Description

Fishbone meal zymolyte antibacterial cleaning effervescent tablet and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antibacterial cleaning, and relates to a cleaning and antibacterial fishbone meal zymolyte antibacterial cleaning effervescent tablet for kitchenware.
Background
The liquid detergent is used as the most common kitchen cleaning article used in the family life of people, has the functions of efficiently removing oil stains and bacteria, and can realize effective cleaning and antibiosis on kitchen utensils. In recent years, with the improvement of the cleaning requirements of people, some novel cleaning agents are produced, and the cleaning effervescent tablet serving as a novel cleaning agent is convenient to store and transport compared with the traditional detergent, can be quickly disintegrated in a short time to form abundant foam, and greatly improves the product performance of the cleaning agent.
At present, chemical preservatives are bacteriostatic and bactericidal components of conventional detergents on the market, but the bacteriostatic agents have the defects of poor heat resistance, certain irritation to skin, easiness in decomposition to generate harmful substances, poor safety and the like, and can cause environmental pollution along with the discharge of sewage. Therefore, an environmentally friendly detergent with high cleaning and antibacterial effects, low irritation, and no residue is yet to be developed.
Chinese patent CN110885716A discloses an antibacterial detergent, which is prepared by adding nano-silver as an antibacterial agent and using a hemp leaf extract as an auxiliary material to stabilize the silver antibacterial agent, so that the antibacterial effect of the detergent is achieved. The addition of the hemp leaf extract makes up the defects of unstable property and easy agglomeration and discoloration of the silver antibacterial agent, but the extraction process is complex to operate, increases the process cost and the production requirement, and still has the problem that the traditional liquid detergent is inconvenient to transport and store.
Chinese patent CN107384619B discloses a cleaning effervescent tablet with pesticide residue removal and bacterium removal effects and a preparation method thereof, the cleaning effervescent tablet adopts a special wet granulation process, sodium percarbonate is preferably added as a bacterium removal agent, and bacteria are oxidized and removed by active oxygen generated in the dissolving process of the sodium percarbonate. The sodium percarbonate has the defects of relatively high dissolution speed in water and high oxygen release speed in the dissolution process, so that the cleaning effervescent tablet has the defects of poor degerming effect, short action time and incapability of continuously inhibiting bacteria.
Chinese patent CN108851091A discloses an antibacterial peptide protein effervescent tablet and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a novel black soldier fly antibacterial peptide protein effervescent tablet. However, the antibacterial peptide selected from the raw materials of the patent is the hermetia illucens protein peptide, so that the yield is low, the cost is high, and the large-scale production is not suitable.
In the current fish processing industry, most of the by-products generated by the fish in the processing process are not utilized, which causes serious waste of resources. 5363 it is found in the research of Wu Linze that the tilapia leftovers can be enzymolyzed to obtain high-activity antibacterial peptide, which provides reference for the deep processing and utilization of fish by-products. In addition, liu Ming and the like adopt a hydrothermal reaction and an ion exchange method to prepare the cuttlefish bone-doped transformed hydroxyapatite by using cuttlefish bones as raw materials, and the results show that Zn-CBHA, ti-CBHA and TiZn-CBHA have good antibacterial performance on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.
