Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A pressure cooking appliance and a pressure relief control method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a pressure relief control method of a pressure cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, pressure cooking utensil includes pressure relief device.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure relief control method of the pressure cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring the amount of rice water of the rice to be cooked of the pressure cooking appliance, and acquiring the type of the rice to be cooked.
Alternatively, a weighing device may be installed at the pressure cooking appliance to obtain the amount of rice water of the rice to be cooked by the cooking appliance through the weighing device. And a rice type key can be arranged on the cooking appliance for the user to select, thereby obtaining the rice type of the rice to be cooked according to the selection of the user.
And S102, acquiring the taste parameters of the rice to be cooked.
Alternatively, a taste type key such as soft, hard, medium and the like may also be provided on the cooking appliance for the user to select, whereby the taste parameter of the rice to be cooked may be acquired according to the user's selection.
S103, obtaining a control time sequence of the pressure relief device according to the rice water amount, the rice type and the taste parameters.
Specifically, a data table of the control time sequence of the pressure relief device corresponding to the rice water amount, the rice type and the taste parameter can be established in advance and stored in a memory of the cooking appliance, and after a user presses a key of the rice type and the taste parameter, the specific control time sequence of the pressure relief device is obtained in a table look-up mode through received key information and the rice water amount.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the control sequence is to control the pressure relief device to open at least once for a first time and then close for a second time. In other words, the control sequence may include the number of times N the pressure relief device is opened, the time To the pressure relief device is opened, and the time Tc the pressure relief device is closed.
Specifically, according To the difference of the rice water amount, the rice type and the taste parameters, the first time for opening in the control time sequence of the pressure relief device can be preset To be different time values To1 and To2 … Ton, and the second time for closing can be different time values Tc1 and Tc2 … Tcn.
And S104, judging whether the pressure cooking utensil reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling.
The term "the latter stage of maintaining boiling" means a period when the water in the pot is low.
And S105, if so, controlling the pressure relief device according to the control sequence.
That is, the rice water amount of the rice To be cooked can be judged according To the rice water amount judging method, the opening times N of the pressure relief device such as a pressure switch, the opening time To of the pressure relief device and the closing time Tc of the pressure relief device can be obtained according To different rice types and different taste parameters, and then when the pressure cooking appliance is judged To reach the latter half stage of maintaining boiling, the pressure relief device is controlled according To the control time sequence To control the pressure in the cooker, and the pressure is relieved in the latter half stage of boiling, so that the dense rice soup at the bottom of the cooker can be attached To the upper layer of the rice, the taste and the nutrient content of the upper and lower rice tend To be consistent, meanwhile, the uneven distribution of the rice caused by sudden boiling can be avoided, and the purpose of adjusting the taste of different rice can be achieved.
It will be appreciated that when there is a pressure differential between the two locations, air will move from a high pressure to a low pressure, creating wind, and the greater the pressure differential between the two locations, the greater the wind force created. Similarly, when the pressure cooker with pressure releases pressure, wind is generated due to pressure difference, and the wind force acts on the water vapor in the pot and the water on the surface of the rice grains to bring the water vapor out of the rice or the pressure cooker. When the rear half stage of maintaining boiling is reached, a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the cooker, a small amount of water also remains between rice grains, the pressure cooking appliance is mainly used for evaporating the water absorbed by the rice grains in the rice cooking process and the water remaining between the rice grains through heating, and further performing pressure relief control on the rear half stage of boiling, so that the content of the water remaining in the rice in the cooker can be controlled, the density of the rice is improved through wind power, gaps can be generated between the rice grains, steam can uniformly permeate into the middle of the rice grains when the rice is cooked, the rice grains are heated, and the purpose of controlling the taste of the rice is achieved.
The following is a detailed description of a specific method for determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half of the boiling maintenance, and the determination method includes, but is not limited to, the following six methods:
according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half of maintaining boiling includes:
s201, acquiring the bottom temperature of the pressure cooking appliance.
Specifically, a temperature sensor may be provided at the bottom of the pressure cooking appliance to acquire the bottom temperature of the pressure cooking appliance through the temperature sensor.
S202, after the pressure cooking appliance enters the boiling stage, whether the bottom temperature reaches a first preset temperature is judged.
It should be noted that the first preset temperature T may be set according to the temperature sensing of the temperature sensor and the heating speed of the heating system, and the first preset temperature T may also be different due to different parameters, and may be greater than 85 ℃, and the specific temperature is based on actual measurement. Meanwhile, temperature sensing difference of the temperature sensor can be caused by different rice quantities, and different first preset temperatures T can be set according to the rice quantities.
And S203, if the bottom temperature reaches the first preset temperature, judging that the pressure cooking appliance reaches the latter half stage of maintaining boiling.
That is, when the bottom moisture gradually decreases, the bottom temperature gradually increases, and when the bottom temperature is higher than the first preset temperature T, it can be determined that the second half of the boiling is maintained.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a weighing device may be provided in the pressure cooking appliance, wherein, as shown in fig. 3, the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half of maintaining boiling includes:
s301, acquiring the amount of water evaporated in the cooking process of the pressure cooking appliance through a weighing device.
It can be understood that when the pressure cooking appliance starts to cook, the initial water amount a of the pressure cooking appliance is obtained through the weighing device, the current water amount b of the cooking appliance is obtained during the cooking process, and the difference value of a and b is used as the water amount evaporated during the cooking process of the pressure cooking appliance.
S302, judging whether the water volume evaporated in the cooking process of the pressure cooking appliance reaches a preset value.
The preset value may be a fixed value, or the preset value may be a variable, for example, the preset value may be calibrated according to the initial water amount or the rice water amount.
And S303, if the water amount evaporated in the cooking process of the pressure cooking appliance reaches a preset value, judging that the pressure cooking appliance reaches the latter half stage of maintaining boiling.
That is, when the amount a-b of water evaporated during cooking obtained by the weighing device reaches a preset value, it can be judged that the latter half of the maintenance of boiling has been reached.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an anti-overflow detecting device may be disposed in the pressure cooking appliance, wherein, as shown in fig. 4, the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling includes:
s401, acquiring the rice water upwelling frequency of the pressure cooking appliance in the cooking process through an anti-overflow detection device.
S402, judging whether the rice water upwelling frequency reaches a preset frequency.
Specifically, the preset frequency F may be a constant value, or the preset frequency F may be a variable, for example, the preset frequency F may be calibrated according to the amount of rice water.
And S403, if the rice water upwelling frequency reaches the preset frequency, judging that the pressure cooking utensil reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling.
That is, with the pressure cooking appliance equipped with the overflow prevention detecting means, when the rice water upwelling frequency reaches the preset frequency F, it is considered that the cooking process has reached the second half of the water quantity being small, and it is judged that the second half of the water quantity remaining boiling has been reached.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half of maintaining boiling includes:
s501, acquiring the total boiling time of the pressure cooking appliance in the boiling stage according to the rice water amount.
And S502, judging whether the pressure cooking utensil reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling according to the total boiling time.
Specifically, the timing is started when the pressure cooking appliance enters the boiling stage of the boiling stage, and when the timing time reaches half of the total boiling time, it is determined that the latter half of the time for maintaining boiling has been reached. That is, when the boiling time of the pressure cooking appliance entering the boiling stage reaches half of the total boiling time entering the boiling stage obtained from the amount of rice water, it is determined that the latter half of the time of maintaining boiling has been reached.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half of maintaining boiling includes:
and S601, starting timing when the pressure cooking appliance enters a boiling stage.
S602, judging whether the timing time reaches the preset time.
S603, if the timing time reaches the preset time, the pressure cooking appliance is judged to reach the second half stage of maintaining boiling.
It should be noted that the preset time may be preset according to the total time for the pressure cooking appliance to complete cooking, and the preset time may be a fixed value.
That is, when the pressure cooking appliance enters the boiling stage, the time counting is started, and when the counted time reaches the preset time, it is judged that the latter half of the time of maintaining boiling has been reached.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, an anti-overflow detecting device may be provided in the pressure cooking appliance, wherein the determining whether the pressure cooking appliance reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling comprises:
and S701, after the pressure cooking appliance enters a boiling stage, controlling the pressure cooking appliance to heat at preset power.
Wherein, the preset power can be the full-power heating power of the pressure cooking appliance.
S702, detecting whether the pressure cooking appliance overflows or not through an overflow prevention detection device.
S703, if not, judging that the pressure cooking utensil reaches the second half stage of maintaining boiling.
That is, when the pressure cooking appliance enters the boiling stage, the pressure cooking appliance is controlled to be heated at full power, when the overflow-preventing detection device does not detect overflow, the boiling tends to be stable, and the second half of the boiling maintaining stage is judged to have been reached.
For example, referring to fig. 8, the method for controlling pressure relief of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps, wherein after the pressure cooking appliance is powered on, step S901 is executed:
s901, the rice water amount in the pressure cooking utensil is judged according to the rice water amount judging method.
And S902, obtaining the number N of times of the ventilation device according to the judged rice water amount and the taste parameters and rice type.
And S903, obtaining the opening time To of the pressure relief device according To the judged rice water amount and the combination of the taste parameters and the rice type.
And S904, obtaining the closing time Tc of the pressure relief device according to the judged rice water amount and the current taste and rice type.
S905, judging whether the later stage of boiling is reached to the stage of less water in the pot.
If so, go to step S906; if not, step S905 is repeatedly performed.
And S906, judging whether the opening times N of the pressure relief device is 0 or not.
If yes, finishing cooking; if not, step S907 is performed.
And S907, opening the pressure relief device To for a time.
S908, closing the pressure relief device for Tc time.
S909, the opening frequency N of the pressure relief device is reduced by 1, and step S906 is executed.
In addition, by setting different opening times To and closing times Tc of the pressure relief device when the second half stage of boiling is maintained, namely when the time of the pan with less water is reached, the detection indexes of the average water content, the filling power, the reducing sugar, the hardness, the viscosity, the elasticity and the like of the rice grains are obtained through experiments, and the data recorded in the following table 1 are obtained:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003180623210000071
