,按照GB/T9286-1998进行测试;
(4)马丁代尔微刮擦性能,马丁代尔按照BSEN16094-2012进行测试;
(5)耐磨性,按照GB/T1768-2006进行测试;
具体测试结果见表1。

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述活性单体为季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、1,6-乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于,所述胶囊式还原剂按照以下步骤制备:
(1)配制质量百分含量为30%的维生素C水溶液,然后在维生素C水溶液中加入乳化剂,乳化剂在维生素C水溶液中的质量百分含量为1%-5%,用乙酸或碳酸钠调节维生素C水溶液的pH=2-5,形成水相;
(2)将单体混合均匀,形成油相;
(3)将水相与油相混合,加入引发剂,水相与油相的质量比为1:3-9,所述引发占油相的质量百分含量为1%-4%,在高速剪切搅拌下形成均匀稳定的乳液,然后在80℃、氮气氛围下静置反应8-12h,最后,将反应液离心分离、水洗、干燥后,即得到胶囊式还原剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为OP-10、SDS、CTAB其中一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述单体为丙烯酸单体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸单体为HEMA、TMPTA按照质量比3:1组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为高分子分散剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的EB固化抗碘酒涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或聚醚消泡剂。
