The wild pineapple extract is mainly prepared by sequentially concentrating and spray drying wild pineapple extract; the preparation method of the wild pineapple extracting solution comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating fresh wild pineapple fruits to obtain wild pineapple powder; then, carrying out water extraction on the wild pineapple powder to obtain water extract and water extraction filter residue; then carrying out alcohol extraction on the water extraction filter residue to obtain an alcohol extract; and finally, uniformly mixing the water extract and the alcohol extract to obtain the wild pineapple extract. The wild pineapple extract prepared by the method has a good treatment effect on hyperuricemia, and the problem of side effects of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hyperuricemia, which contains severe coldness and toxic medicines, can be effectively solved by preparing the wild pineapple extract into the medicine for treating the hyperuricemia.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a wild pineapple extract and application thereof in preparing a medicine for treating hyperuricemia.
Background
Gout is an inflammatory disease induced by monosodium urate crystals, and Hyperuricemia (HUA) can be caused by long-term active purine metabolism, excessive purine uptake or uric acid excretion disorder. Long-term hyperuricemia can cause deposition of urate crystals in joints and surrounding soft tissues, and then repeated acute joint and soft tissue inflammation, tophus deposition, chronic arthritis and joint damage occur. At present, no practical and effective radical cure mode is available for gout and hyperuricemia clinically, the hyperuricemia becomes the second most metabolic disease next to diabetes, particularly, the prevalence rate of the HUA in economically developed areas of China reaches 5.0% -23.5% in economically developed cities and coastal areas, and the HUA rapidly increases at a rate of 9.7% per year. In 2019, the number of hyperuricemia patients in China reaches 1.7 hundred million, the number of gout patients exceeds 8000 ten million, and in 2020, the number of gout patients reaches 1 hundred million, and the tendency of high prevalence and young development is expected.
At present, western medicine treatment means for acute gouty arthritis comprise anti-inflammatory analgesics, glucocorticoids, uric acid reduction and the like, and clinically, medicaments for treating hyperuricemia mainly comprise benzbromarone, probenecid, allopurin and the like; but the adverse reaction is large, the gastrointestinal reaction is obvious, the clinical treatment is greatly limited along with the damage of liver and kidney functions, potential neurotoxicity, muscle toxicity and the like, and the traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages in the aspect of treating gout.
Gout belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of gout is theorized by doctors, and the pathogenesis of gout is basically considered as follows: 1. disorder of transportation and transformation of the spleen and stomach, abnormal ascending and descending, water retention which cannot be distributed and dispersed, and accumulated in the middle-jiao to become damp, the damp-heat is transformed into heat for a long time, and the accumulation of damp-heat is the root cause of gout; 2. dampness-heat toxin can retain meridians, block and block meridians, and cause stagnation of qi and blood in joints, so that the joint is suffered from gout, which is manifested as acute swelling and pain of joints and gout; deficiency of the spleen and stomach, congenital impairment, liver and kidney deficiency, malnutrition of the tendons and vessels of the limbs, damp-heat pathogen obstructing the joints, obstructing the circulation of qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis after a long time, further obstructing the joints, aggravating the disease condition, and manifesting as repeated pain of the joints or formation of tophus.
Gout is classified into type 4 according to the Chinese medicine industry standard of the people's republic of China, "the standard of curative effect for diagnosing traditional Chinese medicine diseases": damp-heat accumulation, stagnant heat stagnation, turbid phlegm stagnation, and liver-kidney yin deficiency. The common clinical symptoms are damp-heat accumulation type and stagnant heat blocking type, and the mechanism of treating gout in traditional Chinese medicine is that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of gout are considered in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment process: the food and drink are irregular and the spleen and stomach are disordered, and damp-heat is generated in the interior, so the clinical treatment is divided into: the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the main effects of tonifying spleen and promoting transportation, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, is supplemented with the effects of dredging collaterals and removing blood stasis, tonifying liver and relieving pain, and is also supplemented with the effects of tonifying spleen and discharging acid, and tonifying kidney and dissolving stones, so that a good treatment effect can be achieved.
Meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine for treating gout has more prescriptions, for example: the gout is generally prevented and treated by adopting traditional Chinese medicines for clearing heat, dispelling wind, dredging collaterals and promoting diuresis or traditional Chinese medicines for clearing heat, promoting diuresis, treating stranguria and removing calculus, common Chinese herbal medicines mainly comprise lysimachia christinae hance, lycopodium clavatum, sargentgloryvine stem and the like, the medicines are often severe cold and toxic, certain side effects exist, and the treatment effects of various formulas are not obvious. The traditional Chinese medicines are prepared by a traditional pharmaceutical method, and due to the disorder of the medicinal material sources, the traditional Chinese medicine gout preparation has the advantages of slow effect, long clinical medicine taking period, pain of patients in taking medicine and low acceptance, and a preparation technology of a high-efficiency anti-gout medicine without toxic or side effect is urgently needed to be developed. In addition, the phenomenon of easy recurrence is common in the clinical treatment of gout at present, strict diet control and irregular medicine taking are required, and a medicine capable of thoroughly relieving gout symptoms needs to be developed.
Therefore, researches and developments of a drug for treating hyperuricemia which is short in treatment course, quick in effect, high in clinical cure rate and not easy to relapse and is prepared from mild Chinese herbal medicine raw materials are necessary and urgent to solve the problem of side effects caused by the fact that the existing traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hyperuricemia often contains severe cold and toxic drugs.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
