Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort fall within the scope of protection of one or more embodiments of the present specification.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application scenario of a batch dispute method for cross-border remittance in an embodiment of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario of the present solution is as follows: the China merchant Z is resident on an overseas e-country e-commerce platform W, the e-country e-commerce platform W transfers money to a bank regularly, when the China merchant needs to cash, the domestic financial platform M (which is in a cooperative relationship with the overseas e-country e-commerce platform W, wherein the China merchant Z is also a registered user of the domestic financial platform M) submits international payment declaration information including transaction information of the merchant Z to the bank, then the bank checks the transaction information, and remits the amount of money corresponding to the transaction information into an account of the domestic financial platform M (generally, foreign currency transfer). The domestic financial platform M (which sometimes requires a trade-off) then transfers the money via a transfer to the domestic account of chinese merchant Z.
The paying-off is that the ticket holder prompts the held draft to the bank of making an account for payment, the bank of making an account accepts the draft and then transfers the draft to the bank of making an account, and the bank of making an account performs the payment after the bank of making an account verifies that the draft is correct. For the scheme, the international receipt and payment declaration information is sent to the bank by the domestic financial platform M, and then the bank pays money to the domestic financial platform M.
Since the money deposited into the bank by the outbound merchant platform W is an estimate, it is typically deposited periodically, e.g., every other day or days. This estimate is determined based on the average daily cash-out for the e-commerce platform W. However, many times, the amount of money that the merchant has been presented on the day cannot be used up, and the remaining funds need to be returned to the outbound merchant platform W in accordance with relevant regulations for foreign exchange. However, cross-border remittance requires payment of a commission fee if there is a refund. If such refunds occur daily, a large number of commission charges are incurred for which both the foreign e-commerce platform W and the domestic financial platform M are unwilling to undertake.
Therefore, in order to reduce the handling fee of remittance, the scheme provides a batch remittance solving method. Specifically, assume that 1 million of funds left in a batch of funds committed to the bank on the outbound merchant platform W have not been released, and that this batch has been driven into the bank in 100 million. When the Chinese merchant Z presents 3 thousands of cash, the domestic financial platform M divides the transaction order of the Chinese merchant Z into 1 ten thousand of transaction orders and 2 ten thousand of transaction orders, and is used for paying off the last 1 ten thousand of the remaining transaction orders stored in the bank, and then paying off another 2 ten thousand of transaction orders from 100 ten thousand of the transaction orders which are input later.
Most of the time, it is unlikely that just 1 ten thousand trade orders will be made, then multiple splits will be required. For example, the withdrawal amount is divided into 9 thousand and 2.1 ten thousand, and the last batch of funds is left 1 thousand. When other merchants cash out, the cash-out applications of other merchants are detached to form a 1 thousand transaction order, and the process is repeated until the remaining funds of the last batch are 0.
According to the scheme, the withdrawal amount of the merchant is split into the transaction orders, funds paid to a bank by the cross-border e-commerce platform can be released in batches, and each batch of funds do not need to be returned, so that the generation of remittance handling fees can be reduced.
Next, a batch remittance method for cross-border remittance provided in the embodiments of the specification will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a batch unpayment method for cross-border remittance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of a program, the execution subject of the flow may be a program installed in an application server or an application client.
As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the following steps:
step 210: and obtaining the withdrawal amount of the withdrawal application submitted by the merchant.
The main execution body of the scheme is an internal financial platform. The number of merchants may be one, or two or more.
It should be noted that the cash withdrawal application may be a cash withdrawal application submitted by a chinese merchant on an overseas transaction platform, where an domestic financial platform and the overseas transaction platform are in a cooperative relationship. The Chinese merchant can enter the foreign transaction platform through the webpage or interface provided by the domestic financial platform. And when the transaction platform is registered outside the residence, the financial platform inside the residence can be selected to carry out cash withdrawal operation. Therefore, after the cash withdrawal application submitted by the Chinese merchant on the foreign transaction platform, the domestic financial platform can forward the cash withdrawal application through the foreign transaction platform.
In addition, the Chinese merchant can also be a registered user of an in-home financial platform, so that the Chinese merchant can initiate cash withdrawal application aiming at the overseas transaction platform on the in-home financial platform.
In the two modes, the domestic financial platform can obtain cash withdrawal applications submitted by merchants. Wherein, the withdrawal amount can be directly determined in the withdrawal application.
Step 220: acquiring the transaction order information of the merchant on an overseas transaction platform; the trade order information is the information of the undelivered trade order.
Based on the cooperative relationship between the domestic financial platform and the overseas trading platform, the domestic financial platform can acquire all trading order information of the Chinese merchant on the overseas trading platform. The acquisition time of the transaction order information can be two types:
in the first mode, after the trade order information is generated on the overseas trading platform, the trade order information is directly sent to the domestic financial platform.
In the second mode, after a Chinese merchant initiates a cash withdrawal application, transaction order information of the merchant is obtained from an overseas transaction platform.
Because the transaction order information which is not paid is required, if the first mode is adopted, the domestic financial platform can be used for screening, the transaction order information is divided into two types of paid and unpaid, the label mode can be adopted for marking, and only the transaction order information with the unpaid label is screened. If the second mode is adopted, the undispensed trading order information can be directly obtained from the oversea trading platform.
Step 230: and acquiring fund remaining information transferred to a financial institution by the overseas transaction platform, wherein the fund remaining information at least comprises a first batch of remaining funds and a second batch of remaining funds.
It should be noted that the financial institution is specifically a bank. The first amount of remaining funds is less than the second amount of remaining funds.
The fund remaining information refers to the fund transferred to the financial institution by the overseas transaction platform periodically, and at least comprises funds injected at two different times. The first set of remaining funds is stored in the financial institution's account chronologically earlier than the second set of remaining funds. The first set of remaining funds may be understood as remaining funds after at least one settlement, and the second set of remaining funds may be funds without settlement or funds after settlement. In addition, when the payment is released, the fund transferred into the bank is released preferentially, and the second batch of residual fund is released only when the first batch of residual fund cannot be released conventionally.
In the prior art, if the withdrawal amount of each merchant is larger than the first remaining fund, the first remaining fund cannot be released. Therefore, the first remaining funds may be less than the amount of any merchant application for withdrawal.
Step 240: determining first international reimbursement declaration information and second international reimbursement declaration information according to the fund remaining information, the transaction order information and the withdrawal amount; the first international reimbursement declaration information is used for releasing all or part of the first batch of remaining funds, and the second international reimbursement declaration information is used for releasing all or part of the second batch of remaining funds.
The step divides the withdrawal amount into at least two parts for international reimbursement declaration. The international reimbursement declaration information is used to declare to the bank to obtain the bank's transfers for that portion. The international reimbursement declaration information can include declaration money and transaction order information for declaration amount, and the number of the transaction order information can be one, two or more.
When the withdrawal amount is divided into the first international reimbursement declaration information and the second international reimbursement declaration information for declaration, the sum of declaration amounts corresponding to the two international reimbursement declaration information is the withdrawal amount.
It should be noted that the number of the transaction order information corresponding to the first international reimbursement declaration information may be multiple, the total transaction amount of the multiple transaction order information is the first declaration amount, and the first declaration amount may or may not completely release the first remaining funds. However, the first declared amount needs to be as close as possible to the first remaining funds.
When the number of the merchants is one, the transaction order information corresponding to the first international receipt and payment declaration information is that of one merchant, and when the number of the merchants is multiple, the transaction order information corresponding to the first international receipt and payment declaration information may be that of one merchant, two merchants or multiple merchants.
Specifically, the determining first international reimbursement declaration information and second international reimbursement declaration information according to the fund remaining information, the transaction order information, and the withdrawal amount may specifically include:
determining first international reimbursement declaration information according to the fund remaining information and the transaction order information;
and determining second international reimbursement declaration information according to the first international reimbursement declaration information, the withdrawal amount and the transaction order information.
First international reimbursement declaration information for releasing the first batch of remaining funds needs to be preferentially determined, and then second international reimbursement declaration information is determined according to the first international reimbursement declaration information, the withdrawal amount and the transaction order information.
Step 250: and sending the first international reimbursement declaration information and the second international reimbursement declaration information to the financial institution for fund unpayment.
It should be understood that the order of some steps in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be interchanged according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted or deleted.
In the method in fig. 2, the fund paid to the bank across the border e-commerce platform can be released in batches by splitting the transaction order according to the withdrawal amount of the merchant, and the withdrawal commission can be reduced without returning each batch of the fund.
Based on the method of fig. 2, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments of the method, which are described below.
Optionally, determining first international reimbursement declaration information according to the fund remaining information and the trade order information may specifically include:
obtaining the order amount of each transaction order information;
determining a first trade order set according to each order amount and the first remaining funds, wherein the sum of the order amounts of the trade orders in the first trade order set is smaller than or equal to the first remaining funds;
determining a first declaration amount according to the sum of the order amounts of the transaction orders in the first transaction order set;
determining first international reimbursement claim information, the first international reimbursement claim information including the first set of trade orders and the first amount of claim.
The above manner provides a method for generating the first international reimbursement declaration information, and the trade order information in the first trade order set may include one, two or more trade orders. In determining the first set of trade orders, an objective function may be set to obtain a preferred result through a preferred algorithm or model. The objective function may be: the sum of the amounts of the orders (i.e., the first declared amount) is less than or equal to the first remaining funds, and the difference between the sum of the amounts (i.e., the first declared amount) and the first remaining funds is minimal. And determining the amount of each order according to the preference result, and then determining the transaction order corresponding to the amount of each order.
Optionally, determining second international reimbursement information according to the first international reimbursement declaration information, the withdrawal amount, and the transaction order information may specifically include:
calculating a second declaration amount, wherein the second declaration amount is a difference value between the withdrawal amount and the first declaration amount;
determining a second transaction order set according to each order amount and the second declaration amount, wherein the sum of the order amounts of the transaction orders in the second transaction order set is equal to the second declaration amount;
determining second international reimbursement claim information, the second international reimbursement claim information including the second set of trade orders and the second amount of claim.
Having determined the first international reimbursement information, the second international reimbursement information can be determined therefrom. A second declared amount may be determined for the cash-out amount based on the sum of the first declared amount and the second declared amount, and then a second set of transaction orders may be fit based on the second declared amount.
Wherein the second trade order set and the first trade order set cannot be overlapped, namely, the trade orders of the second trade order set can be selected only from the trade orders from which the trade orders in the first trade order set are removed,
when the merchant is multiple; the obtaining of the withdrawal amount of the withdrawal application submitted by the merchant may specifically include:
obtaining cash withdrawal applications submitted by a plurality of merchants; the withdrawal amount of each withdrawal application is greater than the first remaining funds;
calculating the sum of the withdrawal amount of each withdrawal application;
obtaining the transaction order information of the merchant on the overseas transaction platform may specifically include:
and acquiring the transaction order information of the multiple merchants on the overseas transaction platform.
The proposal can be used for simultaneously integrating the cash-out applications submitted by a plurality of merchants to carry out international reimbursement declaration, thus being more beneficial to piecing together the first batch of residual funds, and particularly, the transaction orders of different merchants can be adopted to piece together, so that the possibility of successful piecing together is higher. It should be noted that, if the withdrawal applications are submitted by a plurality of merchants, if the withdrawal amount of each merchant is greater than the first withdrawal application, the first surplus funds need to be pieced together, and if the withdrawal amount of one merchant is less than or equal to the first surplus funds, the transaction order of the merchant can be directly adopted to make international receipt and payment declaration, thereby completing the payment resolution of the first surplus funds.
When the number of the merchants applying for withdrawal is one, if the withdrawal amount is larger than the first batch of the remaining funds, the first batch of the remaining funds are pieced together according to the order amount of all undeployed transaction orders of the merchant.
Optionally, the method may further include:
calculating a difference between the first remaining funds and the first declared amount when the first declared amount is less than the first remaining funds;
and marking the difference value so as to pay the remaining funds corresponding to the difference value preferentially when paying next time.
The above scheme provides a scheme for performing partial payout on the first remaining fund and then marking the remaining fund when the whole fund of the first remaining fund cannot be paid out by one piece of spelling. When the next time of paying off, the method is still adopted to carry out the piecing paying off. Because of the small number of remaining difference values, it is possible that one transaction order from one of the merchants may be paid for the remaining difference values.
It should be noted that, for the entire funds of the first remaining funds, two, three or even more separate payments are often required to complete.
Optionally, the obtaining of the fund remaining information transferred from the overseas transaction platform to the bank may specifically include:
determining fund remaining information transferred to a bank by the overseas transaction platform by inquiring a preset mark;
determining a first batch of residual funds according to the sequence of funds remittance into the bank, wherein the first batch of residual funds is remitted into the bank earlier than other residual funds;
determining a second set of remaining funds that are remitted into the bank later than the set of remaining funds and earlier than other remaining funds.
Since the funds sent into the bank by the overseas transaction platform cannot be stored without limit, a maximum time, such as 1 month, is generally set. Therefore, there is a need to pay first funds remitted into the bank.
Therefore, the fund which is not completely released can be calibrated by adopting a preset mark, and the time of remitting into the bank can be marked. Funds that have not been disbursed may be determined based on the predetermined indicia and the first remaining funds and the second remaining funds may be determined in chronological order.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and transferring the unpaid fund to a collection account of the merchant after receiving the unpaid fund of the bank aiming at the withdrawal amount.
For the withdrawal application of the merchant, withdrawal to the domestic account of the merchant can be performed in two ways, which are specifically as follows:
the first mode is as follows: after the merchant submits the withdrawal application, the domestic financial platform submits the international receipt and payment declaration information to the bank, and the bank checks the receipt and payment, the declaration amount is transferred to the account of the domestic financial platform. After receiving the transfer amount, the domestic financial platform transfers the amount to the payment account of the merchant.
Optionally, when the withdrawal amount is the amount of the foreign currency, transferring the unpaid fund to the collection account of the merchant, which may specifically include:
converting the depreciation fund into equivalent RMB according to the exchange rate;
and transferring the equivalent RMB to a collection account of the merchant.
In general, banks transfer to domestic financial platforms as foreign currencies and transfer of RMB currency after exchange is needed. Specifically, the remittance can be completed according to the remittance rate of the day, and the equivalent RMB of the cash withdrawal amount is obtained.
The payment account of the merchant can be an domestic account, such as a bank account, filled by the merchant when the merchant registers in the domestic financial platform; or a collection account filled by the merchant when the withdrawal application is initiated.
In addition, the domestic financial platform can also verify whether the payment account filled by the merchant is the account of the merchant or the public account of the enterprise, and the transfer operation can be carried out only after the payment account is confirmed to be correct.
In the second mode, because the flow of the first mode usually needs 2-3 days or longer, in order to improve the cash withdrawal rate and the user experience, the domestic financial platform can firstly pay the cash withdrawal amount and then carry out international reimbursement.
Specifically, after obtaining the withdrawal amount of the withdrawal application submitted by the merchant, the method may further include:
converting the withdrawal amount into equivalent RMB according to the exchange rate;
and transferring the equivalent RMB to a collection account of the merchant.
Based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present specification further provides a device corresponding to the method. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a batch payment apparatus for cross-border remittance corresponding to fig. 2 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:
a cash withdrawal amount obtaining module 310, configured to obtain a cash withdrawal amount of a cash withdrawal application submitted by a merchant;

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
