The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device is suspended by a tractor through a suspension fixing structure 4 and supported by a supporting bottom wheel 2, power output by the connected tractor drives the device to work through a power input shaft 5 of a transmission structure 6, specifically, the power is transmitted into a body of the transmission structure 6 through the power input shaft 5, a bevel gear reducer in the body of the transmission structure 6 decelerates the input power and then divides the power into two groups for transmission, and one group of power is transmitted to a picking and crushing mechanism; the other group of power is transmitted to each steel roller 13 and the driving threaded disc 17 of the steel roller 13 bundling mechanism through chain transmission.
The picking and crushing assembly 9 picks up straws under the traction power of a tractor, and the straws are carried into the shell 1 from the picking port and then are sheared into a plurality of small sections under the combined action of the blades of the picking and crushing assembly 9 and the front fixed cutter assembly 8 when passing through the front fixed cutter assembly 8, so that the primary cutting and crushing are completed; the straw cut into small segments is thrown backwards between the picking and crushing assembly 9 and the disk assembly 10 under the rotation of the picking and crushing assembly 9, the small segments of straw are further cut and crushed by blades of the picking and crushing assembly 9 and the disk assembly 10, the relative speed between the cutter shafts is increased due to the differential rotation formed by the cutter shafts and the blades of the picking and crushing assembly 9 and the disk assembly 10, the straw is further cut and crushed into smaller segments, the small segments of straw are conveyed between the disk assembly 10 and the secondary crushing assembly 11 under the rotation of the disk assembly 10, the small segments of straw are crushed again by the differential rotation formed by the blades of the disk assembly 10 and the secondary crushing assembly 11, the crushed straw is thrown between the secondary crushing assembly 11 and the rear fixed cutter assembly 12 along with the secondary crushing assembly 11, and finally the secondary crushing assembly 11 and the rear fixed cutter assembly 12 further crush and refine the straw which is not crushed fully, the crushed and refined straws are thrown to the bale rolling chamber 16 from the bale rolling inlet, so that the refined crushing of the straws is completed.
The straw entering the bale rolling chamber 16 rotates along with the steel roller 13 in the bale rolling chamber 16, when the straw rotates to the driving threaded disc 17, the driving threaded disc 17 and the steel roller 13 rotate in opposite directions to form differential rotation, and the rotating speed of the driving threaded disc 17 is higher than that of the steel roller 13, so that the straw quickly forms a straw core, the straw core rolls to be larger as the follow-up straw continuously enters, so that a rotary bale is formed, and due to the arrangement of the variable-pitch threaded boss structure 19, the quick formation of the rotary straw core and the inward winding and compaction of the straw are facilitated, so that the high-density compaction effect of the bale is achieved, in the process that the straw winds towards the center, the straw promotes the driven threaded disc 18 to rotate passively, and the friction resistance of the side wall is reduced while the straw is guided by lateral winding, so that the compaction of the bale is further facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in a second embodiment of the present invention, a shovel plate is disposed at a rear end of the picking port 7, a length direction of the shovel plate is parallel to an axis direction of a cutter shaft of the picking and smashing assembly 9, a plate surface of the shovel plate faces the picking and smashing assembly 9 and is obliquely disposed, a higher end of the shovel plate is connected to the housing 1, a lower end of the shovel plate extends to a front end of the housing 1 and is located right below the picking and smashing assembly 9, and a horizontal height of an end portion of the lower end of the shovel plate is higher than a horizontal height of a bottom of the supporting bottom wheel 2, so that straws to be treated are gathered together through the shovel plate, the picking and smashing assembly 9 is convenient to pick up straws, and a straw leakage rate is reduced.
