In the embodiment of the invention, the wind in the wind separation device 11 moves from bottom to top to generate buoyancy, and after raw tobacco enters the wind separation device 11, heavier tobacco stems and impurities are gathered at the lower end of the wind separation device 11 and flow out of the wind separation device 11 under the dual actions of gravity and buoyancy, so that the lighter raw tobacco floats upwards, and the air separation of the raw tobacco is realized; the axial length of the air separation device 11 is long, most of raw tobacco initially forms a uniform posture with the front leaf base and the rear leaf base in the form of single tobacco leaves in the floating process, then the raw tobacco enters the posture adjusting device 12 communicated with the air separation device 11, and the raw tobacco is further adjusted into the uniform posture with the front leaf base and the rear leaf base in the posture adjusting device 12. Through the cooperation of the air separation device 11 and the posture adjusting device 12, the raw tobacco is adjusted into single tobacco leaves with uniform postures, wherein the tobacco leaves are arranged in front of the leaf base and at the back of the leaf base, and the guarantee is provided for intelligent classification of the raw tobacco.

The wind sub-bin 111 with the circular cross section can make full use of space and is beneficial to forming a uniform wind field. The inner diameter of the upper bin 1111 is gradually reduced from bottom to top along the wind conveying direction, the cross section of the upper bin 1111 is gradually reduced, the wind speed is gradually increased, the floating speed of the raw smoke is also increased, and the wind speed at the outlet at the upper end of the upper bin 1111 is greater than 20 m/s. The axial length of the lower cartridge 1112 is about 1 to 1.5 times, preferably about 1.3 times, the axial length of the upper cartridge 1111. According to the aerodynamic principle, the larger the windward area is, the larger the air resistance is, and when an object moves in an air field, the larger the resistance is, the backward part is always, the smaller the resistance is, the forward part is, so most of the raw smoke initially forms the posture that the base of the smoke is at the front and the tip of the smoke is at the back in the upper bin 1111.

The second fan 1341 is a variable frequency fan, and the air speed is adjusted according to actual needs, so that slight negative pressure is formed on the surface of the belt of the ventilation belt machine 1331.
In order to make the air speed on the surface of the belt of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331 consistent, a plurality of guide plates with different lengths are arranged below the belt, the length direction of each guide plate is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331, the short guide plates are positioned above the long guide plates, the intervals of the guide plates are equal, one end of each guide plate is connected with the second opening 1342, the outlet of the second fan 1341 is also divided into a plurality of parts in equal parts and matched with the guide plates, preferably, the air speed is divided into three guide plates, and the outlet of the second fan 1341 is divided into three parts in equal parts.
In order to prevent a large amount of air from entering the blanking bin 131 between the blanking bin 131 and the belt surface of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331, the blanking device 13 is further provided with a discharging brush roller 135 (see fig. 1 and 3), the discharging brush roller 135 is connected with the lower edge of the side surface opposite to the side surface where the third opening is located, the discharging brush roller 135 forms a gap with the belt surface of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331, and raw smoke is output from the gap. The discharging brush roller 135 is a cylinder, the cylinder crosses the upper surface of the belt of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331, the rotation direction of the cylinder is opposite to the conveying direction of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331, and in order to ensure that the forces of the cylinder and the belt acting on raw smoke are the same, the tangential speed of the surface of the cylinder is the same as the horizontal running speed of the belt. The function of the discharge brush roller is equivalent to that of the discharge airlock, but the discharge brush roller 135 has lower fragmentation of the raw tobacco. The discharge brush roller 135 may also be an airlock door type sealing roller.
The discharging brush roller 135 and the belt of the ventilation belt conveyor 1331 are designed in an interference mode, and in order to prevent the belt from collapsing and deforming under the effect of the discharging brush roller 135 and leaking air, a belt supporting plate is arranged below the ventilation belt and located right below the discharging brush roller 135 to support the surface of the belt.
In order to enable the raw tobacco coming out of the second air supply pipeline 122 to smoothly fall onto the ventilating belt conveyor 1331, a first guide plate 1311 for guiding the raw tobacco to the ventilating belt conveyor 1331 is arranged in the blanking bin 131, one end of the first guide plate 1311 is close to the lower edge of the third opening, a gap is formed between the other end of the first guide plate 1311 and the belt surface of the ventilating belt conveyor 1331, and the first guide plate 1311 is an arc-shaped plate. One end of the first guide plate 1311 can be arranged at any position between the lower edge of the third opening and the lower edge of the side face where the third opening is located, and in the preferable scheme, one end of the first guide plate 1311 is connected with the lower edge of the third opening, so that the angle of raw cigarettes falling onto the belt can be adjusted through the first guide plate 1311, and the situation that conveying is hindered by through holes in the belt during tobacco stalk binding is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a conveying device 14 for conveying raw cigarettes to the air separation device 11, wherein the air separation device 11 is provided with a feeding port, and the conveying device 14 conveys the raw cigarettes to the air separation device 11 through the feeding port; an air pressing plate 141 for accelerating the raw smoke into the air separation device 11 is arranged above the conveying end of the conveying device 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the conveying device 14 is a belt conveyor 142 disposed obliquely to the air separation chamber 111, i.e., the conveying beginning end of the belt conveyor 142 is lower than the conveying end. The side of the lower end of the air separation bin 111 is provided with a feeding port, that is, the side of the lower end of the lower bin 1112 is provided with a relatively large opening, and raw cigarettes on the belt conveyor 142 enter the air separation bin 111 through the opening. A plate is arranged at the conveying end of the belt conveyor 142, i.e. above the belt end, and extends from the upper edge of the feeding port in the opposite conveying direction of the belt conveyor 142, i.e. the plate is located above the belt end of the belt conveyor 142, so that the plate guides part of the air in the air sub-bin 111 out, an air field is formed between the end of the belt conveyor 142 and the plate, and the raw smoke is accelerated into the air sub-bin 111, and the plate is called as an air pressing plate 141. The air pressing plate 141 can be set into a straight plate, one end of the air pressing plate is connected with the upper edge of the feeding port, the other end of the air pressing plate extends out towards the upper side of the belt conveyor 142, the straight plate is parallel to the surface of a belt of the belt conveyor 142, the air pressing plate can also be set into a similar reverse L shape, the vertical edge of the similar reverse L extends upwards from the upper edge of the feeding port along the inner wall of the air distribution bin 111, and the transverse edge of the similar reverse L extends out from the upper edge of the feeding port towards the upper side of the belt conveyor 142. A straight or L-shaped transverse edge, approximately half a meter in length.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
