It is well known that the effect of sleep on the growth and development of children is enormous. For example, the patent application with publication number CN107771945A and the patent name of a formula milk powder for improving the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people and a manufacturing method thereof discloses a formula milk powder for improving the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people, wherein the formula comprises the following basic components in percentage by weight, the sum of one or more of cow/sheep milk, whole cow/sheep milk powder, skimmed milk powder, desalted whey powder, whey protein powder and lactose is more than or equal to 70%, lactalbumin is 0.3-3%, theanine is 0.1-1.0, casein hydrolysate peptide is 0.05-0.5, and a spina date seed extract is 0.1-1, and the patent application describes that: lactalbumin helps to relieve stress and improve sleep, improving abstract visual memory. Clinical studies show that alpha-la in lactalbumin contains a large amount of tryptophan, the tryptophan is a precursor of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the brain, and the 5-hydroxytryptamine has the capability of helping a human body to relieve pressure, so that the alpha-la can improve the sleep of people suffering from malnutrition. A large amount of theanine is naturally present in green tea. Theanine is a unique free form amino acid, the active amino acid of which is L-theanine. L-theanine is a relaxant, and can promote mood relaxation and help healthy sleep. Theanine can inhibit nerve cell death caused by transient cerebral ischemia, protect nerve cell, reduce MDA content, reduce lipid peroxidation, promote central cholinergic system function, and improve memory and delay aging.
However, in this patent application, it is also explicitly described that: the product is not suitable for infants, and the theanine is not added into the milk powder for children except the milk powder special for the old and the milk powder for children at present, so the reason is that the formula compatibility effect suitable for the old cannot be directly used for children. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new model for helping sleep and height growth for children who have height problems due to sleep quality.

The invention aims to provide a formula sheep milk powder for promoting sleep, which is added with theanine and forms formula milk available for children over 3 years old through reasonable compatibility of substances such as milk mineral salt, collagen peptide, taurine and the like so as to solve the height problem of the children caused by sleep quality.

The preparation method of the formula sheep milk powder for promoting sleep comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) filtering and removing impurities: measuring and filtering raw sheep milk qualified by acceptance, and removing mechanical impurities in fresh milk;
(2) and (3) cold storage: cooling the filtered raw sheep milk and refrigerating for later use;
(3) cleaning milk: cleaning raw sheep milk, removing impurities in the sheep milk, and ensuring that the impurity degree is less than or equal to 2.0 mg/kg;
(4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing the raw sheep milk after milk purification, and then storing;
(5) standardizing ingredients: mixing the stored raw sheep milk with desalted whey powder, full-fat sheep milk powder, isomaltose hypgather, concentrated whey protein powder, mixed vegetable oil, compound nutrition enhancer and potassium hydroxide according to the proportion, and carrying out standardized burdening and dissolving at 50-60 ℃ to obtain feed liquid;

(8) spray drying: pumping the concentrated milk into a sterile milk storage tank through a discharge pump, filtering the concentrated milk by using a filter screen before pumping the concentrated milk into the milk storage tank, and pumping the concentrated milk into a drying tower by using a high-pressure pump for spray drying; wherein: the air inlet temperature during spray drying is 170-185 ℃, the air exhaust temperature is 80-92 ℃, the negative pressure in the tower is-20-35 water column mmH 2O, and the temperature in the tower is 60-92 ℃;
(9) cooling: cooling the dried concentrated milk by a fluidized bed to obtain wet milk powder, and then introducing the wet milk powder into a dry mixing room by a closed conveying system;
(10) dry mixing: according to the proportion, adding milk mineral salt, collagen peptide and tea theanine into the dry mixing chamber after tunnel sterilization;
(11) metering and mixing: mixing the sterilized milk mineral salt, collagen peptide and tea theanine with dried milk powder according to a ratio;
(12) and (3) detecting trace metal elements: detecting trace metal elements of the mixed milk powder;
(13) packaging and warehousing: sieving the qualified milk powder, and then performing film-covering nitrogen-filling packaging, external packaging, code spraying, boxing and warehousing according to the required specification; the nitrogen is filled for packaging, the nitrogen pressure is more than or equal to 0.5MPa, and the residual oxygen is less than or equal to 3.0 percent; the transverse sealing temperature of the adult formula milk powder is 175-185 ℃, and the longitudinal sealing temperature is 160-180 ℃.

In the embodiment, the air inlet temperature during spray drying is 170-185 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 80-92 ℃, the negative pressure in the tower is-20-35 water column mmH 2O, and the temperature in the tower is 60-92 ℃.
Eleven, fluidized bed cooling and temporary storage
And (3) sequentially cooling the dried concentrated milk for three times by a fluidized bed to obtain milk powder, and then temporarily storing the milk powder in a closed conveying system (or carrying out large packaging on 25KG perilla formula goat milk powder base powder). 2. The sleep-enhancing formulated sheep milk powder of claim 1 wherein the blended vegetable oil is a blend of corn oil, canola oil, coconut oil, and high oleic sunflower oil.
3. The sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder according to claim 1, wherein the formulated goat milk comprises 998Kg of wet-processed base powder and 2Kg of dry-processed formula powder, calculated on 1 ton of finished formulated goat milk, and the addition amount of each component for preparing the base powder is as follows, calculated on 1 ton of wet-processed base powder: 400Kg of raw sheep milk, 400Kg of desalted whey powder, 300Kg of full-fat sheep milk powder, 100Kg of isomaltose hypgather, 75Kg of concentrated whey protein powder with the content of 34 percent, 25Kg of mixed vegetable oil, 1Kg of potassium hydroxide and 11.5Kg of compound nutrition enhancer; the dry method formula powder comprises 1Kg of milk mineral salt, 0.5Kg of collagen peptide and 0.5Kg of theanine of tea.
4. The sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder of claim 3, wherein the compounded nutrient supplement is composed of the following components: 2.5Kg of compound vitamin, 1Kg of compound mineral substance and 8Kg of compound calcium carbonate.

The sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder of claim 4, wherein the vitamin formulation consists of: 320g of taurine, 950g of L-ascorbic acid, 447g of dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate, 280g of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 66.6g of retinyl acetate, 40g of cholecalciferol, 35g of folic acid and 361.4g of lactose.
6. The sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder of claim 4, wherein the formulated minerals consist of: 355.9g of ferrous sulfate, 165.7g of zinc sulfate, 71.1g of sodium selenite and 407.3g of lactose.
7. The sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder according to claim 4, wherein the formulated calcium carbonate consists of the following components: 7999g of calcium carbonate, 0.5g of L-ascorbic acid and 0.5g of lactose.
8. The preparation method of the sleep-promoting formulated sheep milk powder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) and (3) filtering and removing impurities: measuring and filtering raw sheep milk qualified by acceptance, and removing mechanical impurities in fresh milk;
(2) and (3) cold storage: cooling the filtered raw sheep milk and refrigerating for later use;
(3) cleaning milk: cleaning raw sheep milk, removing impurities in the sheep milk, and ensuring that the impurity degree is less than or equal to 2.0 mg/kg;
(4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing the raw sheep milk after milk purification, and then storing;
(5) standardizing ingredients: mixing the stored raw sheep milk with desalted whey powder, full-fat sheep milk powder, isomaltose hypgather, concentrated whey protein powder, mixed vegetable oil, compound nutrition enhancer and potassium hydroxide according to the proportion, and carrying out standardized burdening and dissolving at 50-60 ℃ to obtain feed liquid;
(6) homogenizing: homogenizing the feed liquid in a high-pressure homogenizer at a temperature not higher than 60 deg.C under a homogenizing pressure of 10-14Mpa to break fat particles in the feed liquid into smaller fat balls, and uniformly dispersing in milk;
(7) concentration and evaporation and high-temperature sterilization: concentrating and evaporating the emulsion to remove water to form concentrated milk; and sterilizing the concentrated milk at high temperature;
(8) spray drying: pumping the concentrated milk into a sterile milk storage tank through a discharge pump, filtering the concentrated milk by using a filter screen before pumping the concentrated milk into the milk storage tank, and pumping the concentrated milk into a drying tower by using a high-pressure pump for spray drying; wherein: the air inlet temperature during spray drying is 170-185 ℃, the air exhaust temperature is 80-92 ℃, the negative pressure in the tower is-20-35 water column mmH 2O, and the temperature in the tower is 60-92 ℃;
(9) cooling: cooling the dried concentrated milk by a fluidized bed to obtain wet milk powder, and then introducing the wet milk powder into a dry mixing room by a closed conveying system;
(10) dry mixing: according to the proportion, adding milk mineral salt, collagen peptide and tea theanine into the dry mixing chamber after tunnel sterilization;
(11) metering and mixing: mixing the sterilized milk mineral salt, collagen peptide and tea theanine with dried milk powder according to a ratio;
(12) and (3) detecting trace metal elements: detecting trace metal elements of the mixed milk powder;
(13) packaging and warehousing: sieving the qualified milk powder, and then performing film-covering nitrogen-filling packaging, external packaging, code spraying, boxing and warehousing according to the required specification; the nitrogen is filled for packaging, the nitrogen pressure is more than or equal to 0.5MPa, and the residual oxygen is less than or equal to 3.0 percent; the transverse sealing temperature of the adult formula milk powder is 175-185 ℃, and the longitudinal sealing temperature is 160-180 ℃.
