Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fertilizers; in particular to a special biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer for garlic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The edible part of the garlic has garlic sprouts, garlic stems and garlic cloves, the market conditions are changed instantly, when a grower seeds and seeds the garlic, the grower can hardly predict that the planted garlic takes the garlic sprouts, the garlic stems and the garlic cloves as main commodities, and in the growth cycle of the garlic, the growth period of the garlic stems to the expansion period of the garlic bulbs is the fertilizer-requiring peak period of the garlic. Therefore, the variety and the dosage of the fertilizer are not easy to control, and the balanced nutrient supply in the whole growth period of the garlic is difficult to realize. If a plurality of fertilizers are mixed and applied for multiple times, the labor amount and the cost are increased, the utilization rate of the fertilizers is low, and the fertilizers are unfavorable for soil.

Furthermore, the amino acid is animal-derived amino acid, the total content of the amino acid in the animal-derived amino acid is more than 15%, and the content of the amino acid in the biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer product is ensured to be more than or equal to 0.5% after the mixing is finished.
Furthermore, the organic matter is prepared by fermenting and decomposing bran coats, wherein the content of the organic matter is more than or equal to 55%. The organic matter content in the product is ensured to be more than or equal to 30 percent after the mixing is finished.
Further, the microbial functional microbial inoculum is a phosphate-solubilizing growth-promoting compound bacterium, and comprises trichoderma Guizhou, bacillus megaterium, bacillus mucilaginosus and bacillus licheniformis.
Further, the ratio of trichoderma Guizhou, bacillus megaterium, bacillus mucilaginosus and bacillus licheniformis in the phosphate solubilizing and growth promoting composite bacteria is 8-12: 4-6: 2-3.
The invention also relates to a method for preparing the special biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer for garlic, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the components according to the proportion, mixing and crushing the modified ammonium nitrate, the monoammonium phosphate, the potassium sulfate and the decomposed organic matter;
s2, mixing the amino acid with the material obtained in the step S1, then introducing the material into a granulator, forming granules under the condition of rotary spraying, and discharging the granules from the granulator, wherein the discharged granules are cooled by a cooler to form fixed granules;
s3, sieving the fixed particles in the step S2, conveying the unqualified fixed particles back to the mixing tank, conveying the qualified solid particles to a coating machine, wherein the qualified solid particles are organic-inorganic compound fertilizer particles; meanwhile, a microbial functional microbial inoculum is introduced into a coating machine and contacts and attaches to the surface layer of compound fertilizer particles under the action of rotary spraying to form the special biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer for garlic.
Further, in S2, the granulation is normal-temperature normal-pressure drum rotation granulation. In the granulation, water is added as appropriate depending on the granulation.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the fertilizer provided by the invention integrates the functions of a biological fertilizer, an organic fertilizer, an inorganic fertilizer and an amino acid fertilizer, is a low-concentration long-acting slow-release fertilizer, releases nutrients of a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium inorganic fertilizer in the early stage and the middle stage after fertilization, promotes the rooting and growth of garlic, enhances the immunity and is beneficial to improving the yield of garlic sprouts; in the middle and later periods, the crops mainly absorb amino acids and nutrients contained in organic matters, and the yield of young garlic shoots and garlic cloves is improved. The nutrient elements are comprehensive, and the nutrient requirement of the garlic in the whole growth period can be met by one-time fertilization; although the NPK content is not high, the utilization rate is high, the fertilizer cost is reduced, and the influence of high-concentration compound fertilizer on soil hardening is reduced.
2. The fertilizer provided by the invention is added with the microbial functional bacteria agent, has the effect of activating the soil, and is particularly suitable for preventing soil-borne diseases caused by continuous cropping. The bacillus licheniformis and the trichoderma Guizhou can play a good role in disease prevention, balance of rhizosphere microorganism areas is maintained, and the bacillus megaterium is added for phosphate dissolution and the bacillus mucilaginosus is added for potassium dissolution, so that the effects of soil improvement and land recovery are achieved.
3. According to the invention, the biological fertilizer, the inorganic fertilizer and the organic fertilizer are kneaded, and the microbial agent serving as the biological fertilizer is sprayed on the surface of fertilizer particles during preparation, can be attached to organic matters, and can be continuously developed and propagated after being applied to soil, so that the soil and the organic matters are degraded, the absorption of various nutrients by crops is promoted, and the biological fertilizer, the inorganic fertilizer and the organic fertilizer have complementary effects.

TABLE 2
Statistics of diseases in table 2 in harvest and test shows that trichoderma Guizhou has a significant effect on preventing soil-borne diseases caused by continuous cropping, and can reduce leaf blight by over 75%. The bacillus licheniformis also has obvious effect on preventing soil-borne diseases. The bacillus subtilis has obvious effect on preventing and treating the garlic phytophthora root rot and the bacterial soft rot. The common organic-inorganic compound fertilizer has no obvious effect on preventing and treating soil-borne diseases.
Among several common soil-borne diseases of garlic, the garlic leaf blight is caused by continuous cropping and nitrogen fertilizer. The garlic phytophthora root rot and the bacterial soft rot are caused by germs and vigorous growth. The invention adds disease-resistant strains such as trichoderma Guizhou, bacillus licheniformis and the like, controls the nitrogen content to be only 10 percent, and prevents the garlic sprouts from growing excessively.
The biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer designed by the invention has the advantages of one-time fertilization, consideration of the whole growth period of the garlic, avoidance of vigorous growth in the initial stage, biological efficacy, rich amino acid and organic matter, promotion of the rooting and growth of the garlic, enhancement of the immunity, improvement of the disease resistance and the anti-invasion capacity, and improvement of the quality and the yield of the garlic. Provides nutrition for the growth of garlic sprouts, garlic stems and garlic cloves. The yield can be remarkably improved.
Moreover, the fertilizer provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the effective phosphorus content in soil and reduce the usage amount of phosphate fertilizer. Preventing soil-borne pathogens, strongly inhibiting the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, and achieving the effects of reducing the usage amount of pesticides and improving the quality of crops.
The biological organic-inorganic compound fertilizer designed by the invention is added with amino acid components, can improve the activity of trace elements, is not easy to react with calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminum and other ions in a soil solution to cause phosphate radical to lose efficacy, and achieves the effect of promoting absorption and utilization of the medium and trace elements. The amino acid and the organic matter also have the function of water retention, and are beneficial to drought resistance and freezing resistance of the garlic in winter and spring.
