Abstract

本发明公开了高分子材料制备技术领域的低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:多元醇:35‑65wt%;反应型硅油:35‑75wt%;异氰酸酯单体:20‑45wt%;扩链剂:5.5‑7wt%;成盐剂:1.2‑2.2%;丁酮:0.5‑3%;蒸馏水:0.5‑3%,本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的问题,提供一种低摩擦系数便于穿戴的合成弹性体手套的无粉内涂层及其制备方法,克服目前工艺中生产的手套表面不够爽滑,摩擦系数大,穿戴时阻尼大的问题,极大的降低了粘滑运动的产生。使得使用此涂层浸涂的合成弹性体手套穿戴以及脱除非常方便,并且具备很好的生物相容性,生产便利性以及环境友善性,同时耐干湿擦性能极为优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料制备技术领域,具体为低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物。
背景技术
一次性防护手套在医疗手术、医疗检查、医疗护理、食品加工、电子工业等领域有重要应用。而一次性手套常见分类有PVC手套,丁腈手套、乳胶手套、聚氨酯手套等,防护性能良好,但是手套在储存运输过程中,容易返粘,影响穿戴使用性能。为了解决该问题,手套在制作过程中,会有浸渍涂饰工艺,在手套内侧涂饰涂层,起到易脱模、抗粘连,改善穿戴性的作用。
当前生产主要存在两种处理方式,一种是用有粉手套,滑石粉或者玉米淀粉处理,使得穿戴起来非常顺滑,但是存在工艺复杂,有过敏性风险,时间长会滋生细菌,另一种为有的厂家采用丙烯酸树脂作为内涂层生产出无粉手套,例如专利CN1568342A,但是丙烯酸树脂热粘冷脆的性能导致手套粘连与拉伸伸长率之间难以取舍,后期也有的公司采用水性聚氨酯涂层作为内涂层解决上述问题,例如专利号:CN102516860A,但是目前市场所售的水性聚氨酯涂层均有轻微粘连,表面滑爽性不够,摩擦系数过大,导致手套在穿戴以及脱除过程中非常麻烦,且透气隔离性能较差的问题。更有公司采用涂层后浸入硅氧烷的水溶液中再进行烘干来解决粘滑运动导致的穿戴不方便性。例如专利:CN1287497A,但是该种方法仍存在很大的弊端,游离的有机硅氧烷会析出在涂层表面,导致迁移到皮肤表面,且不具备时间持久性和耐用性。现发现一种方法可以彻底的避免上述问题,且高效持久,为手套内表面提供极低的摩擦系数以及良好的穿戴性。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
多元醇:35-65wt%;
特殊接枝型多元醇:1%-10wt%
反应型硅油:35-75wt%;
异氰酸酯单体:20-55wt%;
扩链剂:5.5-7wt%;
成盐剂:1.2-2.2%;
丁酮:0.5-3%;
蒸馏水:0.5-3%
优选的,低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:先将称量好的聚醚多元醇110份,羟基硅油60份,丙酮5份,100-110℃下抽真空除水;
第二步:然后加入异氰酸酯46.83份,丁酮5份,升温至90℃反应1-2小时;
第三步:在反应釜中加入扩链剂,升温至90℃反应6小时,后加入三乙胺份进行中和,再加入冰水120~150份进行乳化;
第四步:得到分散液待用,进行复配加入一定量的润湿剂,消泡剂的到成品涂饰剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的问题,提供一种低摩擦系数便于穿戴的合成弹性体手套的无粉内涂层及其制备方法,克服目前工艺中生产的手套表面不够爽滑,摩擦系数大,阻尼大,较强的粘滑运动的问题,且触感干爽,舒适,使得使用此涂层浸涂的合成弹性体手套穿戴以及脱除非常方便,并且具备很好的生物相容性,生产便利性以及环境友善性,并且耐干湿擦性能极为优异。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
多元醇:35-65wt%;
特殊接枝型多元醇:1%-10wt%
反应型硅油:35-75wt%;
异氰酸酯单体:20-55wt%;
扩链剂:5.5-7wt%;
成盐剂:1.2-2.2%;
丁酮:0.5-3%;
蒸馏水:0.5-3%;
反应型硅油包括:双端为碳羟基的有机硅氧烷,分子量优选1000,2000,3000更优选为有SI-O键长侧链的,大分子量二元醇为聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇,聚烯烃多元醇,聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,生物基多元醇等,如PBA-2000,PBA-3000,PTMG-2000,更优选为二聚酸多元醇,聚烯烃多元醇等,特殊接枝型多元醇:1%-10wt%,优选为磺酸基接枝型多元醇,羧基接枝型多元醇,以及乙氧基接枝改性多元醇等。
异氰酸酯单体为IPDI、HMDI、HDI、HXDI、TDI等,小分子多元醇为DMPA、DMBA、BDO、NPG、MPD、TMP、CHDM等,硅烷偶联剂为(KH550,KH-560,KH-570等),上述原材料均可选择从市售的产品中选择购买。
采用高比例的端羟基硅油(例如市售的斯洛柯8815,道康宁3667等,其中结构必须为羟基连接在相邻的碳原子上,)以及硅烷偶联剂进行双重改性水性聚氨酯树脂,且采用后扩链剂中引入硅烷偶联剂(可选用KH550、KH560等,优选为KH550)来增加树脂的交联密度的同时提供极佳的爽滑性能。具备较低的动静摩擦系数,实施例的结果对比可选择手套涂层的爽滑性对比,分为1-5颗星。
低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:先将称量好的多元醇110份,反应型硅油60份,丙酮5份,100-110℃下抽真空除水;
第二步:然后加入异氰酸酯46.83份,丁酮5份,升温至90℃反应1-2小时;
第三步:在反应釜中加入扩链剂,升温至90℃反应6小时,后加入三乙胺份进行中和,再加入冰水120~150份进行乳化;
第四步:得到分散液待用,进行复配加入一定量的润湿剂,消泡剂的到成品涂饰剂。

1.低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
多元醇:35-65wt%;
特殊接枝型多元醇:1%-10wt%
反应型硅油:35-75wt%;
异氰酸酯单体:20-45wt%;
扩链剂:5.5-7wt%;
成盐剂:1.2-2.2%;
丁酮:0.5-3%;
蒸馏水:0.5-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低摩擦系数的合成弹性体用涂层组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步:先将称量好的多元醇110份,特殊接枝型多元醇8份,反应型硅油60份,丙酮5份,100-110℃下抽真空除水;
第二步:然后加入异氰酸酯36.83份,丁酮5份,升温至90℃反应1-2小时;
第三步:在反应釜中加入扩链剂,升温至90℃反应6小时,后加入成盐剂进行中和,再加入冰水120~150份进行乳化;
第四步:得到分散液,减压真空脱除溶剂待用,进行复配加入一定量的润湿剂,消泡剂,增滑耐磨剂等得到成品涂饰剂。
