Specifically, the pearl powder is obtained by grinding the pearl, and the particle size of the pearl powder is smaller than 100nm, so that the utilization efficiency of the pearl powder is maximum, and the pearl powder is very easy to be absorbed by pores of the skin, thereby achieving the expected effects of whitening, removing freckles and resisting aging.
Then soaking the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the scutellaria baicalensis, decocting twice, and combining decoction to obtain an extract I. Before the first decoction, the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the scutellaria baicalensis are immersed in water, so that water can enter cells, cytoplasm in the cells can be easily extracted, the preparation time is shorter, and the cost is lower. It should be noted here that the combined decoction is not favorable for later-stage preparation due to the fact that the combined decoction has a large water content and a large volume, so that the concentration can effectively reduce the volume of the decoction, the convenience is better, and the preservation is more convenient. Specifically, the concentration factor may be 8 to 10.
After preparing the first extract, the cactus fruit and the pectinase can be mixed and fermented, and then the second extract is obtained after separation. Because the prickly pear is rich in polysaccharides, flavonoids, trace elements, vitamins and pectin, and the pectin has a great effect of hindering the dissolution of the effective components, the prickly pear and the pectin are mixed and fermented for 30-60 min at the temperature of 40-60 ℃. Therefore, pectin in the cactus fruit can be used as a substrate to be decomposed by pectinase, so that polysaccharides, flavonoids, vitamins, trace elements and other substances in pulp are fully dissolved, the utilization rate of the cactus fruit is improved, and the preparation cost is lower. At lower temperatures, the activity of pectinase is insufficient, and at higher temperatures, pectinase is easily inactivated and has a poor pectin-decomposing effect. When the fermentation time is too long, the decomposition effect does not increase with time because the amount of pectin as a substrate decreases, and therefore, the production cost tends to increase with a long time. It is noted that the mass ratio of the prickly pear to the pectinase is (10-12):1, so that the addition of the pectinase is reasonable and scientific and is not wasted. When the content of the pectinase is low, the pectin cannot be completely decomposed, the decomposition time is long, and when the content of the pectinase is high, the pectin is not matched with the content of the pectin, the cost is high, and meanwhile, the quality of the cactus fruit is poor.
Mixing the pearl powder, the fish oil, the peptide, the first extract and the second extract to obtain the composition. The mixing effect can be enhanced by properly stirring in the mixing process, the quality of the composition is ensured to be superior, and the using effect is better.
The invention also provides a facial mask of the anti-aging composition, which is mainly obtained by immersing a facial mask substrate in the composition prepared by the method. By the method, the composition can be uniformly pasted on the face by the mask base material, the pasting property is better, and the absorption utilization rate of the skin is higher. Moreover, the active ingredients attached to the mask base material can be continuously absorbed by the face, so that the mask has weaker fluidity and is more convenient to use.
It should be noted that the preparation sequence of the pearl powder, the first extract and the second extract is not limited in particular, and the preparation sequence may be changed or prepared simultaneously.

Example 1
The present embodiment aims to provide an anti-aging composition, which includes the following raw materials:
2g of ginseng, 25g of pearl, 10g of fish oil, 10g of rhodiola rosea, 10g of scutellaria baicalensis, 41 g of palmitoyl pentapeptide and 12g of prickly pear.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder with particle size less than 100 nm; soaking radix Ginseng, radix Rhodiolae and radix Scutellariae, decocting for 30min and 20min respectively, mixing decoctions, and concentrating by 10 times to obtain first extractive solution; mixing prickly pear and pectinase at a mass ratio of 11:1, fermenting (at 50 deg.C for 45min), and separating to obtain extract II; and mixing the pearl powder, the fish oil, the palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, the first extracting solution and the second extracting solution to obtain the composition.
Example 2
The present embodiment aims to provide an anti-aging composition, which includes the following raw materials:
1g of ginseng, 15g of pearl, 5g of fish oil, 8g of rhodiola rosea, 8g of scutellaria baicalensis, 70.5 g of palmitoyl dipeptide, 6g of prickly pear, 3g of bitter orange, 10g of humectant and 2g of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder with particle diameter less than 80 nm; soaking radix Ginseng, radix Rhodiolae and radix Scutellariae, decocting for 40min and 30min respectively, mixing decoctions, and concentrating 8 times to obtain first extractive solution; mixing Opuntia Dillenii Haw, bitter orange and pectinase at a mass ratio of 12:1, fermenting at 40 deg.C for 60min, and separating to obtain extract II; and mixing the pearl powder, the fish oil, the palmitoyl dipeptide-7, the humectant, the sodium hyaluronate, the first extract and the second extract to prepare the composition.
Example 3
The present embodiment aims to provide an anti-aging composition, which includes the following raw materials:
5g of ginseng, 40g of pearl, 15g of fish oil, 12g of rhodiola rosea, 12g of scutellaria baicalensis, 82 g of acetyl hexapeptide, 18g of prickly pear, 5g of bitter orange, 2g of dianthus chinensis, 30g of humectant and 5g of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder with particle diameter less than 90 nm; soaking radix Ginseng, radix Rhodiolae and radix Scutellariae, decocting for 20min and 30min respectively, mixing decoctions, and concentrating by 12 times to obtain first extractive solution; mixing Opuntia Dillenii Haw, bitter orange and pectinase at a mass ratio of 10:1, fermenting (at 60 deg.C for 30min), and separating to obtain extract II; and mixing the pearl powder, the fish oil, the acetyl hexapeptide-8, the humectant, the dianiline, the sodium hyaluronate, the first extracting solution and the second extracting solution to obtain the composition.
Example 4
The present embodiment aims to provide an anti-aging composition, which includes the following raw materials:
4g of ginseng, 35g of pearl, 13g of fish oil, 11g of rhodiola rosea, 11g of scutellaria baicalensis, 41 g of palmitoyl pentapeptide, 70.5 g of palmitoyl dipeptide, 16g of prickly pear, 6g of bitter orange, 25g of humectant, 4g of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1g of bisabolol and 2g of anthocyanin.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder with particle diameter less than 95 nm; soaking radix Ginseng, radix Rhodiolae and radix Scutellariae, decocting for 35min and 25min respectively, mixing decoctions, and concentrating by 9 times to obtain first extractive solution; mixing Opuntia Dillenii Haw, fructus Citri Junoris and pectinase at a mass ratio of 10.5:1, fermenting at 55 deg.C for 45min, and separating to obtain extract II; and mixing Margarita powder, fish oil, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, palmitoyl dipeptide-7, humectant, sodium hyaluronate, bisabolol, anthocyanidin, extractive solution I and extractive solution II to obtain the composition. And immersing the mask base material non-woven fabric in the prepared composition to prepare the mask.
Example 5
The present embodiment aims to provide an anti-aging composition, which includes the following raw materials:
3g of ginseng, 20g of pearl, 8g of fish oil, 9g of rhodiola rosea, 9g of scutellaria baicalensis, 70.5 g of palmitoyl dipeptide, 80.6 g of acetyl hexapeptide, 9g of cactus fruit, 3g of bitter orange, 1g of caryophyllin, 18g of humectant, 3.5g of sodium hyaluronate, 1g of bisabolol and 3g of anthocyanin.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder with particle diameter less than 85 nm; soaking radix Ginseng, radix Rhodiolae and radix Scutellariae, decocting for 25min and 25min respectively, mixing decoctions, and concentrating 8 times to obtain first extractive solution; mixing Opuntia Dillenii Haw, bitter orange and pectinase at a mass ratio of 11.5:1, fermenting (at 45 deg.C for 55min), and separating to obtain extract II; and mixing Margarita powder, fish oil, palmitoyl dipeptide-7, acetyl hexapeptide-8, humectant, caryophyllin, sodium hyaluronate, extractive solution I and extractive solution II to obtain the composition. And immersing the facial mask substrate biological fiber in the prepared composition to prepare the facial mask, subpackaging and storing.
Examples of effects
50 volunteers were recruited to have wrinkles and color spots (age spots) on their faces, 10 men and 40 women, ranging in age from 40 to 55 years, with an average age of 47 years. Wherein, the effective components in the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the scutellaria baicalensis, such as saponin and salidroside, not only have better anti-aging effect, but also can quickly enter the blood circulation system in vivo and relieve the symptoms of qi and blood deficiency of users. The microelements in Margarita can be absorbed by dermis via the gaps and glands of superficial layer cells, so as to improve skin nutrition and circulation, regulate pH of skin, and enhance skin elasticity. In addition, the alkaline phosphate in the pearl can increase the activity of epidermal cells of human body, thereby effectively preventing cell aging and damage. In addition, when the effective components in the pearl permeate into the body, the conversion and oxidation of tyrosinase can be slowed down, so that the pigmentation in the skin can be effectively improved, and the freckle removing effect is good. The peptide has strong permeability and can stimulate fibroblasts to transmit signals, so that the production of collagen is stimulated, and the effect of better reducing wrinkles is achieved. The prickly pear contains rich trace elements, amino acids, vitamins, polysaccharides and brass, so that the prickly pear has excellent antioxidant capacity, can effectively promote the regeneration of skin cells, enhances the softness of the skin cells and has good beautifying effect.

The anti-aging composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of ginseng, 15-40 parts of pearl, 5-15 parts of fish oil, 8-12 parts of rhodiola rosea, 8-12 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 0.5-2 parts of peptide and 6-18 parts of prickly pear.
2. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-7 parts of a skin conditioner, 10-30 parts of a humectant and 2-5 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
3. The anti-aging composition according to claim 2, wherein the skin conditioner comprises one or both of bitter orange and caryophyllin.
4. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising 0.1 to 1 part by weight of bisabolol and 2 to 3 parts by weight of anthocyanidin.
5. A method for preparing the antiaging composition according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized by comprising the steps of:
grinding Margarita to obtain Margarita powder, soaking Ginseng radix, radix Rhodiolae and Scutellariae radix, decocting twice, mixing decoctions, and concentrating to obtain first extractive solution; mixing prickly pear with pectinase, fermenting, and separating to obtain extract B; mixing the pearl powder, the fish oil, the peptide, the first extract and the second extract to obtain the composition.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the pearl powder has a particle size of less than 100 nm.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the temperature of the fermentation is 40 ℃ to 60 ℃ and the time of the fermentation is 30min to 60 min.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of the prickly pear to the pectinase is (10-12): 1.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein the decoction time is 20min to 40 min.
10. A mask pack of an anti-aging composition, which is prepared mainly by immersing a mask base in the anti-aging composition prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 5 to 9 to prepare a mask pack.
