c: carrying out larva inoculation on the substrate cloth, adding a culture solution to carry out finished product worm culture, allowing the larva to grow by absorbing and decomposing the culture solution and nutrients in the poured kitchen waste residue, after full treatment, arranging a filtering mechanism to separate the kitchen waste residue into worm bodies to obtain finished product worms and kitchen waste residue, fermenting the kitchen waste residue through the substrate to generate a bio-organic fertilizer, rinsing the filtered finished product worms by using rinsing equipment, and carrying out freezing storage after vibration air drying;

The method for biologically treating the kitchen waste, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtering mechanism in the step c is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the biological treatment box, the biological treatment box comprises a box body (3), an air pump box (2), a feeding port (8) and a distributing hopper (12), a mounting frame (19) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the box body (3), rubber rods (11) are fixedly arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting frame (19) at equal intervals, a first spring (17) is arranged outside the rubber rod (11) in the middle, and a bottom plate (18) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the box body (3).
