On the basis of the disclosed embodiments, an experimental case of a whitening and gel dry powder skin moisturizer: respectively setting a sample A, and preparing the skin moisturizer by adopting the method disclosed in the embodiment 1; sample B, a skin lotion was prepared as disclosed in example 1 without the addition of any stabilizer component; sample C, skin lotion was prepared according to the method disclosed in example 1, except that the lyophilized bletilla gum was directly dissolved in water without micronization; sample D, a skin care lotion is prepared according to the ratio of bletilla striata gum to water of 1:200, no stabilizer component is added, the bletilla striata skin care lotion in the prior art is simulated, and the using method is the same as that of example 1; sample E, a skin care product is prepared according to the ratio of the bletilla striata gum to the water of 1:50, no stabilizer component is added, and the bletilla striata skin care cream or facial mask in the prior art is simulated, and the bletilla striata skin care cream or facial mask is the same as the example 1 in the rest, because more bletilla striata components need to be cleaned in time after use; sample F, which was not micronized, was added with 0.5-1% of lytic enzyme to facilitate dissolution of bletilla gum, simulating the dissolution of bletilla in the prior art to prepare a skin lotion, as in example 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the initial contact angles of the prepared samples B and a sample a are shown, and the specific contact angle test results are shown in the following table:

The test results show that: after the sample is kept still for 28 days, the components of the bletilla striata in the sample B without the stabilizer are separated from the solution, so that the contact angle of the solution is reduced and the value is stabilized at 39 degrees; the addition of the stabilizer sample A shows that the components of the common bletilla gum and the contact angle decrease relatively slowly due to the existence of the stabilizer, which shows that the stabilizer has an outstanding effect on improving the stability of the components of the common bletilla gum in the skin care lotion.
In the test process, compared with the skin care lotion prepared by superfine grinding, such as A/B/D/E/F, the skin care lotion prepared by the sample C is very slowly dissolved, and even if the skin care lotion is stirred, sediment still exists at the bottom, so that the dissolving efficiency of the skin care lotion prepared by the sample C is far lower than that of a superfine grinding product.
The samples A, D, E and F were selected and 50 persons were selected for each of the 28d whitening effect experiments, and the statistical results are shown in the following table:

The test results show that:
compared with the sample D and the sample E, the selected sample A has more obvious reduction on the wrinkle and stain removal rate and the content average value of detected melanin and heme, and the technical scheme has better whitening effect compared with the prior art of the sample D, the sample E and the sample F; the reason is that the whitening effect of the sample D is poor due to instability and effective component settlement; the sample E cannot be used for a long time due to the need of timely cleaning, so that the whitening effect is poor; sample F had poor whitening effect due to the active ingredients being destroyed by lytic enzymes.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (8)

1. A preparation method of bletilla striata gel freeze-dried powder skin moisturizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) peeling the cleaned and dried rhizoma bletillae tubers, crushing the rhizoma bletillae tubers for 10 to 30min in a crusher with the rotation speed of 200-1000rpm, adding a proper amount of purified water, standing and extracting for 1 to 12h, and filtering to remove filter residues to obtain a mixed solution I; the mass ratio of the rhizoma bletillae tubers to the purified water is 1: 1-100;
(2) adding organic alcohol and stabilizer into the mixed solution I, precipitating, standing for 1-12h, and filtering to obtain solid bletilla gum; the volume ratio of the mixed solution I to the organic alcohol is 1: 1-50;
(3) freeze-drying the solid bletilla gum in a vacuum freeze-drying device at a temperature lower than-45 ℃ and a vacuum degree lower than 100Pa for 1-12h to obtain a bletilla gum freeze-dried product with a mass water content of lower than 0.1%;
(4) micronizing the rhizoma Bletillae lyophilized product at-15 deg.C for 10-60min with an ultramicro pulverizer under the environment with relative humidity below 10% to obtain rhizoma Bletillae lyophilized powder;
(5) sequentially and quantitatively measuring purified water and bletilla striata lyophilized powder in an organic glass container, screwing a bottle cover, violently shaking for 2-7 minutes, and standing for 2 minutes after the bletilla striata lyophilized powder is uniformly dissolved to obtain the bletilla striata lyophilized powder skin moisturizer.
2. The method for preparing the bletilla striata gel dry powder skin moisturizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic alcohol comprises one or more of ethanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, butanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, diethylene glycol, methanol and triethylene glycol.
3. The method for preparing the bletilla striata lyophilized powder skin moisturizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation in the step (5) is carried out as ready-to-use.
4. The method for preparing the bletilla striata gel dry powder skin moisturizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the purified water is spring water.
5. The method for preparing the bletilla striata gel lyophilized powder skin moisturizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic glass container is sized and shaped for easy use by the average person.
6. The preparation method of the bletilla striata freeze-dried powder skin moisturizer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the bletilla striata freeze-dried powder to purified water is 1: 80-120.
7. A bletilla striata gel lyophilized powder skin moisturizer which is characterized by being prepared according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The lyophilized bletilla striata skin moisturizer prepared according to any one of claims 1 to 6 and the use method of the lyophilized bletilla striata skin moisturizer according to claim 7 are characterized in that 1 to 3ml of the lyophilized bletilla striata skin moisturizer is taken quantitatively and repeatedly applied to the face, the neck and the hands for 1 to 3 minutes each time and repeated for 5 to 15 times.
