Abstract

Technical Field

The user of the construction unit can submit the monthly report in the draft state to the user of the handling unit for examination and approval, the state of the monthly report is changed into the state in examination and approval, and the monthly report in examination and approval cannot be modified. The monthly report of the state in the examination and approval can be cancelled by the user of the construction unit, and the state of the monthly report is changed into the cancelled state. The monthly report in the cancelled state can be modified, stored and changed into a draft state again by the user of the construction unit; and also can be resubmitted for approval by users of the construction organization. If the examination and approval is passed, the state of the monthly report is changed into a passing state; the monthly report of the pass status can be modified by the user of the transaction entity. If the examination and approval is not passed, the state of the monthly report is changed into a non-passing state. The monthly report which does not pass the state can be modified, stored and changed into a draft state again by the user of the construction unit, and can also be submitted and approved again by the user of the construction unit.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a structure of a monthly report management apparatus of a project management system according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the structure specifically includes the following modules:
a period creating module 401, configured to respond to a period creating request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end, create a monthly declaration period for the project, and enter monthly declaration data;
an information sending module 402, configured to respond to a release request initiated by the user of the handling unit at the front end, to periodically release the monthly declaration to a construction unit of a project, and to send monthly declaration to-be-handled information to the user of the construction unit, where the monthly declaration to-be-handled information is used to prompt the user of the construction unit to create a monthly declaration;
a monthly report creation module 403, configured to respond to a monthly report creation request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, create a monthly report, and enter monthly report data;
an approval module 404, configured to respond to an approval request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, submit a monthly report specified by the user to a user of the handling unit for approval, and send approval pending information to the user of the handling unit, where the approval pending information is used to prompt the user of the handling unit to approve the monthly report;
a status processing module 305, configured to set the monthly report to a pass status if the user of the handling unit passes the examination and approval of the monthly report; and if the monthly report is not approved and approved by the user of the handling unit, setting the monthly report to be in a non-passing state and returning to the user of the construction unit for modification.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
and the notification sending module is used for responding to the urging request initiated by the user of the handling unit at the front end and sending urging notification to the user of the construction unit with the monthly report to-be-handled information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
and the control providing module is used for acquiring the picture attachment and the non-picture attachment corresponding to the monthly report, and providing a viewing control and a downloading control aiming at the picture attachment and the non-picture attachment at the front end.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
the period display module is used for responding to a period query request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, querying a monthly declaration period created by the user, displaying the queried monthly declaration period on a display interface at the front end, and configuring operation authority of the monthly declaration period of the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises modification, preview, release and redistribution;
the first monthly report display module is used for responding to a monthly report query request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, querying a monthly report corresponding to the user, displaying the queried monthly report on a display interface at the front end, and configuring operation authority of the monthly report on the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises modification and deletion;
and the second monthly report display module is used for responding to a monthly report query request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, querying the passed monthly reports, displaying the queried monthly reports on a display interface at the front end, and configuring the operation authority of the monthly reports on the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises adjustment.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
the period modification module is used for responding to a modification request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end and modifying the existing monthly declaration period of the user;
and the first monthly report modification module is used for responding to a modification request initiated by the user of the construction unit at the front end and modifying the existing uncommitted monthly reports of the user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
the revocation module is used for responding to a revocation request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, revoking the unexamined monthly report of the user, and enabling the revoked monthly report to be in a draft state again so as to be revised and resubmitted;
and the period issuing module is used for responding to a reissue request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end and issuing the issued unexecuted monthly declaration period to the user of the construction unit.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises:
the second monthly report modification module is used for responding to an adjustment request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end and modifying the approved monthly reports of the user;
and the monthly report detail sending module is used for responding to a viewing request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end and sending the monthly report details to the user.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the back end of the project management system may respond to the period creation request initiated by the user of the transaction unit, create a monthly declaration period for the project, and enter project declaration data; responding to a release request initiated by a user of a handling unit, periodically releasing monthly declaration to a construction unit of a project, and sending monthly declaration to-be-handled information to the user of the construction unit; responding to a monthly report creation request initiated by a user of a construction unit, creating a monthly report and inputting monthly report data; responding to an approval request initiated by a user of a construction unit, submitting a monthly report appointed by the user to the user of a handling unit for approval, and sending approval to-be-handled information to the user of the handling unit; if the examination and approval is passed, setting the monthly report to be in a passing state; and if the examination and approval is not passed, setting the monthly report to be in a non-passing state and returning to the user of the construction unit for modification. The embodiment of the invention realizes the project management system which can support users of a plurality of organizations to jointly manage projects, and users of different organizations can manage project monthly reports in the project management system, thereby meeting the actual requirements.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including:
the project management system comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the project management system monthly report management method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the monthly report management method embodiment of the project management system, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The monthly report management method of the project management system and the monthly report management device of the project management system provided by the invention are described in detail, specific examples are applied in the text to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the invention, and the description of the examples is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The monthly report management method of the project management system is characterized in that the project management system comprises a front end facing a user, and the front end displays a matched page according to an organization to which a login user belongs; the organization mechanism comprises a construction unit and a handling unit; the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a period creation request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, creating a monthly declaration period for the project and inputting monthly declaration data;
responding to a release request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, releasing the monthly declaration cycle to a construction unit of a project, and sending monthly declaration to-be-handled information to the user of the construction unit, wherein the monthly declaration to-be-handled information is used for prompting the user of the construction unit to create a monthly declaration;
responding to a monthly report establishing request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, establishing a monthly report and inputting monthly report data;
responding to an approval request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, submitting the monthly report appointed by the user to the user of the handling unit for approval, and sending approval to-be-handled information to the user of the handling unit, wherein the approval to-be-handled information is used for prompting the user of the handling unit to approve the monthly report;
if the user of the handling unit passes the examination and approval of the monthly report, setting the monthly report to be in a passing state;
and if the monthly report is not approved and approved by the user of the handling unit, setting the monthly report to be in a non-passing state and returning to the user of the construction unit for modification.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to the urging request initiated by the user of the handling unit at the front end, and sending urging notice to the user of the construction unit with the information to be handled in monthly report.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring picture attachments and non-picture attachments corresponding to the monthly newspaper, and providing a viewing control and a downloading control aiming at the picture attachments and the non-picture attachments at the front end.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a period query request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, querying a monthly declaration period created by the user, displaying the queried monthly declaration period on a display interface at the front end, and configuring operation authority of the monthly declaration period of the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises modification, preview, release and redistribution;
responding to a monthly report query request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, querying a monthly report corresponding to the user, displaying the queried monthly report on a display interface at the front end, and configuring operation authority of the monthly report on the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises modification and deletion;
responding to a monthly report query request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, querying the passed monthly reports, displaying the queried monthly reports on a display interface at the front end, and configuring operation authority of the monthly reports on the display interface for the user, wherein the operation authority comprises adjustment.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
responding to a modification request initiated by a user of the transaction unit at the front end, and modifying the existing monthly declaration cycle of the user;
and responding to a modification request initiated by the user of the construction unit at the front end, and modifying the existing uncommitted monthly report of the user.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
responding to a cancellation request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, cancelling the unverified monthly newspaper of the user, and changing the cancelled monthly newspaper into a draft state again so as to be revised and resubmitted;
and responding to a reissue request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end, and issuing the published unexecuted monthly declaration period to the user of the construction unit.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
responding to an adjustment request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, and modifying the approved monthly report of the user;
and responding to a viewing request initiated by the user of the transaction unit at the front end, and sending the monthly report details to the user.

The monthly report management device of the project management system is characterized in that the project management system comprises a front end facing a user, and the front end displays a matched page according to an organization to which a login user belongs; the organization mechanism comprises a construction unit and a handling unit; the device comprises:
the period creating module is used for responding to a period creating request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, creating a monthly declaration period aiming at the project and inputting monthly declaration data;
the information sending module is used for responding to a release request initiated by a user of the handling unit at the front end, releasing the monthly declaration cycle to a construction unit of a project, and sending monthly declaration to-be-handled information to the user of the construction unit, wherein the monthly declaration to-be-handled information is used for prompting the user of the construction unit to create a monthly declaration;
the monthly report creating module is used for responding to a monthly report creating request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, creating a monthly report and inputting monthly report data;
the examination and approval module is used for responding to an examination and approval request initiated by a user of the construction unit at the front end, submitting the monthly report appointed by the user to the user of the handling unit for examination and approval, and sending examination and approval information to be handled to the user of the handling unit, wherein the examination and approval information is used for prompting the user of the handling unit to examine and approve the monthly report;
the status processing module is used for setting the monthly report into a passing status if the user of the handling unit passes the examination and approval of the monthly report; and if the monthly report is not approved and approved by the user of the handling unit, setting the monthly report to be in a non-passing state and returning to the user of the construction unit for modification.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the monthly report management method of the project management system according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the monthly report management method of the project management system according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
