Description

Plant growth regulator for promoting corn grain filling and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plant growth regulators, and particularly relates to a plant growth regulator for promoting corn grain filling and an application thereof.
Background
Corn is one of the main food crops and feed crops in China, and is also an important chemical, fuel and medicine raw material. The research on the growth process of the corn and the improvement of the final yield of the corn by means of manual intervention are one of effective means for solving the problem of resource shortage and solving the problem of the continuous increase of the domestic corn demand, and have profound significance. The crop chemical control cultivation is an important cost-saving, efficiency-increasing and yield-increasing application technology in the planting industry, and is widely applied to agricultural production at present. In recent years, the application of plant growth regulating substances as a means for regulating the growth and development of crops has been receiving more and more attention. Plant growth regulators are physicochemical carriers for chemical control of crops, meaning those substances which are applied externally to plants and which cause a change in the growth and development of the plant.
Ethrel (Ethrel or ethephen) is a main promoting fabric growth regulator, has the chemical name of 2-chloroethylamine, and can increase the respiratory strength of plants, promote the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids, improve the activity of enzymes and increase the accumulation of metabolites. The ethylene has obvious functions in promoting the growth of crop roots, regulating plant type structure, raising stress resistance, increasing yield, etc. However, researches show that ethephon can dwarf corn plants and shape good plant types after being applied to corn, and effectively prevents corn lodging, but the ethephon is not beneficial to grain development and is an important factor causing grain abortion, so that clusters are easy to shorten and thin, the number of the grains per spike is reduced, the thousand grain weight is reduced, and the yield is reduced.
The corn grain filling stage is the corn grain forming stage, in which 90% of photosynthetic product in plant leaves, nutrient substances absorbed by roots and other temporarily stored substances in organs are continuously delivered to grains, and is the key period for determining the yield and quality of corn grains. Therefore, the research on a plant growth regulator which can affect the parameters of the corn filling period so as to improve the yield and the crop quality is an urgent technical problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a plant growth regulator for promoting corn grain filling and its application, aiming to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a plant growth regulator for promoting corn grain filling comprises the following effective active ingredients and auxiliary synergistic ingredients, wherein the effective active ingredients comprise: 1-30 parts of ethephon; 0.001-1.5 parts of fendorin; the auxiliary synergistic components comprise: 1-5 parts of fatty glucosinolate; 1-5 parts of calcium salt; 1-5 parts of magnesium salt.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the effective components to the auxiliary synergistic components in the plant growth regulator is (0.5-3): (0.1-1.5).
Preferably, the sum of the mass of the effective components and the mass of the auxiliary synergistic components accounts for 3-5% of the total mass of the plant growth regulator.
Preferably, the fatty glucosinolate is one or more of 3-methylsulphinylpropyl glucosinolate, 4-methylsulphinylpropyl glucosinolate, 5-methylsulphinylpentyl glucosinolate, 7-8-methylsulphinyloctyl glucosinolate, methylsulphinylheptyl glucosinolate and 8-methylsulphinylheptyl glucosinolate.
The invention also provides an application of the plant growth regulator in improving the filling rate of corn kernels.
The invention also provides application of the plant growth regulator in improving the filling speed of corn kernels in a fast-growing period and a slow-growing period.
The invention also provides application of the plant growth regulator in improving the yield of corn.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
fendormin was discovered by doctor b.p. toknnh who found that when higher plants were wounded, he issued a specific substance, named "fendorin", to kill other organisms in his surroundings. The pathogens cholera, diphtheria, etc. are placed next to the fresh pieces of fabric and after a few minutes they are killed, thus demonstrating that "fendorins" have a system of protection against moulds or bacteria. At present, the air purifier is used for disinfection and sterilization by people, can purify air, reduce pollution, make breathing smooth and spiritual, and achieve the refreshing effect. It has not been reported that it is used as a plant growth regulator for promoting the growth of corn.
Glucosinolates, also known as glucosinolates or glucosinolates for short, are sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing anionic hydrophilic plant secondary metabolites, glucosinolates being a secondary metabolite found only in crucifers. More than 120 glucosinolates have been found in 16 families of dicotyledonous plants. The degradation product of glucosinolate, namely isothiocyanate, has remarkable anticancer effect, and the research on glucosinolate at present mainly focuses on anticancer, antitumor, sterilization and the like, but the research on glucosinolate as a plant growth regulator is not reported.
The inventor of the invention unexpectedly finds that the combination of the phytoncide and the ethephon can make up the defect that ethephon is not beneficial to grain development and the like, and in addition, the fat glucosinolates can also enhance the filling rate of corn grains after the phytoncide and the ethephon are combined.
The plant growth regulator provided by the invention can obviously improve the grouting speed of corn grains, obviously shorten the grouting time and reduce the production cost; in addition, the plant growth regulator can improve indexes such as the number of grains per ear of corn and the weight of hundred grains, and further achieves the effect of improving the yield.
Detailed Description

The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples.
The test site is Tianjin Jizhou district, the variety to be tested is Yu 335, sowing is carried out 5 months and 1 day 2020, the experiment is divided into five groups, namely an experiment group and a control group, each group is provided with 3 groups of repetition, wherein the control group is treated by clear water, and the plant growth regulator in the experiment group is prepared according to the following formula:
experimental group 1:
active ingredients: 10 parts of ethephon;
auxiliary synergistic components: 1 part of 3-methylsulfinylpropyl glucosinolate; 5 parts of calcium chloride; magnesium sulfate 5 parts.
Experimental group 2:
active ingredients: 0.1 part of fendorin;
auxiliary synergistic components: 1 part of 3-methylsulfinylpropyl glucosinolate; 5 parts of calcium chloride; magnesium sulfate 5 parts.
Experimental group 3:
active ingredients: 10 parts of ethephon and 0.1 part of fendorin;
auxiliary synergistic components: 5 parts of calcium chloride; magnesium sulfate 5 parts.

The active ingredients and the auxiliary synergistic ingredients of the experimental groups 1-4 are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, preparing a plant growth regulator with the mass percent of 3% by taking water as a solvent, treating the plant growth regulator 25 days after the corn blooms, selecting 5-7 pm in sunny and windless weather, spraying the plant growth regulator on the positions of more than 20cm of three leaves on one side of the corn plant by using a knapsack sprayer, wherein the spraying amount of each plant is 20ml, and treating a control group by using clean water with the same amount. Randomly selecting 5 corns in each group of test areas, investigating whether black layers appear on corn kernels, considering that the test areas enter a maturation stage when 60% of the kernels have the black layers, and calculating the days before the maturation stage by taking a control group as a reference.
