本发明公开了R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,包括R744制冷剂胶管、内衬管和端部带有喇叭口的金属硬管,所述金属硬管套接扣压R744制冷剂胶管,所述内衬管设于金属硬管和R744制冷剂胶管内部,所述内衬管与金属硬管之间连接设有第一密封件,所述内衬管与R744制冷剂胶管之间连接设有第二密封件。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:保持稳定密封效果,提高支撑连接强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车空调管路技术领域,具体是指R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术。
背景技术
现有的空调管路扣压结构图如图1所示:主要由一根端部带有滚压齿形的铝管1、扣压套2、空调胶管3组成,其中扣压套2套在空调胶管3外侧,将端部带有滚压齿形的铝管插入已经套上扣压套2的空调胶管3中。通过设备挤压扣压套2,且扣压套2扣压的部位与端部带有滚压齿形的铝管1滚压齿形位置相对应,通过压缩空调胶管3壁厚的方式来实现端部带有滚压齿形的铝管1和空调胶管3的方式来进行连接和密封。
现有的空调管路连接技术使用涂胶工艺后进行扣压,从而实现密封效果,金属硬管端部带有滚压齿形,金属硬管使用前需要进行涂胶工艺,烘干后可进行使用,扣压选用三道扣压形式,该结构稳定,耐压,耐温,耐渗透性能稳定。但是随着R744介质的应用,其工作压力提升了3-4倍,工作温度提升至165℃,现有的空调胶管及连接技术无法满足R744二氧化碳空调系统的工作要求。
R744二氧化碳空调胶管内层是带有金属波纹管,以现有的端部带有滚压齿形的铝管1与R744二氧化碳空调胶管与扣压套2扣压,三者之间两两都会存在缝隙从而导致泄漏,无法满足气密性的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种保持稳定密封效果,提高支撑连接强度的R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,包括R744制冷剂胶管、内衬管和端部带有喇叭口的金属硬管,所述金属硬管套接扣压R744制冷剂胶管,所述内衬管设于金属硬管和R744制冷剂胶管内部,所述内衬管与金属硬管之间连接设有第一密封件,所述内衬管与R744制冷剂胶管之间连接设有第二密封件。
进一步的,所述金属硬管上靠近喇叭口向外凸起形成内侧凹槽,所述第一密封件设于内侧凹槽内。
进一步的,所述R744制冷剂胶管内壁设有金属波纹管,所述第二密封件设于金属波纹管凹陷处。
进一步的,位于所述金属硬管内的内衬管直径大于位于所述R744制冷剂胶管内的内衬管直径。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
现有技术相比,本发明使用了耐渗透性能<0.1g/m.d R744制冷剂胶管,利用第一密封件、第二密封件静态密封的特性,将R744制冷剂胶管内测金属波纹管,内衬管及金属硬管内侧凹槽视为密封面,形成有效的密封效果。同时利用金属硬管的喇叭口与R744制冷剂胶管之间的扣压结构,实现金属硬管与R744制冷剂胶管的可靠连接。同时在连接部位的内衬管起到支撑作用,提高了连接的强度及抗拉脱的性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
结合图2-3所示,R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,包括R744制冷剂胶管5、内衬管4和端部带有喇叭口的金属硬管1,所述金属硬管1套接扣压R744制冷剂胶管5,所述内衬管4设于金属硬管1和R744制冷剂胶管5内部,所述内衬管4与金属硬管1之间连接设有第一密封件2,所述内衬管4与R744制冷剂胶管5之间连接设有第二密封件3。
所述金属硬管1上靠近喇叭口向外凸起形成内侧凹槽6,所述第一密封件2设于内侧凹槽6内,所述R744制冷剂胶管5内壁设有金属波纹管7,所述第二密封件3设于金属波纹管7凹陷处,位于所述金属硬管1内的内衬管4直径大于位于所述R744制冷剂胶管5内的内衬管4直径。
本发明在具体实施时:将第一密封件2安装到金属硬管1内侧凹槽6处,第二密封件3安装到R744制冷剂胶管5金属波纹管7内凹陷处,第一密封件2和第二密封件3均可采用密封圈。然后将内衬管4插入到已安装第二密封件3的R744制冷剂胶管5,这样在R744制冷剂胶管5与内衬管4之间形成了第二密封件3静态密封状态。再将装好密封件2的金属硬管1套在R744制冷剂胶管5外侧,且内衬管3长度超过金属硬管1内侧凹槽6的位置。最终通过设备扣压金属硬管1的喇叭口完成本发明的可靠连接。

1.R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,包括R744制冷剂胶管(5)、内衬管(4)和端部带有喇叭口的金属硬管(1),其特征在于:所述金属硬管(1)套接扣压R744制冷剂胶管(5),所述内衬管(4)设于金属硬管(1)和R744制冷剂胶管(5)内部,所述内衬管(4)与金属硬管(1)之间连接设有第一密封件(2),所述内衬管(4)与R744制冷剂胶管(5)之间连接设有第二密封件(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,其特征在于:所述金属硬管(1)上靠近喇叭口向外凸起形成内侧凹槽(6),所述第一密封件(2)设于内侧凹槽(6)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的R744制冷剂空调管路连接技术,其特征在于:所述R744制冷剂胶管(5)内壁设有金属波纹管(7),所述第二密封件(3)设于金属波纹管(7)凹陷处。
