In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the blade 2-1 comprises a flat plate or a curved plate, and the through holes are uniformly distributed; the thickness of the plane plate or the curved plate is 1mm to 15mm, and the thickness of the hole wall of the through hole is 1mm to 15 mm. It is also understood that the planar or curved plate provided with through-holes is formed by connecting, overlapping and/or bending rods with a diameter of 1mm to 15mm end to end.

a container comprising a chamber to contain a viscous food material and a liquid for steeping;
a paddle pivotally disposed in the vessel; the stirring paddle is internally provided with a hollow structure so as to allow food particles to pass through the hollow structure;
the motor is connected with the stirring paddle and drives the stirring paddle to rotate in the container;
a heater for heating the contents in the container;
the controller is connected with the motor and controls the motor to drive the stirring paddle to rotate at a first speed, and the first speed is 5-300 revolutions per minute; the controller is connected with the heater and controls the heater to heat.

9. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 8, wherein the top surface of the housing is provided with a positioning portion and the bottom surface of the base is provided with a positioning mating portion;
the positioning part is matched with the positioning matching part to realize the transverse positioning of the container.
10. The viscous food material processing machine of claim 9, wherein the positioning portion is an annular protrusion disposed around the periphery of the second clutch;
the positioning matching part is a positioning groove, and the first clutch is positioned in the center of the positioning groove.
