Description

Method for environment-friendly feeding of hermetia illucens by using kitchen waste
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hermetia illucens breeding, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly method for breeding hermetia illucens by using kitchen garbage.
Background
Kitchen waste generated in China urban years is not less than 6000 million tons, the kitchen waste can have various germs, harmful substances bring harm to human health, and the food chain hides huge risk of transfer and diffusion of pathogen bodies. At present, the main treatment modes of urban kitchen garbage are sanitary landfill and incineration, and a small part of urban kitchen garbage is treated in a composting mode. The method has the advantages of maximum treatment capacity of sanitary landfill, relatively low operating cost, relatively simple process and low investment, is a final digestion mode of residues generated by other treatment methods, but has the defects of limited treatment addresses, more occupied land, limited service life, high management requirement and incapability of thoroughly solving the pollution of water and gas. The reduction degree of the incineration method is high, the heat value of the garbage can be utilized, the ground harmless degree is high, the occupied area is small, the volume reduction amount is large and can reach 70-80%, but the method has the advantages of large investment, high operation cost, large water content of the food garbage, low heat value, easiness in causing incineration difficulty, extremely poor economy, difficulty in tail gas treatment and easiness in forming secondary pollution. The composting method has obvious reduction and volume reduction effects, has good adaptability to food waste with high water content, is beneficial to harmless waste, but has high operation and management level requirements, great influence of equipment and process advancement on technical effects, low resource and heat value utilization rate and low treatment speed.
According to the hermetia illucens biotransformation technology, hermetia illucens is used as a resource insect, organic components in kitchen garbage are decomposed in an abdominal manner in vivo through feeding behaviors and digestion effects of the hermetia illucens and then are used for growth and development of the hermetia illucens, the kitchen garbage after being fed can be discharged from larvae in vitro in the form of insect sand, and the kitchen garbage is properly treated in the process. Because the kitchen waste is high in water content, the black soldier fly cannot be directly cultured by using the kitchen waste as a raw material alone. Therefore, how to effectively treat the kitchen waste by using the hermetia illucens is a very worthy problem.

s5), preparing the screened hermetia illucens into feed for aquaculture and poultry cultivation or preparing dry worm protein feed raw materials after drying; and decomposing the screened hermetia illucens manure to be used as an organic fertilizer.
The auxiliary materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of sawdust, 10-30 parts of rice bran powder, 3-10 parts of grass meal, 3-10 parts of bran, 1-5 parts of yeast powder, 1-3 parts of baking soda and 1-3 parts of composite microbial inoculum.
The hermetia illucens larvae inoculated in the step S3 are 2-3 day old larvae.
Preferably, the composite microbial inoculum comprises bacillus licheniformis, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis and actinomycetes in a weight ratio of 3:2:1.5:1, and the composite microbial inoculum is subjected to activation treatment before use.
