The working principle is as follows:
when the fermentation box is in operation, firstly, the animal manure which is a raw material capable of producing organic fertilizer is added into the fermentation box body 1 through the feed hopper 2, the feed hopper 2 is sealed after the addition of the raw material is completed, gas generated in the fermentation process of the animal manure is prevented from being directly discharged into the air, it should be noted that the outer surface of the front end of the fermentation box body 1 is in a transparent arrangement, so that after the animal manure is controlled to be added into the fermentation box body 1, the height of the animal manure is flush with the stirring rod 9, so that the fourth one-way air inlet valve 29 on the baffle 10 can be exposed, so that the gas generated by fermentation can enter between the baffle 10 and the first sliding plate 13 through the baffle 10, the driving motor 8 is started, because the stirring rod 9 is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor 8, so that the driving motor 8 can drive the stirring rod 9 to rotate, when the stirring rod 9 rotates, the animal manure rotating rod inside the fermentation box body 1 can be rotated, because the stirring rod 9 is engaged with the first sliding plate 11 through the bevel gear 34, therefore, the rotation of the sliding plate 11 can drive the sliding plate 11 to rotate, the sliding plate 12, the second sliding cam is connected with the first sliding plate 13, and the second sliding cam 14, the second sliding plate 14 can be moved to move along with the second sliding cam, and the second sliding plate 13, and the second sliding cam can be connected with the second sliding plate 13, in the process that the limiting block 15 moves, when the second liquid outlet hole 36 on the limiting block 15 is aligned with the first liquid outlet hole 30 at the bottom end of the liquid containing box 4, the fermentation liquid inside the liquid containing box 4 enters the inside of the fermentation box body 1 through the first liquid outlet hole 30 and the second liquid outlet hole 36, and because the squeezing plate 23 is in sliding connection with the top of the limiting block 15, the limiting block 15 is designed to be inclined, therefore, the limiting block 15 can move up and down by left and right movement to control the squeezing plate 23, the external air enters the inside of the air inlet box 3 through the second one-way air inlet valve 22 on the side surface of the air inlet box 3, the air entering the inside of the air inlet box 3 again enters the inside of the fermentation box body 1 through the third one-way air inlet valve 24, therefore, when the stirring rod 9 stirs the livestock excrement, the air and the fermentation agent can be intermittently added to the excrement in the stirring process, thereby facilitating the fermentation of aerobic microorganisms in the excrement and enhancing the sufficient fermentation of microorganisms, and improving the production and fermentation efficiency of organic fertilizers.
Meanwhile, in the process that the cam 12 drives the first sliding plate 13 to move back and forth, the push rod 17 fixedly connected with the first sliding plate 13 can be further driven to move, the push rod 17 extends to the inner central position of the discharge port 20 in the leftward sliding process, and the push rod 17 is not contacted with the right side of the clamping block 21 in the sliding process, so that the push rod 17 can effectively prevent the discharge port 20 from being blocked and can improve the discharging rate of livestock excrements after fermentation is completed, when discharging is needed, only the clamping block 21 needs to be opened, organic fertilizers after fermentation are discharged out of the fermentation box body 1 through the discharge port 20, after discharging is completed, the driving motor 8 is closed to complete the whole fermentation process of the fermentation box body 1, and when the first sliding plate 13 drives the limiting block 15 to move, the internal thread pipe 25 fixedly connected with the limiting block 15 can be further driven to move, because the internal thread pipe 25 is sleeved on the threaded rod 26 in a threaded manner, the threaded rod 26 can be further driven to rotate by the movement of the internal thread pipe 25, so as to drive the rotating block 27 fixedly connected with the threaded rod 26 to rotate, at the moment, the scraper 28 fixedly connected with the rotating block 27 rotates along with the rotation of the rotating block 27, the scraper 28 in contact with the outer surface of the fourth one-way air inlet valve 29 scrapes off the outer surface of the fourth one-way air inlet valve 29 in the rotating process, the blockage of the fourth one-way air inlet valve 29 can be effectively prevented, and gas after excrement fermentation enters between the first sliding plate 13 and the second sliding plate 14 through the fourth one-way air inlet valve 29 on the baffle plate 10 and then through the first one-way air inlet valve 19 on the first sliding plate 13, when the gas between the first sliding plate 13 and the second sliding plate 14 reaches a certain amount, the pressure between the first sliding plate 13 and the second sliding plate 14 is increased, as the second sliding plate 14 is connected with the fermentation box body 1 in a sliding manner, under the pushing of the pressure, the second sliding plate 14 starts to move, the moving of the second sliding plate 14 can drive the fixed rod 32 fixedly connected with the second sliding plate 14 to move, so that the fixed rod 32 extrudes the sealing washer 33, the sealing performance of the sealing washer 33 on the one-way air outlet valve 5 is enhanced, as the rotating plate 37 is connected with the one-way air outlet valve 5 in a sliding manner, and the rotating plate 37 is connected with the second sliding plate 14 in a rotating manner, in the moving process of the second sliding plate 14, the one-way air outlet valve 5 pushes the two rotating plates 37, the rotating plate 37 rotates to open, the gas between the first sliding plate 13 and the second sliding plate 14 is discharged through the one-way air outlet valve 5, finally, the discharged gas is collected, in the moving process, the second sliding plate 14 is used by the cooperation of the second sliding plate 14 and the observation block 7, in the sliding process of the second sliding plate 14, as the rack 16 is meshed with the observation block 7, the rotating angle of the fermentation box body 7 can be further judged, and the fermentation box body 7 can be further observed.
