All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from one or more of the embodiments described herein without making any inventive step shall fall within the scope of protection of this document.
The embodiment of the fee settlement processing method provided by the specification comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 1, which shows a processing flow chart of a fee settlement processing method provided by the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, which shows a processing flow chart of a fee settlement processing method applied to a merchant interest scene provided by the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, which shows a processing flow chart of a fee settlement processing method applied to a user payment scene provided by the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the fee settlement processing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes steps S102 to S108.
And S102, processing the transaction data set in the calculation period to obtain a first reconciliation file.
The fee settlement processing method provided by the embodiment is characterized in that under a credit staging payment system which is built by taking four merchants, a service platform, a financial institution and a settlement platform (such as a transaction clearing platform) as cores, transaction data are generated by carrying out transactions between users and the merchants and carrying out staging payment through the financial institution, the transaction data in a specific settlement period are processed into account checking files, the account checking files are checked with the account checking files generated by the settlement platform for carrying out transaction settlement in the form of the account checking files, and then the transaction data are corrected according to the account checking results, so that the accuracy and the validity of the transaction data are ensured, the interest and the commission return charges generated by the transactions are calculated according to rate stages marked in the transaction data, and the interest and commission return charges are settled by matching with the account checking platform, so that the merchant participating in the credit staging payment system is promoted, The settlement processing efficiency among the payment platform, the financial institution and the settlement platform promotes the enthusiasm of the merchants and the financial institution for adding into the credit staging payment system, and is beneficial to enhancing the penetration of the credit staging payment system to different scenes.
The transaction data set in this embodiment is composed of transaction data, where the transaction data refers to transaction data generated by a transaction between a user and a merchant, and optionally, the transaction data includes staged transaction data generated after the user pays a transaction order through a staged payment channel, for example, staged transaction data obtained after the user pays a transaction in stages through a credit card staged payment channel provided in a staged payment channel during a transaction between the user and the merchant.
The staged payment channel comprises a credit card staged payment channel, a staged payment channel corresponding to the credit line and/or a staged payment channel based on credit transaction.
For example, when the user pays for a transaction order generated by a transaction with a merchant, an aggregation staging channel consisting of a credit card staging payment channel, a staging payment channel corresponding to a credit line and/or a credit purchase staging payment channel is provided for the user, and the user can select any staging payment channel in the aggregation staging channel to perform staging payment processing on the transaction order.
In practical application, in the process of carrying out guarantee transaction with a merchant by a user, the transfer of transaction funds needs to be carried out after the receipt is confirmed, the time for confirming the receipt or returning the goods after the transaction often has a certain time difference with the time for the transaction, this time gap varies from minutes to months, and therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of settlement, and also to avoid the need to pay a large amount of funds to settle a large number of transactions that occur but are not yet transferred, in this embodiment, by configuring the settlement period with a specific time length (such as 3 months), the proportion of the transactions which occur in the settlement period but are not in the fund transfer state is reduced, optionally, the period duration of the settlement period is at least longer than the duration from transaction payment to receipt confirmation of the transaction order corresponding to the transaction data in the offline transaction data. The transaction data set of the embodiment stores the transaction data generated in the settlement period in an offline storage manner.
In specific implementation, in order to improve and ensure the accuracy of reconciliation, the transaction data set in the settlement period is processed into a form of a reconciliation file, and the reconciliation file generated by the settlement platform for performing transaction clearing processing is performed with the reconciliation file, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the transaction data set in the settlement period is processed in the following manner:
reading corresponding field data from each transaction data in the transaction data set according to the field type of the reconciliation file, and writing the read field data into the reconciliation file to obtain the first reconciliation file.
Wherein the field type of the reconciliation file comprises at least one of the following items: transaction flow identification, transaction time, transaction amount, installment, transaction type, banking institution, refund field, refund time, refund amount, refund proportion, transaction type, rate rating, interest rate, interest amount, commission return rate, and commission return amount.
And step S104, performing reconciliation processing on the first reconciliation file and a second reconciliation file generated by a settlement platform.
In order to improve the reconciliation efficiency and also consider the reconciliation accuracy, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the reconciliation processing of the first reconciliation file and the second reconciliation file is performed in the following manner:
summarizing and reconciling the transaction data in the first reconciliation file and the transaction data in the second reconciliation file; the second account checking file is acquired from the settlement platform through a data interface provided by the settlement platform;
if the summary account checking passes, determining the account checking result as the account checking pass, generating an account checking result file and uploading the account checking result file to the settlement platform;
if the summary reconciliation is not passed, performing detailed reconciliation on the transaction data in the first reconciliation file and the transaction in the second reconciliation file;
and determining that the reconciliation result is that the reconciliation is not passed, writing the transaction data with inconsistent detailed reconciliation into a reconciliation result file, and uploading the transaction data to the settlement platform.
And S106, carrying out error processing on the transaction data set based on the account checking result to obtain a target data set.
After the first reconciliation file obtained by processing the transaction data generated in the settlement period and the second reconciliation file generated by the settlement platform are subjected to reconciliation processing, error processing needs to be performed on the transaction data with inconsistency in the two reconciliation files so as to correct the transaction data with inconsistency in the two reconciliation files, so that the corrected transaction data can be kept consistent in the two reconciliation files.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the transaction data set is subjected to error processing based on the reconciliation result to obtain the target data set, and the following implementation manner is specifically adopted:
according to the reconciliation result file, canceling the transaction data with inconsistent detailed reconciliation in the transaction data set;
and writing the determined corrected transaction data into the transaction data set to obtain the target data set.
For example, for any one of the inconsistent transaction data recorded in the reconciliation result file, the transaction data is cancelled by using the equal and opposite transaction data by recording a piece of transaction data equal to and opposite to the transaction data, and then the correct transaction data determined by error communication with the settlement platform for the transaction data, namely the corrected transaction data, is corrected, and so on, the cancelling and correcting processing is performed on all the inconsistent transaction data recorded in the reconciliation result file.
In addition to the implementation manner of performing error processing on the transaction data set, the error processing may be performed on the first reconciliation file, and the first reconciliation file after the error processing is used as a basis for subsequent fee calculation and settlement processing, specifically, the error processing is performed on the first reconciliation file based on the reconciliation result to obtain a target reconciliation file, and in the subsequent step, in the process of performing fee calculation, fee calculation is performed in a grading manner according to a rate specified by each transaction data in the target reconciliation file, and a settlement list is generated and subjected to settlement processing according to the calculation result. In the process of carrying out error processing on the first reconciliation file based on the reconciliation result, the transaction data with inconsistent detailed reconciliation in the first reconciliation file is carried out reimbursement processing according to the reconciliation result file, and the determined corrected transaction data is written into the first reconciliation file to obtain the target reconciliation file.
And step S108, carrying out charge calculation according to the rate grading calibrated by each transaction data in the target data set, generating a settlement list according to the calculation result and carrying out settlement processing.
In this embodiment, a plurality of rate templates are set, and a post rate and a commission return rate corresponding to each installment period number in the merchant interest mode and a commission return rate corresponding to each installment period number in the user payment mode are respectively configured in each rate template. And the rates of the plurality of rate templates are different, the rate configured in each rate template is divided into different levels, the rate configured in the rate template is called a rate grade, and each rate template corresponds to a rate grade. Optionally, the rate template corresponding to the rate profile records a interest rate and a commission return rate corresponding to each installment term in the merchant interest mode, and a commission return rate corresponding to each installment term in the user payment mode.
The user pays, and after the user purchases goods or services from a merchant and carries out staging payment on a transaction order for purchasing the goods or services through a staging payment channel, staging fees generated by staging are paid by the user, and the part of the staging fees are paid when the user repays money to a financial institution providing the staging payment channel. The user performs the installment payment through an installment payment channel provided by the financial institution, and the commission charge is achieved through the drainage of the service platform, and the commission charge refers to commission returned by the financial institution to the service platform according to the drainage behavior of the service platform.
The merchant interest is that after the user purchases goods or services from the merchant and carries out staging payment on the transaction order for purchasing the goods or services through the staging payment channel, staging fees or interests generated by staging are subsidized to the user by the merchant, namely: the merchant pays subsidized installments or interest to the financial institution providing the installments payment channel instead, and the merchant pays installments or interest to the financial institution instead, called interest charge, and needs to be transferred to the account of the financial institution in the settlement process.
Optionally, the interest rate corresponding to each installment period number in the merchant interest mode is signed and determined by the transaction platform and the merchant through an agreement; the commission returning rate corresponding to each installment period number in the merchant interest mode and the commission returning rate corresponding to each installment period number in the user payment mode are determined by the service platform and the financial institution through agreement signing. And the user pays the installment cost of each installment amount in the user payment mode to the financial institution when the user carries out installment repayment of the transaction data.
The method comprises the steps that a financial institution determines which rate template is adopted by the financial institution in the process of agreement signing with a service platform, on the basis of determining the rate template adopted by the financial institution, a user conducts transaction through a staged payment channel provided by the financial institution to generate corresponding transaction data, rate grading corresponding to the rate template adopted by the financial institution is calibrated, and in the process of conducting fee calculation and settlement processing on the transaction data subsequently, fee calculation is conducted according to rates configured in the rate template corresponding to the rate grading calibrated in the transaction data.
For example, the rate template corresponding to the rate profile adopted by a certain financial institution is shown in the following table:

The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: the ARC625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
