Abstract
本发明公开了一种超薄型超粘数码印刷预涂膜,预涂膜由EVA、聚丙烯、异丙醇、增粘剂、聚乙烯亚胺组成,其重量份数的组分为:EVA 12‑25份;聚丙烯8‑15份;异丙醇2‑5份;增塑剂5‑10份;增粘剂8‑15份;聚乙烯亚胺7‑15份;杀菌剂4‑8份;阻燃剂6‑12份。本发明主要由EVA、聚丙烯、异丙醇、增塑剂和聚乙烯亚胺组成,可有效降低本预涂膜整体的厚度(厚度在17‑25MIC之间),添加了增粘剂,可有效提高本预涂膜整体的粘度,添加了杀菌剂,可有效提高本预涂膜整体的抗菌性,添加了阻燃剂,可有效提高本预涂膜整体的阻燃性,从而延长了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及预涂膜技术领域,具体为一种超薄型超粘数码印刷预涂膜。
背景技术
预涂膜是指预先将塑料薄膜上胶、复卷后,再与纸张印品复合的工艺,它先由预涂膜加工厂根据使用规格、幅面,将胶液涂布在薄膜上复卷后供使用厂家选择,而后再与印刷品进行复合,经覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更平滑光亮,从而提高印刷品的光泽度和牢度,图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,但现有的预涂膜其厚度较厚,且粘度等性能较差,从而降低了其使用寿命,为此,我们提出一种超薄型超粘数码印刷预涂膜。

本发明的目的在于提供一种超薄型超粘数码印刷预涂膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超薄型超粘数码印刷预涂膜,预涂膜由EVA、聚丙烯、异丙醇、增塑剂、增粘剂、聚乙烯亚胺、杀菌剂和阻燃剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:EVA 12-25份;聚丙烯8-15份;异丙醇2-5份;增塑剂5-10份;增粘剂8-15份;聚乙烯亚胺7-15份;杀菌剂4-8份;阻燃剂6-12份。
优选的,所述增粘剂由EVA、EAA和聚乙烯亚胺组成,其重量份数的组分为:EVA 50-70份;EAA 20-40份;聚乙烯亚胺5-15份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂由岩棉、玻璃纤维、磷酸铵、聚酰亚胺、氢氧化铝、氧化锌、三氧化二锑和二氧化铪组成,其重量份数的组分为:岩棉15-25份;玻璃纤维20-30份;磷酸铵10-20份;聚酰亚胺12-22份;氢氧化铝8-15份;氧化锌3-7份;三氧化二锑2-8份;二氧化铪1-3份。
优选的,所述杀菌剂由聚四氟乙烯、纳米锌、五氯酚钠、三氯异氰尿酸、有机酸、包埋剂、助溶剂、稳定剂和罗布麻纤维组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚四氟乙烯3-7份;纳米锌1-3份;五氯酚钠0.5-1.5份;三氯异氰尿酸20-35份;有机酸5-8份;包埋剂2-4份;助溶剂10-15份;稳定剂7-15份;罗布麻纤维5-10份。
