The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the whitening composition for inhibiting tyrosinase activity through competitive and non-competitive combination is characterized in that flavonoid components contained in a millet seed extract, such as quercetin, dihydroquercetin, myricetin, dihydromyricetin and the like, can well inhibit the tyrosinase activity in a mode of combining competitive inhibition and non-competitive inhibition; the rosa canina flower/leaf/stem extract is rich in polyphenol compounds, can non-competitively inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, can be combined with the active center of the tyrosinase to form a hydrogen bond, is accompanied with a hydrophobic structure, and realizes the effects of whitening and brightening skin.

s2, mixing the humectant and the thickener, and heating to 75-80 ℃ to obtain a second mixture for later use;

and S4, adding the rest raw materials into the third mixture, uniformly stirring, and taking out of the pot.

The competitive and non-competitive binding tyrosinase activity inhibiting whitening composition according to claim 2, characterized by: the humectant comprises glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, dipropylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, allantoin, polyglutamic acid, and betaine.
8. The competitive and non-competitive binding tyrosinase activity inhibiting whitening composition according to claim 2, characterized by: the antioxidant comprises tocopherol and rosemary leaf extract.
9. The competitive and non-competitive binding tyrosinase activity inhibiting whitening composition according to claim 2, characterized by: the preservative comprises 1, 2-pentanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, phenoxyethanol and glyceryl caprylate.
