Abstract

And returning the order processing information to the corresponding order application user, and changing the current service state of the service order.
The order processing information generated by the service processing personnel is sent to the corresponding order application user, and the current service state of the service order is changed, for example, the service state is changed from unprocessed to processed. In addition, the order detail information of the service order also comprises order evaluation information and the like besides the order service state. After the business order is transacted, the user can add order evaluation information and check the order details.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of enterprise service items are set on the operation service platform, a user may send transaction request information to the platform, and submit corresponding service transaction materials according to the service transaction information displayed by the platform, and the platform may distribute an order to corresponding service processing staff after generating the order. By adopting the method, an intelligent operation service platform is created, various types of enterprise service contents are provided for enterprise users through the platform, and the service contents required by the enterprise users are generated into corresponding orders to be distributed to specific business processing personnel for processing, so that the service level of the enterprise users is improved, and the property operation level is improved. The operation service platform is used for presenting and optimizing specific enterprise service contents. By constructing an operation service platform, various business supports are provided for enterprise users, services provided by third-party service objects can be selected, and business handling and maintenance of enterprises are facilitated.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of an enterprise service providing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to an operation service platform, where the operation service platform includes a plurality of enterprise service items that are independent of each other, and specifically includes the following modules:
a first receiving module 401, configured to receive transaction request information for the enterprise service item sent by a user;
a determining module 402, configured to determine, from the transaction request information, a target enterprise service item that a user needs to transact, and display service transaction information corresponding to the target enterprise service item;
a second receiving module 403, configured to receive a service transaction material submitted by a user on the operation service platform based on the service transaction information, and audit the service transaction material;
and the order processing module 404 is configured to generate a corresponding service order if the audit is passed, and allocate the service order to a corresponding service processing person.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first receiving module includes:
the authentication submodule is used for authenticating the user;
and the receiving submodule is used for receiving the transaction request information aiming at the enterprise service project sent by the user if the authentication is passed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module includes:
the acquisition submodule is used for acquiring the enterprise service type and the enterprise service name which need to be transacted from the transaction request information;
and the searching submodule is used for searching the target enterprise service item corresponding to the enterprise service category and the enterprise service name from a preset enterprise service list.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
a third receiving module, configured to receive order processing information for the business order, which is submitted by the business processing staff on the operation service platform;
and the returning module is used for returning the order processing information to the corresponding order application user and changing the current service state of the service order.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the operation service platform communicates with a third party service platform, and the order processing module includes:
and the forwarding sub-module is used for forwarding the business order to the third-party service platform if the business order belongs to a third-party service business order, so that the third-party service platform allocates the corresponding business processing personnel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise service items include at least one of the following items: financing loan projects, project declaration projects, resource docking projects, law maintenance projects, management consultation projects and talent training projects.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of enterprise service items are set on the operation service platform, a user may send transaction request information to the platform, and submit corresponding service transaction materials according to the service transaction information displayed by the platform, and the platform may distribute an order to corresponding service processing staff after generating the order. By adopting the method, an intelligent operation service platform is created, various types of enterprise service contents are provided for enterprise users through the platform, and the service contents required by the enterprise users are generated into corresponding orders to be distributed to specific business processing personnel for processing, so that the service level of the enterprise users is improved, and the property operation level is improved.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: the system comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the enterprise service providing method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the embodiment of the enterprise service providing method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the detailed description is omitted here.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications of these embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. The enterprise service providing method, the enterprise service providing device, the electronic device and the computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention are described in detail above, and specific examples are applied herein to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An enterprise service providing method is applied to an operation service platform, wherein the operation service platform comprises a plurality of enterprise service items which are independent from each other, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving transaction request information aiming at the enterprise service project sent by a user;
determining a target enterprise service item to be transacted by the user from the transaction request information, and displaying business transaction information corresponding to the target enterprise service item;
receiving business handling materials submitted by a user on the operation service platform based on the business handling information, and auditing the business handling materials;
and if the verification is passed, generating a corresponding business order and distributing the business order to corresponding business processing personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving user-sent transaction request information for the enterprise service item comprises:
authenticating the user;
and if the authentication is passed, receiving the transaction request information aiming at the enterprise service project sent by the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target enterprise service item required to be transacted by the user from the transaction request information comprises:
acquiring the enterprise service type and the enterprise service name to be transacted from the transaction request information;
and searching the target enterprise service item corresponding to the enterprise service category and the enterprise service name from a preset enterprise service list.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after assigning the business order to the corresponding business handler, further comprising:
receiving order processing information for the business order submitted by the business processing personnel on the operation service platform;
and returning the order processing information to the corresponding order application user, and changing the current service state of the service order.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation service platform communicates with a third party service platform, and the assigning the business orders to corresponding business processing personnel comprises:
and if the business order belongs to a third-party service business order, forwarding the business order to the third-party service platform so that the third-party service platform distributes corresponding business processing personnel.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the enterprise service items comprise at least one of: financing loan projects, project declaration projects, resource docking projects, law maintenance projects, management consultation projects and talent training projects.
7. An enterprise service providing apparatus applied to an operation service platform, wherein the operation service platform comprises a plurality of enterprise service items independent from each other, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the transaction request information aiming at the enterprise service project sent by the user;
the determining module is used for determining a target enterprise service item required to be transacted by the user from the transaction request information and displaying business transaction information corresponding to the target enterprise service item;
the second receiving module is used for receiving business handling materials submitted by a user on the basis of the business handling information on the operation service platform and auditing the business handling materials;
and the order processing module is used for generating a corresponding business order and distributing the business order to corresponding business processing personnel if the audit is passed.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first receiving module comprises:
the authentication submodule is used for authenticating the user;
and the receiving submodule is used for receiving the transaction request information aiming at the enterprise service project sent by the user if the authentication is passed.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of a method of enterprise service provisioning as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a method for providing enterprise services according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
