The main treatment processes of the kitchen waste at present comprise anaerobic fermentation, aerobic composting, insect cultivation and the like. The anaerobic fermentation for preparing the biogas has the advantages of long process fermentation period, large occupied area, low gas production rate, complex process, large investment, low energy conversion efficiency, imperfect disposal of byproducts such as residues and the like after anaerobic fermentation at present, and a large amount of biogas slurry can reach the emission standard only by matching with advanced treatment of sewage treatment facilities; the products of the aerobic composting can be used as soil amendments and compound fertilizers, but the cost of the aerobic composting is high, the decomposition period is long, and odor and secondary pollution of percolate can be generated; in recent years, organic garbage is removed by using putrescence insects, and the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high benefit, low carbon emission reduction in the cultivation process and the like are more and more paid attention to. The collected kitchen waste is usually solid-liquid mixture, after the kitchen waste is transported to a waste treatment plant, the solid phase and the liquid phase in the kitchen waste are separated, and then the kitchen waste is treated respectively, wherein the content of percolate in the kitchen waste is about 50-65% after statistics. But the organic solid slag obtained after the main stream kitchen pretreatment process is less, and the high-concentration percolate is more, so that the culture raw materials are insufficient, and meanwhile, large-scale construction of sewage treatment facilities is required, so that the kitchen treatment cost is greatly increased.
The method for treating the kitchen waste by using the hermetia illucens is a novel kitchen waste biological treatment method, has been focused and researched by people because of the advantages of low cost and environmental protection, and has been subjected to small-scale and industrial experiments. Comparative example 1
The invention patent CN201510246522.4 is used for treating kitchen waste by using a method for treating kitchen waste sewage by using hermetia illucens.
1. The liquid kitchen waste and sewage were mixed with 25% by weight of wheat bran, stirred to a viscous state, and approximately 70% of the sewage was fixed in a water-absorbing material (wheat bran).
2. The thick water-absorbing material (wheat bran) is pumped into the hermetia illucens culture tray in a culture workshop through the feeding machine, the material thickness is between 6 cm and 10cm, the hermetia illucens larvae begin to eat nutrient substances in the hermetia illucens, the culture tray is made of gauze made of nylon, stainless steel and other materials, ventilation is facilitated, evaporation of water in the culture tray can be accelerated, the evaporation process can release about 20% of water, and the hermetia illucens larvae eat and convert about 5% of water.
3. As the culture tray adopts the permeable gauze structure, redundant moisture generally seeps out from the culture tray and drips to the lower part, if the culture tray is multi-layer, the seeped moisture can lead to the surface water accumulation of a culture workshop, therefore, a fermentation bed with the thickness of 15-30cm is required to be manufactured on the surface of the lower part of the culture tray, the material of the fermentation bed is selected from conventional sawdust and other plant powder, and EM bacteria are regularly sprayed, so that the seeped sewage from the culture tray drips on the fermentation bed, and beneficial microorganisms in the fermentation bed can degrade nutrient substances in the sewage, thereby preventing sewage from flowing four times and giving off odor. About 5% of the moisture can be absorbed by the fermentation bed.
4. The cultivation shop is equipped with ventilation and exhaust facilities so that the replacement frequency (time interval for total replacement of air in the cultivation space) is controlled to be not more than 2 hours and the relative humidity of the intake air is not more than 80%. The exuded water from the gauze culture tray is gradually dropped to the culture tray on the next layer, finally dropped to the fermentation bed on the ground, the fermentation bed absorbs and decomposes the sewage, a ventilation and exhaust device in the culture workshop is started to exhaust the air rich in a large amount of water, dry fresh air is introduced, and the materials in the culture tray are quickly dried through the feeding activity of the black soldier fly larvae. When the humidity of the materials in the culture tray is less than 70%, a proper amount of kitchen waste and sewage can be directly sprinkled on the culture tray, the residual wheat bran and black soldier fly larvae in the culture tray directly absorb and digest the sewage, and meanwhile, the superfluous exuded sewage still can drop on a fermentation bed on the ground, so that the environment is not polluted; when the black soldier fly larvae are close to maturity, wheat bran and larvae can be separated through a screen under the condition that the humidity is less than 65%, the larvae are used for being processed into feed products, the screened wheat bran can be reused, and kitchen waste and sewage can be continuously treated.
