Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含通过粘附性中间层膜组合的两个玻璃板的层压玻璃,所述粘附性中间层膜采用至少一个基于聚乙烯醇缩醛的具有低增塑剂含量和粘附性控制剂(adhesion
control agent)的层制造而成,以提供良好的抗穿透性。
背景技术
已知将两个玻璃板与具有降低的对玻璃的粘附性的增塑聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层压,由此制造具有良好的抗穿透性的层压窗玻璃,例如用于汽车应用(诸如根据ECE
R43的挡风玻璃)或者用于根据EN 356的建筑物中的层压窗玻璃。降低的粘附性应在通过拉伸而非断裂的机械冲击的情况下确保能量被中间层吸收。另一方面,粘附性应足够高以防止玻璃碎片从中间层脱层(delamination)。这两种效果都可以通过属性“抗穿透性”来概括。
这样的增塑聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜(PVB膜)的粘附性通常通过将少量的粘附性控制剂(诸如金属盐,特别是碱金属盐或碱土金属盐)添加至膜的本体来调节。在层压至玻璃期间,这样的金属离子与玻璃表面相互作用,导致PVB-膜对玻璃表面的粘附性降低。粘附性控制剂的量取决于PVB膜的组成和玻璃板的表面化学。当然,粘附性控制对于玻璃和膜表面之间的所有界面而言都是必要的,因为抗穿透性受到具有最高粘附性的界面的限制。因此,具有低粘附性的一个界面和高粘附性的第二界面的层压玻璃将不会表现出在两个界面上都具有过高的粘附性的层压玻璃的不良冲击性能。
最近,具有低或零增塑剂含量的薄PVB-膜已被提议作为除了用于生产功能化层压窗玻璃的具有通常含量的增塑剂和粘附性控制剂的厚PVB-膜之外的“功能载体”。
在这样的层压体中,薄PVB-膜可以与玻璃表面接触。发现尽管金属盐被认为从增塑的厚PVB-膜迁移至薄PVB-膜,但是所产生的中间层膜对玻璃的粘附性过高,以至于无法获得良好的抗穿透性。
此外,发现简单地添加相同量和相同类型的常用于与玻璃接触的厚的增塑PVB膜中的粘附性控制剂不会降低例如由ECE R43规定的冲击要求所必需的低增塑PVB膜的粘附性。
通常,将镁盐作为粘附性控制剂另外提供给与玻璃接触的增塑PVB膜,以减少玻璃板的表面化学的差异。令人惊讶的是,发现相比于增塑PVB膜,镁盐对于低增塑PVB-膜对玻璃的粘附性具有非常有限的影响。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供具有减少的增塑剂含量的用于层压窗玻璃的层,其赋予成品层压玻璃良好的穿透性能。
已发现,在薄的低增塑剂膜中的一定量的碱金属离子提供足够降低的对玻璃表面的粘附性。
因此,本发明涉及通过将至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩醛PA和任选至少一种增塑剂WA的膜A和至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩醛PB和至少一种增塑剂WB的膜B层压在两个玻璃板之间获得的层压玻璃,其中在层压之前

- 增塑剂WB在膜B中的量为至少16重量%,并且
- 膜A包含至少7 ppm的碱金属离子。

作为碱金属离子,钾或钠或锂是优选的。在锂的情况下,碱金属离子浓度的优选范围为7-210、优选14-140、且更优选21-140 ppm;在钠的情况下,碱金属离子浓度的优选范围为23-690、优选46-460、且更优选69-460 ppm;在钾的情况下,碱金属离子浓度的优选范围为39-1170、优选78-780 ppm、且更优选117-780。进一步优选以具有1-10个碳原子的羧酸的盐的形式添加碱金属离子。特别优选的是乙酸钾作为粘附性控制剂。
碱金属盐的总量可以为基于膜A的重量低至0.005重量%。碱金属盐的优选范围为0.01%-0.1%;0.02-0.08%;0.03-0.06%,各重量%均基于膜A的重量计。
用于本发明的层压体中的膜A可另外包含碱土金属离子(alkaline earth
ion),但由于它们对粘附性的影响有限,因此相比于碱金属离子(alkali ion)应仅使用少量的碱土金属离子。在本发明的第一实施方案中,膜A包含0-20 ppm、优选0-5 ppm碱土金属离子。
然而,当增塑PVB膜面向两个具有不同的表面化学的玻璃板时,已知碱土金属离子具有平衡粘附性的作用。因此,在本发明的第二实施方案中,膜A包含5-20 ppm碱土金属离子。可以以具有1-10个碳原子的羧酸的盐的形式添加碱土金属离子。特别优选的是乙酸镁作为第二粘附性控制剂。在本实施方案中,膜A中按ppm计的碱金属离子与碱土金属离子的比率优选至少大于1,尤其是大于5,更优选大于10。
此外,膜A的碱滴定度(alkaline titer)可大于10、大于20、大于40、大于50、大于80、大于90且优选大于100,在每种情况下的最大值为500。与膜A不同的是,膜B的碱滴定度优选较低,且更特别是碱滴定度(膜A)- 碱滴定度(膜B)之间的差大于2、6且优选大于10个AT单位。
为了避免雾度,可以减少膜A中的氯离子和/或硝酸根离子和/或硫酸根离子的量。
因此,膜A的氯化物含量可以小于150 ppm,优选小于100 ppm,且特别小于50 ppm。在理想的情况下,膜A的氯化物含量小于10 ppm或甚至为0 ppm。

按照本发明使用的膜A在层压之前的起始状态中可以包含小于16重量%(例如15.9重量%)、小于12重量%、小于8重量%、小于6重量%、小于4重量%、小于2重量%、小于1重量%的增塑剂或甚至不含增塑剂(0.0重量%)。在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,具有低增塑剂含量的膜A优选包含0.0-8重量%的增塑剂。
在根据本发明的方法中,膜A在层压之前的起始状态中具有不超过20%、优选15%、且优选不超过10%的一个或多个膜B的厚度的厚度。
膜A在层压之前的起始状态中的厚度为10-250 µm,优选20-160 µm,优选30-120 µm,优选40-100 µm,且最优选50-80 µm。该厚度范围不包括膜上的附加涂层。在层压玻璃中,该膜的厚度可以通过增塑剂从膜B的转移而增加。
膜A独立于膜B生产(例如挤出或溶剂浇铸)并且完全不含增塑剂或含有足够小比例的增塑剂,从而使得后续的功能化和处理不会受到不利影响。
膜B在起始状态中的厚度为450-2500 µm,优选600-1000 µm,优选700-900
µm。可以在本发明中使用多个膜B,其彼此堆叠或通过膜A分隔开。
如果膜B在产生夹层体(sandwich)之前被拉伸和/或另外以弯曲的方式调整成屏幕(例如挡风玻璃)的形状,则在层压时所指定的厚度可以再一次减少高达20%。

在汽车窗玻璃的情况下,出于美学和稳定性的原因,采用密封剂来密封层压玻璃层压体的边缘是不优选的。这使得这样的窗玻璃更容易受到边缘缺陷形成的影响,例如层的彼此脱离或层与玻璃表面脱层。
在根据本发明的方法中,具有低增塑剂含量的膜A可以被定制切割并定位成使得它不会到达在层压玻璃层压体中远到该层压体边缘的任何位置。特别地,膜A在边缘区域中可以比至少一个玻璃板小至少1 mm,从而使得膜B在该边缘区域中与不相邻于A且不接触膜A的位置处的玻璃板直接接触。

膜A的厚度可用来补偿未提供在膜B的整个表面上的另一个膜的厚度。在这种情况下,中间层膜的厚度差可能导致产生光学变形。本发明的膜A可以通过使用边框(frame)或膜A的开口包围附加的膜层来均衡附加的膜的厚度,即将附加的膜层提供至膜A的开口。在这种情况下,膜A的厚度可以相差小于附加膜层厚度的50%,优选小于30%,甚至更优选小于15%。在最好的情况下,膜A具有与附加的膜基本相同的厚度。可以将若干个膜A组合以获得所需的总厚度。附加的膜可以配备有例如IR反射涂层,光反射或导光结构(诸如半透明镜或全息层)或导电结构和/或提供另外的抗穿透性(如PET膜)。
功能化的膜
膜A可设有功能,诸如热屏蔽颗粒、热屏蔽涂层、降低的透光率、着色和/或导电结构,例如PCT/EP2014/075860中公开的加热丝(heating
wire)、天线。
当使用多于一个膜A时,它们可以各自设有相同或不同的功能。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,将膜A作为如PCT/EP2014/075853中公开的热屏蔽膜提供。热屏蔽膜被认为是这样的膜:在由2×2.1
mm透明玻璃(例如Planilux™)和在中间布置为膜B的标准汽车膜(例如TROSIFOL VG R10
0.76)以及不具有热屏蔽功能的膜A构成的试验层压体和相应结构化的层压体(其中膜A具有热屏蔽功能)中采用根据ISO 13837:2008(v = 14 m/s;值以%计)的比较测量和评估,其具有如下的降低的总太阳能透射率(TTS):

另外,在与所述试验层压体进行比较和对比时,根据本发明的具有热屏蔽功能的膜A的设置可以具有通过引入热屏蔽功能而将透光率(按照EN 410;2011测量的TL,值以%计)降低至较小程度的优点,类似于总太阳能透射率TTS(根据ISO
13837:2008,v =
14 m/s;值以%计)。
按照本发明使用的热屏蔽膜A优选具有大于1.2或大于1.25或大于1.30或大于1.35或大于1.40或大于1.45的TL/TTS的商。
热屏蔽膜A可以含有作为热屏蔽颗粒或作为热屏蔽涂层的例如ITO、ATO、AZO、IZO、锑酸锌、锡掺杂的氧化锌、硅掺杂的氧化锌、镓掺杂的氧化锌、钨酸盐(tungstanate)(诸如LiWO3、NaWO3、CsWO3)、六硼化镧或六硼化铈。
热屏蔽颗粒优选具有5-500 nm的平均直径。热屏蔽颗粒在膜A中的比例可以为1-20重量%,优选2-10重量%。可替代热屏蔽颗粒或者除了热屏蔽颗粒之外,基于金属层的热屏蔽涂层或介电层的叠层可以用在膜A的表面上。
为了避免在热屏蔽颗粒或热屏蔽涂层处的腐蚀,可以如已经公开的那样减少氯离子和/或硝酸根离子和/或硫酸根离子的量。
聚乙烯醇缩醛
按照本发明使用的膜A和膜B含有聚乙烯醇缩醛,其通过聚乙烯醇或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的缩醛化来生产。
所述膜可含有聚乙烯醇缩醛,其各自具有不同的聚乙烯醇含量、缩醛化程度、残余的乙酸酯含量、乙烯比例、分子量和/或缩醛基团的醛的不同链长。
特别地,用于生产聚乙烯醇缩醛的醛或酮化合物可为直链或支链的(也就是说“正”或“异”型),含有2-10个碳原子,其产生相应的直链或支链缩醛基团。聚乙烯醇缩醛因此称为“聚乙烯醇(异)缩醛”或“聚乙烯醇(正)缩醛”。
按照本发明使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛特别是由至少一种聚乙烯醇与一种或多种含有2-10个碳原子的脂族非支链的酮化合物的反应产生。为此目的,优选使用正丁醛。
用于产生膜A或膜B中的聚乙烯醇缩醛的聚乙烯醇或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物可以是相同或不同的,纯的聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯醇的混合物或具有不同聚合度或水解度的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物。
膜A或膜B中的聚乙烯醇缩醛的聚乙酸乙烯酯含量可以通过使用皂化至适当程度的聚乙烯醇或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物来设定。聚乙烯醇缩醛的极性受到聚乙酸乙烯酯含量的影响,由此各个层的增塑剂相容性和机械强度也随之变化。另外,还可以实施聚乙烯醇或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物与多种醛或酮化合物的混合物的缩醛化。
膜A或膜B优选包含具有0.1-20 mol%、优选0.5-3
mol%或5-8 mol%的聚乙酸乙烯酯基团基于所述层的比例(相同或不同地)的聚乙烯醇缩醛。
在膜A中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛PA的聚乙烯醇含量可以为6-26重量%、8-24重量%、10-22重量%、12-21重量%、14-20重量%、16-19重量%、且优选16-21重量%或10-16重量%。
独立于膜A,在膜B中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛PB的聚乙烯醇含量可以为14-26重量%、16-24重量%、17-23重量%、且优选18-21重量%。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,膜A包含具有6-26重量%的乙烯醇基团比例的聚乙烯醇缩醛PA,并且膜B包含具有14-26重量%的乙烯醇基团比例的聚乙烯醇缩醛PB。
膜A或膜B优选包含未交联的聚乙烯醇缩醛。也可以使用交联的聚乙烯醇缩醛。用于使聚乙烯醇缩醛交联的方法描述于例如EP 1527107 B1和WO 2004/063231 A1(含有羧基的聚乙烯醇缩醛的热自交联)、EP
1606325 A1(与聚醛交联的聚乙烯醇缩醛)和WO 03/020776 A1(与乙醛酸交联的聚乙烯醇缩醛)中。
增塑剂
按照本发明使用的膜A和/或膜B可以包含一种或多种选自以下组中的化合物作为增塑剂:
-多元脂族或芳族酸的酯,例如己二酸二烷基酯,如己二酸二己酯、己二酸二辛酯、己二酸己基环己酯、己二酸庚酯和己二酸壬酯的混合物、己二酸二异壬酯、己二酸庚基壬酯、以及己二酸与脂环族酯醇或含有醚化合物的酯醇的酯;癸二酸二烷基酯,如癸二酸二丁酯、以及癸二酸与脂环族酯醇或含有醚化合物的酯醇的酯;邻苯二甲酸的酯,如邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯或邻苯二甲酸双-2-丁氧基乙酯
-具有一个或多个非支链或支链的脂族或芳族取代基的多元脂族或芳族醇或低聚醚二醇的酯或醚,例如甘油、二甘醇、三甘醇或四甘醇与直链或支链的脂族或脂环族羧酸的酯;后一类的实例包括二甘醇-双-(2-乙基己酸酯)、三甘醇-双-(2-乙基己酸酯)、三甘醇-双-(2-乙基丁酸酯)、四甘醇-双-正庚酸酯、三甘醇-双-正庚酸酯、三甘醇-双-正己酸酯、四甘醇二甲基醚和/或二丙甘醇苯甲酸酯
-具有脂族或芳族酯醇的磷酸酯,如磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯(TOF)、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸二苯基-2-乙基己基酯和/或磷酸三甲苯酯
-柠檬酸、琥珀酸和/或富马酸的酯。
根据定义,增塑剂是具有高沸点的有机液体。出于这一原因,具有高于120℃的沸点的其它类型的有机液体也可以用作增塑剂。
在其中增塑剂WA存在于起始状态中的膜A中的变型中,膜A还有膜B特别优选包含1,2-环己烷二羧酸二异壬酯(DINCH)或三甘醇-双-2-乙基己酸酯(3GO或3G8)作为增塑剂。
膜B可以由至少两个子膜B'和B''组成,所述子膜具有不同的增塑剂含量。
此外,膜A和膜B可以包含其它添加剂,例如残余量的水、UV吸收剂、抗氧化剂、粘附性调节剂、光学增白剂或荧光添加剂、稳定剂、着色剂、加工助剂、无机或有机纳米颗粒、热解硅酸和/或表面活性物质。
特别地,膜B可以包含0.001-0.1重量%的羧酸的碱金属盐和/或碱土金属盐作为粘附性控制剂。优选膜B包含至少10 ppm、优选20 ppm和最优选30 ppm的量的镁离子。
层压工艺
本发明还涉及生产所描述的抗穿透性玻璃层压体的方法,其中将所述膜A定位在玻璃板上,然后由至少一个膜B覆盖,并随后施加第二玻璃板。
或者,可以将膜B定位在玻璃板上,然后要由至少一个膜A覆盖,并且要施加第二玻璃板。
本发明还涉及生产层压玻璃的方法,其中提供包含至少一个膜A和至少一个膜B的叠层,将所述叠层定位在第一玻璃板上,然后施加第二玻璃板。
根据本发明可以首先通过升高的温度使膜A在整个区域或局部地熔化在玻璃板上,然后用膜B将其覆盖。或者,可以将膜A和膜B共同定位在两个玻璃板之间并在升高的温度下使其熔化。
优选实施用于生产层压玻璃的层压步骤,以使得膜A和膜B位于两个玻璃板之间,并且在升高或降低的压力和升高的温度下压制由此制备的层状体,以形成层压体。
可以在进行或不进行预层压体的在先生产下使用本领域技术人员所熟悉的方法来层压所述层状体。
所谓的压热法(autoclave process)在约10-15巴的升高压力和100-150℃的温度下在约2小时的期间内实施。真空袋或真空环方法(例如根据EP 1 235 683 B1)在约200毫巴和130-145℃下起作用。
还可以使用所谓的真空层压机。这些真空层压机由可加热和抽真空的腔室组成,在其中层压窗玻璃可以在30-60分钟内层压。0.01-300毫巴的降低压力和100-200℃,特别是130-160℃的温度已证明其在实践中的有效性(worth)。
在最简单的情况下,为了生产层压玻璃层压体,将膜A或膜B定位在玻璃板上,并且同步或随后定位另外的膜B或膜A。然后施加第二玻璃板,产生玻璃膜层压体。随后可以借助于本领域技术人员已知的任何预层压方法除去过量空气。此时,这些层也已经预先轻微地彼此粘接或粘接至玻璃。
然后可以使玻璃膜层压体经历压热法。优选将膜A定位在第一玻璃板上并且由更厚的膜B覆盖,然后施加第二玻璃板。可以在许多可设想的且原则上切实可行的变型中实施该方法。例如,膜A容易从具有适当宽度的辊中取出,而膜B已经预先定制切割成待生产的层压玻璃的尺寸。这在挡风玻璃和其它汽车窗玻璃部件的情况下是特别有利的。在这种情况下,在将更厚的膜B定制切割之前仍另外地拉伸所述更厚的膜B是特别有利的。这能够更经济地使用膜,或者,对于其中膜B具有色彩(colour tint)的情况而言,这使得其曲率能够适应于上层板边缘。
在汽车领域中,特别是用于生产挡风玻璃,膜A和/或膜B可设有着色区域(诸如在膜的上部区域中的墨带(ink
ribbon))。为此,膜A和膜B的上部可以与适当着色的聚合物熔体共挤出,或者在膜A和膜B之一的多层系统中的某些区域中可能存在不同的着色。在本发明中,这可通过使膜A和膜B中的至少一个完全或部分着色来实现。
按照本发明,膜B因此可以具有色彩,在预先的处理步骤中已经特别使其适应于挡风玻璃的几何形状。
膜B还可以具有楔形厚度剖面。根据本发明的层压玻璃层压体获得楔形厚度剖面,甚至具有膜A的平面平行厚度剖面,并可以在机动车辆挡风玻璃中用于HUD显示。
在最简单的情况下,膜B是具有或不具有墨带且具有或不具有楔形厚度剖面的市售PVB膜。具有分散在其中的纳米颗粒的用于IR保护的膜B也可用作着色膜。当然,膜B还可以是具有声学功能的膜,从而通过与膜A组合来获得进一步改善的隔音性能。当然,膜B还可能已经结合了多个所提到的功能。
薄的膜A一般通过使用铸膜线(cast-film line)挤出或以吹塑膜的形式来生产。此时,表面粗糙度也可通过受控的熔体破裂产生或采用铸膜方法另外通过使用结构化的冷却辊和/或结构背辊(structure back roll)产生。可选地,溶剂浇铸法可用于在功能化和在所描述的抗穿透性玻璃层压体中使用之前生产膜A。按照本发明使用的膜优选具有单侧的表面结构,其粗糙度Rz为0-25 µm,优选Rz为1-20 µm,特别优选Rz为3-15 µm,且特别是Rz为4-12 µm。如果膜A与玻璃板接触的那一侧具有不超过其厚度的20%的表面粗糙度Rz,则这是特别优选的。
如果膜A的表面设有热屏蔽涂层,则在施加所述涂层之前,特别低的表面粗糙度是优选的。特别是,此时的粗糙度参数Ra小于3 µm,且Rz小于5 µm。
具体实施方式
将PVB树脂粉末(Kuraray Europe
GmbH的商品级Mowital B60H)进料至同向旋转双螺杆型实验室挤出机的入口漏斗。同时将不具有粘附性控制剂或者是给定的碱金属盐和/或碱土金属盐的水溶液定量添加(dose)到挤出机入口区域中。将熔体从34 cm宽的狭缝口模(slit die)挤出到经冷却的冷却辊上,以形成薄的不含增塑剂的膜并随后将所述薄的不含增塑剂的膜以30 cm的宽度与120-130 µm的厚度卷绕(作为膜A使用和评估)。
在分析测定水分含量(Karl-Fischer-法)和金属含量(离子色谱法)之前,将辊存放在具有23℃/ 28%RH的恒定气候的调理区域中。
在生产试验层压体之前,在相同的气候下调理具有降低的粘附性的商业汽车级PVB膜(来自Kuraray Europe GmbH的TROSIFOL®
VG R10 0.76 = 膜B的实例)和商业高粘附性建筑级PVB膜(来自Kuraray Europe GmbH的TROSIFOL®
BG R20 0.76)。
通过将透明玻璃(Planilux® 2.1 mm,在平板玻璃洗涤机上用去离子水< 5 μS清洗)与膜A和膜B按照如下铺叠顺序组合获得具有30×30 cm尺寸的试验层压体:
对于与汽车级PVB组合的粘附性试验和抗穿透性:底部玻璃(空气侧)-膜A-VG R10-(锡侧(tin side))顶部玻璃
对于与高粘附性级PVB组合的压缩剪切特性:底部玻璃(空气侧)-膜A-BG R20-膜A-(空气侧)顶部玻璃
使不同的夹层体通过商业平板玻璃层压钳线(nipper-line)以产生预层压体。通过使用高压釜在标准条件下(90分钟,包括30分钟在140℃和12巴下的保持时间)完成层压。
在进一步机械评估之前,在23℃环境条件下使层压体静置1周。
根据ECE 43R测试层压体结构的抗穿透性。
如下测量碱滴定度:在磁力搅拌器上使3-4克的聚乙烯醇缩醛膜溶解在乙醇/THF(80:20)的100 ml混合物中并过夜。加入10 ml的经稀释的盐酸(c =
0.01 mol/l)。相对于空白样品,使用滴定仪(titroprocessor)(例如通过Metrohm)用四丁基氢氧化铵在2-丙醇中的溶液(TBAH,c = 0.01 mol/l)对过量的盐酸进行电位滴定。碱滴定度计算为:
ml(0.01 mol/l HCl)/100 g样品 = (ml TBAH空白 - ml TBAH样品)×100 /样品重量(以g计)。
膜对玻璃的粘附性通过‘击打值(pummel value)’给出,在每种情况下都基于玻璃的空气侧或锡侧。以本领域技术人员已知的方式进行击打试验。
如从表1中可以看出,与表2中全部未通过该试验的对比例相比,根据本发明的层压体具有高抗穿透性并通过了根据ECE 43的冲击试验。
Claims (18)
1.通过将至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩醛PA和任选至少一种增塑剂WA的膜A和至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩醛PB和至少一种增塑剂WB的膜B层压在两个玻璃板之间获得的层压玻璃,其特征在于在层压之前
- 增塑剂WA在膜A中的量为小于16重量%,
- 增塑剂WB在膜B中的量为至少16重量%,并且
- 膜A包含至少7 ppm的碱金属离子。
2.根据权利要求1的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A包含0-20 ppm的碱土金属离子。
3.根据权利要求1或2的层压玻璃,其特征在于在膜A中碱金属离子与碱土金属离子的比率按ppm计为至少1。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A具有高于10的碱滴定度。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A包含具有6-26重量%的乙烯醇基团比例的聚乙烯醇缩醛PA,并且膜B包含具有14-26重量%的乙烯醇基团比例的聚乙烯醇缩醛PB。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜B包含0.001-0.1重量%的羧酸的碱金属盐和/或碱土金属盐。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A相比于膜B具有较小的表面积。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A具有至少一个开口,以使得膜B通过所述开口与抵靠膜A的玻璃板直接接触。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A具有至少一个开口,将附加膜层提供至所述开口,其中膜A的厚度相差小于所述附加膜层厚度的50%。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜B由至少两个子膜B'和B''组成,所述子膜具有不同的增塑剂含量。
11.根据权利要求1-10中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜B具有楔形厚度剖面。
12.根据权利要求1-11中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜B具有着色区域。
13.根据权利要求1-12中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A具有着色区域。
14.根据权利要求1-13中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A的厚度为1-150 µm。
15.根据权利要求1-14中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A具有小于150 ppm的氯离子和/或硝酸根离子和/或硫酸根离子。
16.根据权利要求1-15中任一项或多项的层压玻璃,其特征在于膜A设有热屏蔽颗粒、热屏蔽涂层和/或设有导电结构。
17.用于生产根据权利要求1-16中任一项的层压玻璃的方法,其特征在于将膜A定位在第一玻璃板上,然后由至少一个膜B覆盖,并随后施加第二玻璃板。
18.用于生产根据权利要求1-16中任一项的层压玻璃的方法,其特征在于提供了包含至少一个膜A和至少一个膜B的叠层,将所述叠层定位在第一玻璃板上,然后施加第二玻璃板。
