本发明公开了一种橘红饮品及其制备方法,涉及饮品技术领域,所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:橘红0.2‑5份、果糖1‑50份、白砂糖5‑60份、柠檬酸钠0.1‑10份、维生素C 0.2‑5份、山梨酸钾0.001‑0.01份、冰醋酸0.001‑0.01份。本发明提供的橘红饮品采用天然中药橘红作为原料组分,并搭配其他原料组分调和了橘红的苦涩味感,绿色安全,可以长期服用,无副作用,有效养护呼吸系统、有显著祛痰止咳作用。能有效防治风寒咳嗽、服用本发明提供的橘红饮品在2‑3个小时内即可咳嗽。

本发明涉及饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种橘红饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
风寒咳嗽是一种常见的疾病,是由机体感受风寒、肺气失宣所致的咳嗽,临床表现为咳嗽频作,咽痒声重,鼻流清涕,或恶寒无汗,发热头痛。用于治疗风寒咳嗽的药物多用西药,有副作用,且无法长期服用,无法起到预防风寒咳嗽的作用。
橘红是一种常见的中药,具有理气宽中,燥湿化痰的作用。多用于治疗咳嗽痰多,食积伤酒,呕恶痞闷。还具有一定健胃消食的作用,可用于腹痛腹胀。
目前,市面没有一种绿色安全、可以长期服用、无副作用、可以有效养护呼吸系统、有显著祛痰止咳作用、能有效防治风寒咳嗽的橘红饮品。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种橘红饮品及其制备方法。
所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:
橘红0.2-5份、果糖1-50份、白砂糖5-60份、柠檬酸钠0.1-10份、维生素C 0.2-5份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.01份、冰醋酸0.001-0.01份。
优选地,所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:
橘红0.9份、果糖10份、白砂糖30份、柠檬酸钠0.4份、维生素C 0.65份、山梨酸钾0.001份、冰醋酸0.001份。
上述的橘红饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.将橘红磨碎,制得橘红粉,在其中加入去离子水进行浸取,过滤,重复上述浸取和过滤步骤2次,制得滤液;
S2.将滤液进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
S3.在浓缩液中加入果糖、白砂糖、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、山梨酸钾和冰醋酸,混合均匀,制得混合液;
S4.将混合液进行灭菌、冷藏、封装,制得所述的橘红饮品。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述的磨碎为磨碎至200-300目。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述的去离子水和橘红粉的重量份数比为10:1。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述的浸取为于15-80℃下浸取10-60分钟。
优选地,步骤S2中,所述的浓缩为旋转蒸发浓缩。
进一步优选地,所述的旋转蒸发浓缩的条件:温度80-150℃、压力0.06Mpa下、旋转蒸发浓缩30-60分钟。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
(1)本发明提供的橘红饮品采用天然中药橘红作为原料组分,橘红中含有水溶性的礞石成分,具有显著祛痰止咳作用。本发明中还搭配其他原料组分调和了橘红的苦涩味感,绿色安全,可以长期服用,无副作用,有效养护呼吸系统、有显著祛痰止咳作用。能有效防治风寒咳嗽、服用本发明提供的橘红饮品在2-3个小时内即可咳嗽。
(2)本发明提供的橘红饮品的制备方法操作简单、技术稳定、原料易得、制得的产品效果优异、极具商业价值。

下面将对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。

实施例
一种橘红饮品,所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:
橘红0.9份、果糖10份、白砂糖30份、柠檬酸钠0.4份、维生素C 0.65份、山梨酸钾0.001份、冰醋酸0.001份。
上述的橘红饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.将橘红磨碎,制得橘红粉,在其中加入去离子水进行浸取,过滤,重复上述浸取和过滤步骤2次,制得滤液;
S2.将滤液进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
S3.在浓缩液中加入果糖、白砂糖、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、山梨酸钾和冰醋酸,混合均匀,制得混合液;
S4.将混合液进行灭菌、冷藏、封装,制得所述的橘红饮品。
步骤S1中,所述的磨碎为磨碎至280目。
步骤S1中,所述的去离子水和橘红粉的重量份数比为10:1。
步骤S1中,所述的浸取为于80℃下浸取60分钟。
步骤S2中,所述的浓缩为旋转蒸发浓缩。
所述的旋转蒸发浓缩的条件:温度150℃、压力0.06Mpa下、旋转蒸发浓缩60分钟。
试验例
测试实施例1制得的橘红饮品治疗风寒咳嗽的效果
测试人员:选择湖南省长沙市患有风寒咳嗽的患者,性别不限,年龄11-50岁,按照年龄段11-20岁、21-30岁、31-40岁、41-50岁选4组,每组各50人。
测试方法:患者饮用实施例1制得的橘红饮品300ml,观察0-1、0-2、0-3、0-4h内止咳有效率,结果见表1。

从表1可知,本发明实施例提供的橘红饮品能有效防治风寒咳嗽、服用本发明提供的橘红饮品在2-3个小时内即可咳嗽,平均有效率可达75%。

1.一种橘红饮品,其特征在于:所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:橘红0.2-5份、果糖1-50份、白砂糖5-60份、柠檬酸钠0.1-10份、维生素C 0.2-5份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.01份、冰醋酸0.001-0.01份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橘红饮品,其特征在于:所述的橘红饮品由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:橘红0.9份、果糖10份、白砂糖30份、柠檬酸钠0.4份、维生素C 0.65份、山梨酸钾0.001份、冰醋酸0.001份。
3.权利要求1-2任一所述的橘红饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,步骤如下:S1.将橘红磨碎,制得橘红粉,在其中加入去离子水进行浸取,过滤,重复上述浸取和过滤步骤2次,制得滤液;S2.将滤液进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;S3.在浓缩液中加入果糖、白砂糖、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、山梨酸钾和冰醋酸,混合均匀,制得混合液;S4.将混合液进行灭菌、冷藏、封装,制得所述的橘红饮品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橘红饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的磨碎为磨碎至200-300目。
5.根据权利要求3所述的橘红饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的去离子水和橘红粉的重量份数比为10:1。
6.根据权利要求3所述的橘红饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的浸取为于15-80℃下浸取10-60分钟。
