adding functional modifier containing folium Artemisiae Argyi extract and coupling agent into unsaturated polyester, heating to 60 deg.C, and stirring to mix well; adding quartz sand while stirring, changing Maifanitum, silica sand, calcite, and curing agent, increasing stirring speed of the stirrer to 400r/min, stirring for 20min, and mixing to obtain mixture;
the raw material composition of the mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of quartz sand, 20 parts of modified medical stone, 2 parts of functional modifier containing wormwood extract, 6 parts of unsaturated polyester, 10 parts of silica sand, 8 parts of calcite, 2 parts of KH-570, 2 parts of curing agent and 1 part of trilaurin;
the unsaturated polyester is o-benzene unsaturated polyester, and the viscosity at 25 ℃ is 1.3 pas;
the quartz sand is mixed quartz sand, wherein 40 percent of the quartz sand with the particle size of 40-50 microns accounts for 40 percent of the quartz sand with the particle size of 0.5-2mm accounts for 40 percent of the quartz sand, and the balance is large-particle quartz sand with the particle size of 2-5 mm;
the curing agent is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide;
4. vacuum degassing
Pumping the raw material slurry into a vacuum stirring tank, stirring for 20min in a vacuum environment, and removing all bubbles in the slurry;
vacuum degassing is carried out, and the vacuum degree is 2 kPa;
vacuum degassing for 20 min;
5. press forming
Pouring the mixture into a mold, and pushing the mixture into a press for press forming, wherein the vacuum degree of the press is 0.1 MPa; first pressing, vibrating for 60S at 20 HZ; second pressing, vibrating for 90S at 50HZ, and closing vibration;
6. curing
Transferring to a curing furnace at 95 ℃ for curing, demolding, cooling and polishing the surface to obtain the wormwood modified quartz stone product.
Comparative example 1:
the same as in example 3 was repeated except that the function-modifying agent containing the wormwood extract was not added.
Comparative example 2:
the procedure of example 3 was repeated except that ordinary commercially available medical stones were added without modification.
The quartz stone slabs prepared according to the technical solutions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were subjected to the relevant tests, and the results are shown in the following table:

Claims (10)

1. The wormwood modified quartz stone is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of quartz sand, 20-25 parts of modified medical stone, 2-5 parts of functional modifier containing wormwood extract, 6-10 parts of unsaturated polyester, 10-15 parts of silica sand, 8-10 parts of calcite, 2-4 parts of KH-570, 2-5 parts of curing agent and 1-3 parts of trilaurin.
2. The quartz stone according to claim 1, wherein the modified medical stone is prepared by a method comprising:
1) mechanically pulverizing Maifanitum into 0.2-1mm granule;
2) immersing medical stone particles into a sodium hexametaphosphate solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion, dehydrating and drying to obtain purified medical stone particles;
3) adding purified Maifanitum particles into DMF solution, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose as promoter, adding dilute alkali dropwise to adjust pH to 8.5-11, adding nanometer SiO2 aerogel, heating to 80 deg.C, stirring at 1000r/min for 5-8 hr, standing, and drying to obtain modified Maifanitum.
3. The quartz stone according to claim 2, wherein the concentration of the sodium hexametaphosphate solution is 0.5 to 1.2 g/L; the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is added at a concentration of 5-8 wt%.
4. The quartz stone according to claim 2, wherein the nano SiO2 aerogel is added in an amount of 0.02-0.06% by weight of the purified maifanite particles.
5. The quartz stone according to claim 4, wherein the SiO2 aerogel has a particle size of 1-40nm, density 50-80kg/m3
6. The quartz stone according to claim 2, wherein the ultrasonic dispersion is carried out at an ultrasonic frequency of 55-60KHz for 10-30 minutes.
7. The quartz stone according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.
8. A preparation method of wormwood modified quartz stone is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing materials, vacuum degassing and pressing and forming.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the vacuum degassing is performed under a vacuum of 1 to 2kPa for a vacuum treatment time of 15 to 20 min.
10. The production method according to claim 8, wherein the press forming is carried out with a press vacuum of 0.05 to 0.1 MPa; first pressing, vibrating for 60-65S under 20-22 HZ; and performing secondary pressing, and vibrating at 50-55HZ for 90-100S.
