Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平版层压机器,该平版层压机器具有框架、安装于框架以便可绕枢轴线枢转的加速工作台、安装在工作台上的多个加速辊、以及用于驱动加速辊的马达。
背景技术
平版层压机器将印刷好的片材准确地层压到单面瓦楞纸板或瓦楞片材上。通常,瓦楞板从大卷以连续的方式提供,并且印刷好的片材必须以对齐的方式施加到瓦楞板上。为此,加速工作台以合适的方式加速相应的片材,以便确保其到达瓦楞板的所需位置。
关于加速工作台,存在一些相互矛盾的要求。一方面,加速辊的驱动力必须强大,以便使片材快速加速。另一方面,加速工作台应具有较低的重量,因为它必须不时从操作位置移动到维护位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种尽可能满足上述要求的平版层压机器。
为此,提供了如上所定义的平版层压机器,其特征在于,马达安装在框架上,其中可旋转传动元件安装成具有与枢轴线不重合的旋转轴线,马达和加速辊两者都连接到传动元件。本发明基于将相对较重的马达安装在框架处并通过与加速工作台的枢轴线同轴安装的旋转传动元件将驱动力向加速辊传递的概念。这允许绕枢轴线移动加速工作台而无需切断马达和加速辊之间的传动。由于马达安装于框架,当加速工作台从操作位置枢转到维护位置时,无须提升马达。
传动元件优选地包括驱动滑轮,加速辊借助于带式传动连接到驱动滑轮。带式传动具有低惯性,因此加速辊可以快速加速到所需速度。
带,例如有齿带,特别是碳带,特别适用于将加速辊连接到驱动滑轮。
在加速工作台,设置了至少一个张力辊以保持带式驱动装置的所需张力。
带式驱动装置还可包括一个或多个中间辊,中间辊用于以合适的方式引导带或用于将较长的驱动系统分成多个较短的分段。
优选地,传动元件包括从动滑轮,马达借助于与马达滑轮接合的带连接到从动滑轮。在马达侧,驱动带也确保了驱动系统的低惯性。
马达滑轮的直径大于从动滑轮的直径,以便增加从马达向加速辊的力偶。
马达可尤其是一种电动马达,其可以非常精确的方式容易地控制旋转速度。
可以设置升降机构以将加速工作台从操作位置提升到维护位置。这种升降机构可以包括气压弹簧和/或千斤顶。

具体实施方式
图1示出平版层压机器10的上游部分。它具有用于印刷好的片材的供给装置12,以及示意性示出的、用于瓦楞板的退绕机构14。印刷好的片材被施加到瓦楞板上并且在层压装置16中被压到瓦楞板上。布置在机器10下游的其他部件未被示出。
机器10包括框架18,加速工作台20枢转地安装到框架18上(也请参见图2)。工作台20安装到框架18上以便可绕枢轴线P枢转。设置了示意性示出的升降机构22以将加速器工作台20从图2所示的操作位置朝图3所示的升高的维护位置提升。
在与枢轴线P相对的端部设置有加速辊24(此处仅可看到其驱动轴线),加速辊24用于以所需的速度将个别印刷好的片材推进到瓦楞板上。加速辊24由带式驱动装置驱动,该带式驱动装置包括与加速辊24相关联的滑轮26、中间滑轮28和驱动滑轮30。驱动滑轮30的旋转轴线与枢轴线P重合。
在驱动滑轮30和加速滑轮26之间,使用了两条带32,在此两条带32是包括碳纤维的有齿带。设置有张力辊34,其允许控制驱动带内的张力。
从动滑轮36安装到驱动滑轮30,以便作为单元与驱动滑轮30一起旋转。从动滑轮36与滑轮有齿带38接合,滑轮有齿带38又被接纳在马达滑轮40上。马达滑轮40由马达42驱动,在此马达42是电动马达。
此处的马达滑轮40的直径大于所述从动滑轮的直径。因此,从马达42朝向加速辊24形成了增加的力偶。
通过带驱动,马达滑轮40的旋转可以向加速辊24传递,由此形成的驱动系统具有低惯性,使得所述加速辊的速度可以非常快速地改变。由于从动滑轮36和驱动滑轮30的旋转轴线与枢轴线P重合,因此将加速工作台20从所述操作位置移向所述维护位置对从马达42向加速辊24的传动没有影响。此外,由于所述马达安装于框架18,因此实现了重量轻的加速工作台20。
Claims (10)
1.一种平版层压机器(10),其具有框架(18)、安装于所述框架(18)以便可绕枢轴线(P)枢转的加速工作台(20)、安装在所述工作台(20)上的多个加速辊(24)、以及用于驱动所述加速辊(24)的马达(42),其特征在于,所述马达(42)安装于所述框架(18),其中可转动的传动元件(30,36)经安装成具有与所述枢轴线(P)重合的旋转轴线,所述马达(42)和所述加速辊(24)两者都连接到所述传动元件(30,36)。
2.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件包括驱动滑轮(30),所述加速辊(24)借助于带式驱动装置(32)连接到所述驱动滑轮(30)。
3.如权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述带(32)是碳带。
4.如权利要求2或权利要求3所述的机器,其特征在于,所述带(32)是有齿带。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的机器,其特征在于,设置有至少一个张力辊(34)。
6.如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的机器,其特征在于,设置有至少一个中间滑轮(28)。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件包括从动滑轮(36),所述马达(42)借助于与马达滑轮(40)接合的带(38)连接到所述从动滑轮(36)。
8.如权利要求7所述的机器,其特征在于,所述马达滑轮(40)的直径大于所述从动滑轮(36)的直径。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的机器,其特征在于,所述马达(42)是电动马达。
10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的机器,其特征在于,设置了升降机构(22)以将所述加速工作台(20)从操作位置提升到维护位置。
