Description

Artificial marble with fragrance and preparation method thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial marble preparation, and particularly relates to an artificial marble with fragrance and a preparation method thereof.
[ background of the invention ]
With the improvement of the living standard of people, the artificial marble is more and more favored by the architectural decoration industry. The artificial marble is prepared by using resin as an adhesive, adding materials such as calcium carbonate, aggregate, an auxiliary agent and the like, stirring and mixing, and then carrying out vacuum compression molding. In the production process, a large amount of unpleasant gas is generated, which has certain influence on human body. It is known that artificial stone products can be applied to toilets, bathrooms, kitchen counter tops, door lines, etc. which are inevitably accompanied by unpleasant odors, and in order to solve these problems, air fresheners are mostly used or perfumes are placed to improve these odors. According to data and documents, most of the artificial stones with fragrance are added with essence or other fragrant plants and other materials to generate fragrance, but the method is high in cost and not suitable for large-scale production, and the prepared products are uneven in level, fragrant in some places, light in some places and short in fragrance emitting period. For example, Chinese patent application document "fragrant artificial stone product and its production method (patent application No. 200710027796. X)" discloses a fragrant artificial stone product and its production method, the raw material formula is, by weight: 1 part of resin; 2-2.8 parts of aluminum hydroxide; 0.003 to 0.05 of pigment; 0.05-0.25 part of perfume; 0.05-0.007 parts of silane coupling agent; methyl methacrylate 0.003-0.005 part, wherein the perfume can be of various types, such as: honey peach, caramel, jasmine, banana, Baogai rose, orange, evening primrose, vanilla, gardenia, white rose, cream and the like, and the production process comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials; pouring the mixture into a mold for molding; vacuumizing; baking; sand surface; sixthly, surface treatment (polishing); and seventhly, packaging the finished product. The artificial stone product with fragrance produced by the method can be made into kitchen table tops, bathroom table tops and the like and is widely used in living rooms and office environments. Compared with the traditional method of keeping indoor air fresh by spraying air freshener, the method for manufacturing the fragrant artificial stone product has the defects of wide resources, environmental protection and easy processing compared with the traditional stone, but has the problems of higher production cost, uneven fragrance, shorter fragrance emitting period and the like.
In addition, at present, many enterprises extract essence by using spices, and waste residues after the spices and the essence are extracted are discarded at will or buried, so that adverse effects are caused to the environment, and a lot of fragrance is remained in the waste residues, so that a scheme for recovering the waste residues is needed.
[ summary of the invention ]

The fragrant artificial marble was prepared by the process of example 1 using the chinese patent application document "fragrant artificial stone product and its production method (patent application No. 200710027796. X)".
The artificial marble prepared by the processes of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 was tested for compressive strength, flexural strength, linear expansion coefficient, fragrance profile, and cost, and the test results were as follows:
Figure BDA0003093085110000111
remarking: the compressive strength, the flexural strength and the linear expansion coefficient are detected by adopting the national standard GBT 35157-2017; and (4) detecting the fragrance at normal temperature.
From the above table, it can be seen that: (1) as can be seen from the data of examples 1 to 3, the artificial marble of the present invention has a compressive strength of 100.3MPa or more, a flexural strength of 13.4MPa or more, and a linear expansion coefficient of 2.2X 10-5-1The artificial marble has the following fragrance, lasts for more than 1220 days, has the cost per square below 90 yuan, and shows that the performance index of the artificial marble prepared by the invention meets or exceeds the national standard, and has lower preparation cost; wherein, the embodiment 2 is the best embodiment by combining several indexes.
(2) From the fragrance profile of example 2 and comparative examples 1, 2, the absence of microbial agents and adjuvant a is not conducive to the sustained fragrance retention of the artificial marble because: the microbial preparation is prepared by inoculating trehalose to acidophilic chlorella and bacillus subtilis and then centrifuging, and the microbial preparation is added into spice waste residues for treatment, so that spice can be fully dispersed into the artificial marble; in addition, under the synergistic cooperation of the auxiliary agent a with the fragrance increasing effect, the artificial marble can keep the fragrance and is not scattered for a long time.
(3) From the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 3, the effect value of the compressive strength generated when the aid b and the aid c are used together can be calculated to be 106.0 to 63.4 to 42.6 (MPa); from the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 4, the effect value of compressive strength generated when the aid b is used alone can be calculated to be 106.0 to 85.2 to 20.8 (MPa); from the compressive strength data of example 2 and comparative example 5, the effect value of compressive strength generated when the aid c is used alone can be calculated to be 106.0 to 89.5 to 16.5 (MPa); by combining the above data, the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive when the additive b and the additive c are used separately is 20.8+ 16.5-37.3 (MPa), and in conclusion, the percentage (42.6-37.3) ÷ 37.3 × 100% >, which is more than 10%, of the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive b and the additive c when used together is higher than the effect value of the compressive strength generated by the additive when the additive b and the additive c are used separately, which is 14.2% > 10%, which indicates that the additive b and the additive c play a synergistic role in preparing the artificial marble and synergistically improve the compressive strength. In the same way, the percentage (7.8-7) ÷ 7 × 100% >, which is more than 10% of the improvement of the effect value of the flexural strength generated when the auxiliary agent b and the auxiliary agent c are used together, is greater than 11.4% > 10% of the improvement of the effect value of the flexural strength generated when the auxiliary agent b and the auxiliary agent c are used separately in a superimposed manner, which indicates that the auxiliary agent b and the auxiliary agent c play a synergistic role in preparing the artificial marble and also synergistically improve the flexural strength. This is because: the auxiliary agent b is prepared by mixing methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide and methyl isobutyl ketone peroxide according to the mass ratio of 4:3:1, the auxiliary agent c is prepared by mixing cobalt naphthenate, cobalt isooctanoate, N-dimethylaniline and N, N-diethylaniline according to the mass ratio of 4:2:1:3, the prepared auxiliary agent b has a good curing effect and can play a role in curing resin, the auxiliary agent c has a good promoting effect and can accelerate the curing effect of the auxiliary agent b, and therefore the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the artificial marble are synergistically improved under the mutual matching of the auxiliary agent b and the auxiliary agent c.
