After the viscous food materials in the second state are boiled, the stewing process in the third state is carried out, wherein the stewing process is as follows:

In the processes of boiling and stewing, the display window displays the temperature or the residual time of the food materials in real time or alternatively displays the temperature and the residual time of the food materials, so that the food material processing process can be visually displayed.
Compared with the prior art, the viscous food material processing machine and the processing method provided by the embodiment have the advantages that water is boiled in the first state, food materials are boiled in the second state through firstly stirring with big fire and then stirring with small fire at low speed, stirring and heating are stopped in the third state, and food in a container is braised and fragrant, so that the prepared viscous food materials cannot be bonded in the processing process, and the taste is better. Illustratively, a first rectangular stirring frame is arranged at the top end of the blade 2-1, and a second rectangular stirring frame is arranged at the bottom end of the blade 2-1; the long sides of the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame are perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the container 1, and one or more stirring frames can be arranged between the first rectangular stirring frame and the second rectangular stirring frame.
In order to prevent food materials from being burnt and stuck to the pot, the distance from the second rectangular stirring frame to the container bottom 1-2 is less than or equal to 10mm, the lower end of the second rectangular stirring frame can abut against the container bottom 1-2 to the container bottom 1-2, and the food materials at the bottom of the pot body are effectively prevented from being stuck and burnt due to insufficient stirring force.

In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the paddle 2-1 is provided with at least one through hole, the through hole allows the granular food material to pass through, the size of the through hole is set according to the size of the food material particles, and the minimum size of the through hole on the paddle 2-1 is larger than the maximum size of the food material particles.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the blade 2-1 comprises a flat plate or a curved plate, and the through holes are uniformly distributed; the thickness of the plane plate or the curved plate is 1mm to 15mm, and the thickness of the hole wall of the through hole is 1mm to 15mm. It is also understood that the planar or curved plate provided with through-holes is formed by connecting, overlapping and/or bending rods with a diameter of 1mm to 15mm end to end.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the through-hole includes one or more of circular hole, rectangular hole, diamond-shaped hole, triangle-shaped hole, oval-shaped hole, and preferably, adopts circular hole or oval-shaped hole, avoids edges and corners to destroy and eat the material shape.
The size of the through holes on the blades 2-1 can be selected according to the shape and characteristics of food materials, for example, in the preparation of pearl milk tea, the minimum size of the through holes allows pearl grains to pass through, the through holes are one or more of rectangular holes, round holes and triangular holes, and the cross-sectional area of the through holes is 10-50 times of the average cross-sectional area of the pearl grains. Illustratively, the through hole is a rectangular hole, and the length of the short side of the rectangular hole is 20-30mm; or the through hole is a circular hole, and the aperture of the circular hole is 10-30mm; or the side length of the triangular hole is 20-40mm.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the paddle 2 is detachably mounted on the upper end of the shaft 1-1. Specifically, the bottom of the stirring paddle 2 is provided with a connecting block 2-2, the connecting block 2-2 is connected with a power transmission structure arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft 1-1, and the power transmission structure is a flat position, polygonal columnar structure or spline shaft structure. The paddle 2-1 and the connecting block 2-2 are of an integral structure, or the paddle 2-1 and the connecting block 2-2 are detachably connected, a connecting hole 2-3 is formed in the center of the lower end of the connecting block 2-2, the connecting hole 2-3 is matched with the power transmission structure, the paddle 2-1 and the connecting block 2-2 are detachably connected, the paddle 2-1 can be detached during cleaning, and the paddle 2-1 and the container 1 can be cleaned conveniently.
Compared with the prior art, the viscous food material processor provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the stirring paddle with the hollow-out structure arranged in the container can be used for stirring granular food materials, the food particles can penetrate through the hollow-out through slow stirring, the stirring effect is good, and the shapes of the food particles cannot be damaged. a container comprising a chamber to contain a viscous food material and a liquid for steeping;
a paddle pivotally disposed in the vessel; the stirring paddle is internally provided with a hollow structure so as to allow the viscous food material particles to pass through the hollow structure;
the motor is connected with the stirring paddle and drives the stirring paddle to rotate in the container;
a heater for heating the contents in the container;
the controller is connected with the motor and controls the motor to drive the stirring paddle to rotate at a first speed, and the first speed is 10-50 revolutions per minute; the controller is connected with the heater, controls the heater to heat at a first power before adding the viscous food material particles into the container, and sequentially heats at a second power and a third power after adding the viscous food material particles into boiling water in the container, wherein the second power is greater than the third power; in the heating process of the second power and the third power, the controller controls the motor to drive the stirring paddle to stir intermittently, the intermittent time is more than or equal to 0.5 second, and the intermittent stirring frequency is more than or equal to 10 times;
the actual area of the longitudinal section of the stirring paddle is S1, the occupied area of the longitudinal section of the stirring paddle is S2, the half area of the longitudinal section of the container is S3, and the S1, the S2 and the S3 have the following relations: S1/S2 is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.3, and S2/S3 is more than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 1;
the stirring paddle is provided with a blade, the blade comprises a plurality of stirring frames, and the stirring frames are formed by continuously bending rods;
the turning part of the periphery of the stirring frame is subjected to smooth treatment;
the bottom stirring frame of paddle has lower part long limit and outside minor face, the distance at the bottom of the long limit of lower part to the container is less than or equal to 10mm, just the outside minor face with the inner wall contact of container.
2. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 1, further comprising a housing, wherein the motor, controller are disposed within the housing;
the bottom of the container is provided with a base, the heater is arranged on the base, and the base is detachably arranged on the shell.
3. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 2, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged at the center of the bottom of the container and is in sealed and rotating connection with the bottom of the container;
the top end of the rotating shaft is connected with the bottom end of the stirring paddle, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is provided with a first clutch;
and a second clutch is arranged on an output shaft at the top of the motor, and the motor drives the stirring paddle to rotate through the second clutch and the first clutch.

The viscous food material processing machine of claim 3, wherein the base is provided with an upper coupler on a bottom surface thereof, and the housing is provided with a lower coupler on a top surface thereof, the lower coupler being electrically coupled to the controller, the lower coupler being adapted to the upper coupler.
5. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 4, wherein the top surface of the housing is provided with a positioning portion, and the bottom surface of the base is provided with a positioning matching portion;
the positioning part is matched with the positioning matching part to realize the transverse positioning of the container.
6. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 5, wherein the positioning portion is an annular protrusion disposed around the periphery of the second clutch;
the positioning matching part is a positioning groove, and the first clutch is positioned in the center of the positioning groove.
7. A method for processing a sticky food material, the method comprising:
heating at a first power in a first state to boil water;
adding the viscous food material particles into the boiling water, and then sequentially entering a second state and a third state;
in a second state, heating with a second power and a third power in sequence, wherein the second power is higher than the third power, and stirring the food material in the container by using a stirring paddle, and the stirring paddle is provided with a hollow structure so as to allow viscous food material particles to pass through the hollow structure; the stirring speed is 10 to 50 revolutions per minute;
stopping heating and stirring in a third state;
in the second state, the stirring is intermittent stirring, the intermittent time is more than or equal to 0.5 second, and the intermittent stirring frequency is more than or equal to 10 times;
in the third state, the time for stopping heating and stirring is more than or equal to 5 minutes;
the actual area of the longitudinal section of the stirring paddle is S1, the occupied area of the longitudinal section of the stirring paddle is S2, the half area of the longitudinal section of the container is S3, and the S1, the S2 and the S3 have the following relations: S1/S2 is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.3, and S2/S3 is more than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 1;
the stirring paddle is provided with a blade, the blade comprises a plurality of stirring frames, and the stirring frames are formed by continuously bending rods;
the turning part of the periphery of the stirring frame is subjected to smooth treatment;
the bottom stirring frame of paddle has lower part long limit and outside minor face, the distance at the bottom of the long limit of lower part to the container is less than or equal to 10mm, just outside minor face with the inner wall contact of container.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising a fourth state of heating at a fourth power to preserve heat of the food material within the receptacle.
