(2) From the fragrance profile of example 2 and comparative examples 1, 2, the absence of microbial preparation and adjuvant a is not conducive to the sustained fragrance retention of the synthetic stone, because: the microbial preparation is prepared by inoculating trehalose to acidophilic chlorella and bacillus subtilis and then centrifuging, and the microbial preparation is added into spice for modification, so that the spice can be fully dispersed in the artificial boulder; in addition, the artificial marble can keep the fragrance for a long time without dispersing under the synergistic cooperation of the ethyl maltol (the auxiliary agent A) with the fragrance increasing effect and the modified spice.
(3) From the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 3, the effect values of compressive strength generated when the aid B and the aid C are used together can be calculated to be 126.1 to 82.5 to 43.6 (MPa); from the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 4, the effect values of compressive strength generated by the aid B alone, 126.1 to 105.7 to 20.4(MPa), can be calculated; from the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 5, the effect values of compressive strength generated by the aid C alone, 126.1-110.3-15.8 (MPa), can be calculated; by combining the data, the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive B and the additive C when the additives B and C are respectively used independently can be calculated to be 20.4+ 15.8-36.2 (MPa), in conclusion, the percentage (43.6-36.2) ÷ 36.2 × 100% >, which is more than 10% of the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive B and the additive C when the additives B and C are used together, is higher than the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive B and the additive C when the additives B and C are respectively used independently, and the value is more than 10%, which indicates that the additives B and C play a synergistic effect in preparing the artificial stone and synergistically improve the compressive strength. In the same way, the percentage (7.4-6.6) ÷ 6.6 × 100% ═ 12.1% > 10% of the improvement of the effect value of the flexural strength generated when the aid B and the aid C are used together can be calculated compared with the effect value of the flexural strength generated by superposition when the aid B and the aid C are used separately, and the value is greater than 10%, which indicates that the aid B and the aid C play a synergistic role in preparing the artificial stone and also synergistically improve the flexural strength. This is because: the auxiliary agent B consists of diethylenetriamine and triethylene tetramine according to the mass ratio of 2: 1; the auxiliary agent C is composed of triethylamine, triethanolamine and pyridine according to the mass ratio of 1.3:3: 1.5. The prepared assistant B has good curing effect and can cure resin, the assistant C has good promoting effect and can accelerate the curing effect of the assistant B and promote the curing of the resin, so that the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the artificial stone are synergistically improved under the mutual matching of the assistant B and the assistant C.
The artificial stone was prepared by the process of examples 1 to 3, and the antibacterial ratio was measured as follows:
TABLE 3 examples 1-3 antibacterial effectiveness of the Artificial stones
Figure BDA0003184311970000141
Remarking: the antibacterial rate is detected according to antibacterial property JC/T897-2014 of the antibacterial ceramic product.
As can be seen from table 3, the antibacterial rate of the artificial stone products prepared by the processes of examples 1 to 3 far exceeds the standard index of detection, and the products of the present invention have not only excellent antibacterial property but also durable antibacterial property, which may be: the antibacterial agent selected by the invention is nano titanium dioxide, has the effects of ultraviolet resistance and antibiosis, and is favorable for greatly reducing the production cost by selecting the nano titanium dioxide with lower price.
The above description should not be taken as limiting the invention to the specific embodiments, but rather, as will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, numerous simplifications or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which should be construed to fall within the scope of the invention as defined in the claims appended hereto.
