With continued reference to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the rack and pinion mechanism 323 includes a first rack 323a, a second rack 323b, and a gear 323c. The first rack 323a is fixed to the first mounting arm 321; the second rack 323b is fixed to the second mounting arm 322; the gear 323c is engaged with both the first rack 323a and the second rack 323 b.
The first and second racks 323a and 323b are both linear. The first rack 323a is disposed on a surface of the first mounting arm 321 opposite to the second mounting arm 322, and the second rack 323b is disposed on a surface of the second mounting arm 322 facing the first mounting arm 321. The first mounting arm 321 and the second mounting arm 322 are linearly moved by extension and contraction of the piston rod of the second driving unit 31. The first mounting arm 321 and the second mounting arm 322 have opposite linear directions of movement.
In some embodiments, first mounting arm 321 and/or second mounting arm 322 are each configured as a U-shape. The first mounting arm 321 is enclosed outside a partial area of the second mounting arm 322, and the arrangement mode enables the space occupied by the first mounting arm 321 and the second mounting arm 322 to be smaller, and the whole structure is more compact.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the second actuator 32 further includes a linear guide 324, and the linear guide 324 is mounted between the elevator portion 23 and the first mounting arm 321 to guide the linear movement of the first mounting arm 321. The linear guide mechanism 324 makes the linear movement of the first mounting arm 321 more stable.
In some embodiments, the linear guide mechanism 324 comprises a linear slide.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the lifting assembly 2 further includes a clamp limiting mechanism 34, and the clamp limiting mechanism 34 is installed near the second driving part 31 to stop the second driving part 31 after the relative positions of the pair of clamp disks 33 reach the set position. The clamping limiting mechanism 34 is used for controlling the clamping force on the cigarette packet 60 so as to ensure the stability and safety of the turning operation of the cigarette packet 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as introduced above, in some embodiments, the flipping assembly 4 comprises two oppositely disposed ones, wherein one flipping assembly 4 is mounted to the second end of the first mounting arm 321 and the other flipping assembly 4 is mounted to the first end of the second mounting arm 322. The third transmission mechanism 42 includes a rotating shaft 421, one end of the rotating shaft 421 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the third driving portion 41, and the other end of the rotating shaft 421 is fixedly connected to the clamping disk 33. Each rotating shaft 421 is supported by a respective bearing 422. It should be noted that, in the two turning assemblies 4, only one of the turning assemblies 4 is provided with the third driving portion 41, so that the cigarette packet 60 can be turned.
In some embodiments, the flipping unit 4 further includes a flipping limit mechanism 43, and the flipping limit mechanism 43 is installed near the third driving part 41 to stop the third driving part 41 after the rotation angle of the clamping disk 33 reaches a set value. The turning-over limiting mechanism 43 is, for example, a limiting switch, and after the limiting switch is triggered, it indicates that the cigarette packet 60 has turned over by 180 °, and at this time, the third driving portion 41 is stopped.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a tobacco bale turning system, including the tobacco bale turning device provided by any technical scheme of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the cigarette packet turning system further includes a first transfer line 10, a second transfer line 20, a third transfer line 30, a shuttle 40, and a robot 50. The first conveyor line 10 is configured to convey packets of cigarettes 60 in a first direction. The second conveyor line 20 abuts the first conveyor line 10 and is configured to convey the packets 60 of cigarettes in a second direction; the first direction and the second direction intersect.
Wherein, tobacco bale turning over device is located second transfer chain 20. The third conveying line 30 also abuts against the first conveying line 10 and is configured to convey the packets 60 of cigarettes in a third direction; the first direction and the third direction coincide or intersect, and coincidence is exemplified here. Wherein the second feed line 20 is located upstream of the third feed line 30 in the feed direction of the first feed line 10. The shuttle 40 is disposed on the second conveying line 20 and reciprocates on the second conveying line 20. The shuttle car 40 is configured to transfer the packets 60 of cigarettes coming from the first conveyor line 10 to the manipulator of the second conveyor line 20 and to transfer the unpacked packets of cigarettes to the third conveyor line 30. Wherein the gripping disc 33 of the cigarette packet turning device is configured to grip a cigarette packet 60 carried by the shuttle 40. A robot 50 is located next to the second conveyor line 20, the robot 50 being configured to remove the boxes provided on the outer jacket of the packets 60 of cigarettes carried by the shuttle cars 40 located on the second conveyor line 20. The third transfer line 30 serves as an outfeed conveyor, the length of which extends to the infeed shuttle 40 outlet.
The whole tobacco bale 60 unpacking process refers to the flow introduced by the tobacco bale turning method below.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a tobacco bale turning method, which is implemented by using the tobacco bale turning system provided by any technical scheme of the present invention. The tobacco bale turning method comprises the following steps:
in step S101, the shuttle car 40 is used to transport the cigarette packet 60 from the first transport line 10 to the robot 50 located near the second transport line 20.
Step S102 is to take down the outer box of cigarette packet 60 and the cardboard between the outer box of cigarette packet 60 and cigarette packet 60 by using robot 50.
And step S103, conveying the cigarette packet 60 to a cigarette packet turning device by using the shuttle 40.
And step S104, clamping the cigarette packet 60. In particular, the gripping assembly 3 of the packet tipping device is activated, the two gripping discs 33 being brought close to each other to grip the packet 60.
And step S105, the clamped cigarette packet 60 is improved. Specifically, the lifting assembly 2 of the cigarette packet turning device works to lift the cigarette packet 60 off the support surface of the shuttle car 40 until the turning of the cigarette packet 60 is smoothly realized and the position is not interfered by other parts.
And step S106, turning over the cigarette packet 60. Specifically, the turning assembly 4 of the cigarette packet turning device is started, the third driving portion 41 drives the rotating shaft 421 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 421 is fixedly connected with the clamping plate 33, so that the clamping plate 33 and the cigarette packet 60 clamped by the clamping plate 33 rotate synchronously.
And step S107, the tobacco bale 60 after turning is put back to the shuttle car 40. Lifting assembly 2 is lowered to the set position and gripping discs 33 of gripping assembly 3 are moved away from each other to release cigarette pack 60 and return cigarette pack 60 to the support surface of shuttle 40.
And step S108, conveying the cigarette packets 60 to the manipulator 50 of the second conveying line 20 again by using the shuttle 40.
Step S109, the robot 50 is used to remove the inner box of the cigarette packet 60 and the cardboard between the inner box of the cigarette packet 60 and the cigarette packet 60.
And step S110, conveying the obtained naked cigarette packet to a third conveying line 30 by using a shuttle 40.
According to the technical scheme, the automatic overturning operation of the cigarette packet 60 is realized, a bag overturning machine and a discharging shuttle vehicle in the related technology are removed, the number of original unpacking station equipment is reduced, and the connecting place of the equipment is further reduced, so that the problems of raw material waste and field pollution caused by the leakage of loose leaves from the connecting place are solved, the number of equipment inspection points and maintenance points is reduced, and the production efficiency of the unpacking process is effectively improved; the bracket 1 of the cigarette packet turning device provided by the embodiment of the invention is arranged on two sides of the track of the feeding shuttle 40, so that the function of turning over the cigarette packet 60 can be automatically, efficiently and stably realized. The technical scheme is not only suitable for automatic turning of the tobacco bale 60, but also suitable for automatic turning of box-type tobacco stems at the stem throwing position, improves unpacking efficiency, and has wide popularization and adaptability.

Claims (13)

1. A tobacco bale turning system, characterized by comprising:
a cigarette packet turning device;
a first conveyor line (10) configured to convey packets of cigarettes (60) along a first direction;
a second conveyor line (20) abutting against the first conveyor line (10) and configured to convey packets of cigarettes (60) along a second direction; the first direction and the second direction intersect; wherein the cigarette packet turning device is positioned on the second conveying line (20);
a third conveyor line (30) also abutting against the first conveyor line (10) and configured to convey packets (60) of cigarettes along a third direction; the first direction and the third direction coincide or intersect; wherein, in the conveying direction of the first conveyor line (10), the second conveyor line (20) is located upstream of the third conveyor line (30);
-a shuttle car (40) arranged on said second conveyor line (20) and reciprocating on said second conveyor line (20), said shuttle car (40) being configured to convey the packets of cigarettes (60) coming from said first conveyor line (10) to the manipulator of said second conveyor line (20) and to feed the unpacked packets of bare cigarettes to said third conveyor line (30); wherein the gripping disc (33) of the cigarette packet turning device is configured to grip a cigarette packet (60) carried by the shuttle (40); and
a manipulator (50) located beside the second conveyor line (20), the manipulator (50) being configured to remove a box provided on the outer jacket of a cigarette packet (60) carried by a shuttle (40) located on the second conveyor line (20);
wherein, tobacco bale turning device includes:
a support (1) configured to provide support;
a lifting assembly (2) comprising a first driving part (21), a first transmission mechanism (22) and a lifting part (23); the lifting part (23) is in driving connection with the first driving part (21) through the first transmission mechanism (22) so as to lift under the driving of the first driving part (21);
a clamping assembly (3) comprising a second driving part (31), a second transmission mechanism (32) and at least one pair of clamping discs (33); the lifting part (23) is mounted on the lifting part (23) to synchronously lift along with the lifting part (23); the second driving part (31) is mounted on the lifting part (23), and the clamping disc (33) is in driving connection with the second driving part (31) through the second transmission mechanism (32) so as to move linearly under the driving of the second driving part (31) to clamp and release the cigarette packet (60); and
a reversing assembly (4) comprising a third driving part (41) and a third transmission mechanism (42), wherein the third driving part (41) is arranged on the second driving part (31); the third driving part (41) is also in driving connection with the clamping disc (33) through the third transmission mechanism (42) so as to drive the clamping disc (33) to rotate;
wherein the tobacco bale turning system is configured to execute the following method: conveying the cigarette packets from the first conveying line to the manipulator of the second conveying line by using the shuttle vehicle; taking down the outer box of the cigarette packet and the paperboard between the outer box of the cigarette packet and the cigarette packet by adopting the manipulator; conveying the tobacco bale to the tobacco bale turning device by adopting the shuttle vehicle; the cigarette packet turning device clamps the cigarette packet; raising the clamped cigarette packet; turning over the cigarette packet; the tobacco bale after turning over is put back to the shuttle car; conveying the tobacco bale to the manipulator of the second conveying line again by using the shuttle vehicle; taking down the inner box of the cigarette packet and the paperboard between the inner box of the cigarette packet and the cigarette packet by adopting the manipulator; and conveying the obtained naked cigarette packet to the third conveying line by using a shuttle vehicle.
2. Tobacco bale tipping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (1) comprises:
uprights (11) arranged in pairs; and
a cross member (12) attached to the pair of columns (11);
the lifting assembly (2) is mounted at the top end of the upright post (11) or the cross beam (12), and the lifting assembly (2) and the clamping assembly (3) are both located between the pair of upright posts (11).
3. The tobacco bale tipping system of claim 2, characterized in that the first transmission mechanism (22) comprises:
first bearing seats (221) arranged in pairs and arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the uprights (11);
the connecting rod (222) is rotatably arranged between the two first bearing seats (221), and the connecting rod (222) is in driving connection with the first driving part (21);
a first sprocket (223) attached to the link (222);
a second chain wheel (224) arranged at a distance from the first chain wheel (223) and installed at a position lower than the first chain wheel (223), the second chain wheel (224) being rotatably installed to the column (11);
a chain (225) attached to the first sprocket (223) and the second sprocket (224); wherein the lifting part (23) is fixed to the chain (225) to be lifted up and down with the rotation of the chain (225); and
a second bearing housing (226) mounted to the upright (11), the second bearing housing (226) supporting the second sprocket (224).
4. The tobacco bale tipping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the tipping assembly (4) and the gripping disk (33) comprise two;
the second transmission mechanism (32) includes:
a first mounting arm (321), a first end of which is in driving connection with the second driving part (31), and a second end of which is connected with one clamping disc (33) through the overturning assembly (4);
a second mounting arm (322) having a first end connected to the other of said clamping discs (33) via the other of said flipper assemblies (4); and
and the gear rack mechanism (323) is arranged between the first end of the first mounting arm (321) and the second end of the second mounting arm (322) so as to drive the second mounting arm (322) to linearly move through the linear movement of the first mounting arm (321), and further realize that the clamping disc (33) arranged on the first mounting arm (321) and the other clamping disc (33) arranged on the second mounting arm (322) approach to and separate from each other.
5. The tobacco bale tipping system of claim 4, characterized in that the rack and pinion mechanism (323) comprises:
a first rack (323 a) fixed to the first mounting arm (321);
a second rack (323 b) fixed to the second mounting arm (322); and
a gear (323 c) engaged with both the first rack (323 a) and the second rack (323 b).
6. The tobacco bale tipping system of claim 4, characterized in that the first mounting arm (321) and/or the second mounting arm (322) are each configured in a U-shape.
7. The tobacco bale tipping system of claim 4, characterized in that the second transmission mechanism (32) further comprises:
and a linear guide mechanism (324) which is attached between the lifting unit (23) and the first mounting arm (321) and guides the linear movement of the first mounting arm (321).
8. The cigarette packet turning system according to claim 7, characterized in that the linear guide mechanism (324) comprises a linear slide.
9. The tobacco bale turning system according to claim 4, characterized in that the turning assembly (4) comprises two, wherein one of the turning assemblies (4) is mounted at the second end of the first mounting arm (321), and the other turning assembly (4) is mounted at the first end of the second mounting arm (322);
the third transmission mechanism (42) comprises a rotating shaft (421), one end of the rotating shaft (421) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the third driving part (41), and the other end of the rotating shaft (421) is fixedly connected with the clamping disc (33).
10. The tobacco bale tipping system according to claim 9, characterized in that the tipping assembly (4) further comprises:
and a reverse limiting mechanism (43) which is arranged near the third driving part (41) and stops the third driving part (41) after the rotation angle of the clamping disk (33) reaches a set value.
11. Tobacco bale tipping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting assembly (2) further comprises:
and a lifting limit mechanism (24) which is installed near the first driving part (21) and stops the first driving part (21) after the clamping disc (33) reaches a limit lifting position.
12. The tobacco bale turning system of claim 1, characterized in that the lifting assembly (2) further comprises:
and a clamping and limiting mechanism (34) which is arranged near the second driving part (31) and stops the second driving part (31) after the relative position of the pair of clamping discs (33) reaches a set position.
13. A tobacco bale turning method, characterized by being realized by the tobacco bale turning system of any one of claims 1-12, and comprising the following steps:
conveying the cigarette packets from the first conveying line to the manipulator of the second conveying line by using the shuttle vehicle;
taking down the outer box of the cigarette packet and the paperboard between the outer box of the cigarette packet and the cigarette packet by adopting the manipulator;
conveying the tobacco bale to the tobacco bale turning device by adopting the shuttle vehicle;
the cigarette packet turning device clamps the cigarette packet;
raising the clamped cigarette packet;
turning over the cigarette packet;
the tobacco bale after turning over is put back to the shuttle car;
conveying the tobacco bale to the manipulator of the second conveying line again by using the shuttle vehicle;
taking down the inner box of the cigarette packet and the paperboard between the inner box of the cigarette packet and the cigarette packet by adopting the manipulator;
and conveying the obtained naked cigarette packet to the third conveying line by using a shuttle vehicle.
