Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于PVC的复配助剂。所述复配助剂包括主抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂、2‑乙基己酸锌、硬脂酸钡、碳酸钙、季戊四醇、水滑石、环氧大豆油和螯合剂。本发明的复配助剂是一种高效、低成本、无粉尘污染及无毒或低毒的新型复配助剂,该助剂即具有抗氧化剂的抗氧化作用,又具有稳定剂的稳定作用,并显著提高树脂耐候性和加工过程中及使用过程中的耐候性及稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于PVC材料的复配助剂。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是氯乙烯单体在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物,PVC是使用最广泛的塑料材料之一,人们发现PVC塑料只有在160℃以上才能加工成型,而它在120-130℃时就开始分解,释放出HCl气体,如果不抑制HCl产生,分解又会进一步加剧,这一问题曾是困扰PVC塑料的开发与应用的主要难题。
PVC塑料制品品种较多,但有些产品给人一种不耐用的印象,如果在户外使用,寿命会更短,PVC本身结构存在很多弱点,残留引发剂,端基金属杂质,含氧结构,丙烯基氯,聚合度,分子量分布等都会对PVC性能产生影响,这些不稳定因素在光,热,氧,助剂,HCl等作用下易老化,即降解或交联,使其物理机械性能变坏,失去应用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种能提高PVC加工及使用过程中的抗氧化性,稳定性以及耐候性的复合助剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于PVC的复配助剂,由以下原料按重量份配比组成:

所述主抗氧剂为受阻胺类抗氧化剂或受阻酚类抗氧化剂。
所述辅助抗氧剂为分子量为600-1200的亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂。
所述螯合剂为分子量为200-700的亚磷酸酯类化合物。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,所述主抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂选自抗氧剂1010、双酚A、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂3114的一种或二种以上的组合。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,所述亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂选自抗氧剂168、抗氧剂626或抗氧剂618的一种或二种以上的组合。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,所述亚磷酸酯类化合物选自亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三酯或亚磷酸苯基二酯的一种或二种以上的组合。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,按质量比,2-乙基己酸锌:硬脂酸钡:碳酸钙=(1.2-2):(1.5-2):1。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,按质量比,主抗氧剂:辅助抗氧剂=2-3:1。
优选的,上述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,按质量比,硬脂酸钡:螯合剂=3-4:1。
本发明提供的一种用于PVC的复配助剂在制备PVC材料中的应用。
优选的,所述用于PVC的复配助剂的添加量为PVC重量的0.3-1.0%。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明用于PVC的复配助剂,各组分均为无毒物质,健康环保。
2、本发明用于PVC的复配助剂,各组分方便易得,且有良好经济性。
3、本发明用于PVC的复配助剂,添加方式自由,用于PVC材料时可直接混合也可混合造粒后添加。
4、本发明用于PVC的复配助剂,稳定剂、螯合剂与抗氧剂协同发挥作用,对PVC的生产,加工,存储和应用产生稳定的保护作用。
5、本发明用于PVC的复配助剂,是一种高效、低成本、无粉尘污染及无毒或低毒的新型复配助剂,该助剂即具有抗氧化剂的抗氧化作用,又具有稳定剂的稳定作用,并显著提高树脂耐候性和加工过程中及使用过程中的耐候性及稳定性.

下面的实施例是对本发明的详述,但不用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中涉及的操作,如无特殊说明,均为本领域常规技术操作。

(一)一种用于PVC的复配助剂,由以下原料按重量份配比组成:

(二)制备方法
将各原料按重量份配比备料后,投入搅拌釜中,进行搅拌,分散均匀,即可。

实施例4应用
将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制得的复配助剂,按质量分数0.5%的比例与PVC混合后,造粒制备PVC材料。对照例采用市购的PVC助剂。
1、热稳定性的检测
将所制备的PVC材料用刚果红法进行热稳定性检测,结果如表1。

由表1可以看出,添加了本发明制备的复配助剂的PVC材料具有很好的热稳定效果。
2、耐候性的检测
将所制备的PVC材料用白度法进行耐候性检测,结果如表2。

由表2可以看出,随时间的增长,对比列的样品白度减小明显,而采用本发明复配助剂制备的PVC材料在各个时间段白度均高于对比列且白度减小较少,这说明本发明的复配助剂具有良好的耐候性。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:所述用于PVC的复配助剂由以下原料按重量份配比组成:

所述主抗氧剂为受阻胺类抗氧化剂或受阻酚类抗氧化剂;
所述辅助抗氧剂为分子量为600-1200的亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂;
所述螯合剂为分子量为200-700的亚磷酸酯类化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:所述主抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:所述受阻酚类抗氧剂选自抗氧剂1010、双酚A、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂3114的一种或二种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:所述亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂选自抗氧剂168、抗氧剂626或抗氧剂618的一种或二种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:所述亚磷酸酯类化合物选自亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三酯或亚磷酸苯基二酯的一种或二种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:按质量比,2-乙基己酸锌:硬脂酸钡:碳酸钙=(1.2-2):(1.5-2):1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:按质量比,主抗氧剂:辅助抗氧剂=2-3:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂,其特征在于:按质量比,硬脂酸钡:螯合剂=3-4:1。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种用于PVC的复配助剂在制备PVC材料中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述用于PVC的复配助剂的添加量为PVC重量的0.3-1.0%。
